I love this beautiful hotel on the beach! All the staff is attentive and nice, always there for you. The service everywhere- SPA—beach-pool-restaurants is top. I love their breakfast buffet, as vegan there are many choices and healthy ones as well. Fruits and vegetables are top quality. Nearby there is a mall you can walk to.

Service and room was exceptional. Hotel went above and beyond and did a really nice set up for anniversary. The room was always cleaned to a high standard and little gifts were left on bed which was a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty average though, have had better breakfast options elsewhere.

From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable, with thoughtful anniversary touches that truly impressed us. The Club Lounge was a highlight, with delicious afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and creative food presentations. The spa was also exceptional. This has been one of our best stays in Dubai.

This is a nice property but has a fair amount of activity in the lobby and public areas. Staff is attentive but there is no wow effect. Things are as they should be and glitches are minor and were fixed quickly. It’s not Bulgari or Four Seasons. That’s subjective - of course. We would come back as it is a great property regardless.

Visited their Italian restaurant The Bay. Excellent food and top notch service. The ambience was perfect, spaced out tables, lots of greens and fire stations to keep us warm. It was a superior experience. Of course the menu is priced to match the quality of experience.
