We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Dubai and it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From start to finish, the team completely exceeded our expectations and delighted us in every possible way. The location is perfect—right on the beach with stunning views, but still close enough to everything in the city. The facilities are fantastic—every detail is thought through, from the beautifully designed rooms to the amazing pool, restaurants, and beach area. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the service. Every single staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Ozgur from IT, who went above and beyond to help us and made us feel incredibly welcome. And Alice from Guest Services—she was so kind and thoughtful with our family. Her warmth and attention to detail really stayed with us. Even the little touches made a big difference—like the fantastic turndown service that made our room feel calm and ready for the night every evening. It’s that kind of quiet luxury and care that really stood out. This trip was truly unforgettable for our whole family. We left feeling cared for, relaxed, and already looking forward to coming back.

Service and room was exceptional. Hotel went above and beyond and did a really nice set up for anniversary. The room was always cleaned to a high standard and little gifts were left on bed which was a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty average though, have had better breakfast options elsewhere.

I love this beautiful hotel on the beach! All the staff is attentive and nice, always there for you. The service everywhere- SPA—beach-pool-restaurants is top. I love their breakfast buffet, as vegan there are many choices and healthy ones as well. Fruits and vegetables are top quality. Nearby there is a mall you can walk to.
