Ocean El Faro is an all-inclusive resort that provides a 24-hour service. The programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

This is our second year at this resort. It’s very beautiful and the staff is working 24/7 to keep the resort looking beautiful at all times.
We are H10 members and we received the best butler service! Mo was fantastic!!! He always found us at the pool to just to make sure we were have a great time! He works very hard to make sure all his guests are have the best experience while they are at the resort! I would recommend him to anyone who has butler service!!!

Elizabeth was our concierge. She was friendly and took good care of us. I recommend getting the privilege option during your stay. The only downside to this resort was the food. The Steakhouse was the worst and the buffet had cold/older food in the warm sections. The others were okay but it lacked flavor and the Dominican flavors. The beach was nice we found a quiet spot and enjoyed. The rooms were clean and cool the staff changed the sheets daily and made sure everything was restocked. Overall it was a great resort they lost a star because of the food.

It was my birthday and the resort staff had prepared a birthday cake for me upon check in and Alejandro even organized a surprise for my birthday! The team has been absolutely fantastic, from Alejandro and Enrique with the animation to even the cleaning staff.
She didn’t give us her name but special thank you to the wonderful on-resort Photopro photographer from Argentina even helped plan our proposal and captured everything on camera. They truly made our stay memorable. We were delighted with everything, the food is sometimes hit or miss but other than that definitely great. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a great time for our first getaway. Hector at the El beso beach bar was INCREDIBLE and deserves all the recognition! Food was definitely not what I had hoped for at any restaurants but it was still okay. All the entertainers were amazing too, always loved watching them!!

Jhon and Justina at the privilege pool bar were amazing bartenders and sweet people! They gave us a great service and always made sure we had what we needed! Made our experience extra special! The hotel looks amazing as well, beautiful decor but the food is really not good! It’s nice to put all the money on the decor of the restaurants but the food should be at the same level. Food is very important when you come to a resort and because of the food unfortunately wouldn’t come back here.
