Best value on the island. I checked out of the crane and into mango bay and so pleased I did. Isabella the guest service manager is a delight and really makes each guest feel special. Dale the general manager runs a very tight ship and addresses any missteps immediately. So grateful for the leadership team at mango bay! Happy Independence Day beautiful BIM!

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend staying here enough and I hope to return myself one day. The food is tasty , the rooms have air conditioning and the customer service is amazing 11/10 would recommend

The hotel is in a fabulous location in the heart of Holetown near bars and restaurants as well as on a beach. The staff are brilliant, the most welcoming hotel I have stayed at and always go the extra mile. The room has all the essentials like air con, a fridge of soft drinks and all the storage and everything else you would expect. The perfect place for a romantic stay and proposal.

We travel a lot and we’ve been to hotels all over the world and we’d say Mango Bay has some of the friendliest staff in a hotel. They make you feel so welcome. Tione, Aneka, Rayden, Brittany, Shem, April, Ross and Ryeka were all amazing.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. A little dated but it’s all part of the charm and didn’t bother us.
Food is a mix, from OK to excellent. We didn’t have any awful meals. Some were delicious. Breakfast is standard for buffet but the quality is average, there is something for most people. The a la carte menus were tasty and not huge portions. Drinks are pretty good.
The beach is gorgeous and the area is pretty quiet so not packed with loads of people. There is a reef about 20m off the beach with loads of fish and marine life so you can do some snorkelling.
The gym is the only let down. A tiny space, it’s not great. Two treadmills, one didn’t work and the other’s belt was slipping so didn’t use.
Overall we had a really great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to someone or come back. A little gem in the Caribbean.

Had the most wonderful time at this hotel. It wasn't just the wonderful location right on the beach; or the varied and delicious food and cocktails; or the landscaped gardens and swimming pools: it was also the most attentive, helpful, happy staff. They made every effort to ensure we felt welcome and a valued guest from the instant we arrived to the (sad) moment our stay came to an end.
We are going back there next year🎉
