I cannot say enough great things about Wyndham Alltra! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food is outstanding – there is so much variety, from delicious breakfast and lunch options to unique dinners, including an amazing hibachi experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. Henry was one of our favorites! Also Felix is a very friendly bartender! The hotel itself is clean, with nice décor that makes you feel like you’re in a truly special place. The staff also was extremely welcoming to my 8 year old son. Entertainment here is top-notch! We enjoyed a variety of shows, from a mesmerizing magic show to a fantastic saxophone performance, and even an incredible Michael Jackson tribute. In the evenings, there’s always music and dancing for all ages, which creates such a fun and lively atmosphere. Every night there is entertainment. There is also a water park with slides and a crazy lazy river. The water park is clean and has the most attentive lifeguards. The pool is huge with wonderfully warm water, perfect for relaxing or having fun with the family. Every meal, every experience, and every moment here has been unforgettable. The beach was unusable due to seaweed but that was not the hotels fault. Wyndham Alltra has truly over-exceeded our expectations! Make the most of what they offer and you will not be disappointed.

Our experience at the resort was mediocre. Upon arrival, we were exhausted from traveling with our fussy 10-month-old baby. After checking in, we had to wait for a concierge to escort us to our room, which felt unnecessary. A more efficient approach would have been to provide us with directions to our room and have someone deliver our luggage later. The dining experience was also underwhelming. We visited most of the restaurants, except for the Italian one, and found the food to be nothing special. As a foodie, I'm being honest when I say that the quality wasn't impressive. To make matters worse, I got food poisoning one night. When my husband requested room service, he was informed that there would be a $10 charge, which seemed inconsistent with the all-inclusive package. While I understand the importance of tipping, additional fees for room service seem unnecessary. The staff's friendliness was also lacking. Given my experience with numerous vacations and all-inclusive resorts, I have a basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this resort fell short, and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

We went with my family and my cousin's family plus my mom and dad. It was a great. Resort! The food was great including the buffet. The only a la cart that wasn't good was the Japanese restaurant. I cannot say enough about the staff! They were so nice and helpful and helped with a smile. They never asked for a tip and it made me tip way more than I have ever tipped. The beach was not usable due to the seaweed.. the whole coast was afflicted but the pool made up for it. We really loved this resort and will be coming back to paradise!

This resort is beautiful, no doubt about it. It is meticulously clean, well cared for, and has everything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. Traveling with kids, I did wish that they had family dining hours ahead of the regular 6:00 dining time. 6:00 is a late start for families who might put their kids to bed around 7. If they had family dining hours between 4 and 6, that would be hugely helpful. My only other issue with our stay would be the quality of the food. If we are being totally honest, it was mediocre at best. Nothing was particularly good, while everything was just very "ok". If they can scale up the quality of their food, this resort would be an absolute gem. It's a real shame to be stuck eating food all week that makes you feel like you need to have a bathroom close by.

This place allows weekend passes open to the the locals & cruise lines. You have no identification if you are a resort guest/local just a room card. Non resort guest receive the same service as tourist. Do not purchase the club it is a waste of money no benefits other then orange towels same food as the buffet. No umbrellas or tables on the beach. No Bali beds/cabanas anywhere. Do not book beach romantic dinner save your money and eat at a restaurant it is the same set up and service. Not romantic at all! No pool entertainment besides water exercise during the day! Rooms are very basic. If you book a tub on balcony you are open for the entire resort too see you. Grounds and pool are amazing that is all. Service is basic, and food is basic!
