Domingo Familia was a great bartender! Fast professional and friendly! So here's the pros if the resort It's beautiful architecture! The grounds are stunning! I loved the food at the buffet. My favorite was a restaurant called yolo I ordered the Philly steak sandwich probably the best I've ever had. When u arrive u are guided to the adults only if that's what u paid for lobby to show passport and get room key which is on ur wrist. Process about an hour. Room is beautiful I stayed on the 4th floor. At 1st they booked me on 2nd floor. Musty smell from swim.up rooms so I changed Room service is free big bonus!!! Beach is gorgeous yes there are lots of boats but I didn't smell gas The staff are affectionate and kind. I tipped them every meal unlike other posts I did not see 1 staff that was miserable Bring ur sneakers wear them to go to the beach and pools or u will get a sore back. Lots of families newly weds older but never felt cramped. I will come again next year! I love this place!

An ~~unforgettable~~ Vacation. Check-in was slower than a sloth on a coffee break. After finally getting rooms, our bags took another hour—only arrived after I complained to a guy who looked important. Meanwhile, a family in our group got royally scammed by the front desk, booked 2 rooms, got charged for 4 rooms, forced to fork over $9K, and $ 1,100 in cash for extra rooms they didn’t book. No receipt, just vibes. Room: Upgraded to avoid mildew—joke’s on us, the stench was unbearable. Called front desk, they "sent someone." They never did. Four days later, we gave up, turned off the AC, and got an army of ants instead. Housekeeping finally made the room smell fresh... so fresh a cockroach came out to say hello. Food: First lunch came with a side of explosive diarrhea—maybe an all-inclusive detox? Seafood selection was meh, and paella with just calamari felt like a crime. Burgers were solid, though. Beach: Absolute nightmare. Swimming area was tiny, surrounded by speeding boats leaking fuel like it’s their job. Counted 83 boats one day. Went swimming and came out of the water with a rash, my sister smelled like gasoline. If you love inhaling smoke and dodging motorboats, this is your paradise. Resort: Grounds were rally nice—except for the missing few pavers, so watch your step unless you want a free trip to the hospital. Building looked great, but the lobby filled with exhaust fumes one night, like choke you out smoke, like someone was operating a gas engine in the restaurant next door. and the elevators went MIA the next. Hope no one was stuck on the 5th floor with a stroller. Pool was nice, but missing a swim up bar. Drinks mixed feeling, some good some meh. Beer sucked. Shopping: $40 sunscreen. Enough said.

We enjoyed our stay here at the resort and would definitely come back. There is so much to do and we enjoyed the themed restaurants. There is a lot of thought put into the design of the restaurants and food. All of the employees were so friendly and accommodating, especially Darling Castro who served us at the Valley Restaurant and Daniel Yan at the Beach Club! Both always made sure we were taken care of and was always in a good mood! Made the experience enjoyable

The Unique was the best hotel I’ve ever visited in my traveling life. The service was wonderful. The staff are lovely. Just very sincere and good people. I will definitely come back again and again. The food was great and the place is very clean. The beach was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. The staff was most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced and they really made me feel very relaxed and well care of.

Wilkin Luis is the best, I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the comfort of the mattress. After a long day of exploring Punta Cana, there’s nothing better than a good night’s sleep, and the mattress here provided just that. It was incredibly soft yet supportive, and I woke up feeling rested and refreshed each morning. The quality of sleep made my vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a comfortable and restful stay in the area!
