This was our first time in the hotel, going all inclusive and taking the toddler abroad. While it wouldn't have been our choice prior to having the little one we were suitably impressed. The hotel wasn't too big, made us feel in a safe environment and before we knew it our toddler was making friends. The staff here make the holiday, everything is centred around younger children and the bar, reception, waiting staff cannot do enough for you. The entertainment staff have boundless amounts of energy which they need to keep up with the children's disco every night! The rooms exceeded our expectations and even included a fridge and microwave. They were cleaned and had towels changed everyday (not sure about bedding) and we had no problem sleeping in the comfortable beds. The only downside of the accommodation was the showers..... they were either freezing or burnt your bum.... but we lived with that. The location of the hotel is amazing and in our basic room we had stunning mountain rooms. The resort centre is a steady 20 minute walk along the seafront with lovely bars and restaurants if you need to escape the hotel for a while. In short we cannot wait to book for next year.

We had an amazing time at this hotel with our family. We stayed for 10 nights and were made to feel incredibly welcome by all of the staff. They were very friendly and put so much effort into making sure the children had the best time. Food was amazing with lots of variety and a different theme each night and bar service and drink selection was great. Rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for a family to allow children to stay in a different room to us. Entertainment was great and different each night, kids had a great time at the disco. Pool area was great and there was never an issue with sunbeds although guests were putting towels on from 7am. The hotel was as far north in the town as possible before climbing mountains but it was still only a short walk to the beach and town centre. An amazing holiday that I would recommend to anyone!

This place is fantastic, the staff are amazing one of the best I've ever experienced, the swimming facilities are ten out of ten , great for adults and kids. Only thing in which they can improve is the bed but nothing major. I can't wait to come back.

We recently stayed for 11 nights at Playa Mar and spa, at Puerto Pollensa and we will definitely be back! Firstly the staff are incredible, so welcoming, lots of recognition and helpful advice when asked. The staff had all been there for a long time and it seemed as though there was mutual respect and a lovely working atmosphere. We went with our 17 year old son. Obviously we had read reviews about the semi transparent doors on the toilet and shower, but just turned up with blue tack and a couple of sheets of newspaper, problem solved! The food was amazing, lots of bits cooked to order, like pasta with a variety of sauces, or plain as the younger guests preferred. There was a children’s area of food, so even if my grown up daughter had come with us, who is riddled with allergies, she would easily have found ’safe’ food for her to eat. As it was we enjoyed the amazing salads, grilled fish and meat and had an occasional scoot past the snack bar near the pool! The hotel is minutes from a beach, but the location is amazing. We like to look for birds when we holiday and there are mountain paths (well populated) alongside the wetlands of La Gola, within walking distance. We used the lane pool in the spa daily, enjoying the cooler temperature of being inside. We had an amazing time and couldn’t better it at all. We will be returning, our go to place of the future.

We have just had an amazing week at this hotel and have zero complaints! Entering the hotel we were checked in by friendly staff and as our room wasn't quite ready they stored our luggage in a locked room and gave us our all inclusive bands to go and take full advantage of the snack bar and drinks. In the reception area they're some toilets and downstairs is the gym, laundry and supermarket. The rooms were clean and equipped with hand soap moisturiser and shower gel with towels which are changed daily. It had air-conditioning which you controlled yourself and a tv in the bedroom and living room space. It has a microwave and kettle with coffee sugar and tea bags, it has a small fridge with freezer compartment with a jug or water that you can refill around the hotel. We had a balcony accessible via the bedroom and the living space which faced the swimming pool and had a small washing rack to dry our clothes with table and chairs. The pool was cold but once in it was fine. The pool was amazing for my children aged nearly 2,6 and 11. They had a separate pool for the crab slide, a shallow pool with the puffin slides and a walk in pool which was a little deeper I'm 5ft2 and could reach the floor on tip toes. It has outdoor toilets located next to the park and the entrance to the spa. The spa has a deep pool, jacuzzi, jets, cold and warm pool, steam room, sauna and hot seats with drinks available. If you are wanting treatments book them quick as the appointments disappear quickly. The entertainment bar served lots of different drinks you can scan the QR code on the table to look at the menu. The entertainment team for the kids I don't think I have enough words to say how amazing they were! Face painting, glitter tattoos, colouring competitions, pumpkin carving ( halloween week), archery, football, air rifle target shooting, We are still singing the songs from mini disco! Activities throughout the day for both kids and adults, mini disco 8.30pm-9pm with coco the seahorse!!!! Then evening entertainment at 9.30pm. You could hear the entertainment on a night time but after having a fun filled day we were that exhausted it didn't bother us and the kids slept perfectly fine. The food was pretty much the same for breakfast and dinner but evening meal was some same stuff with a little change we had Mexican, Asian, Indian, traditional majorcan and a spooktakular halloween theme! We thought the food was 10/10. The walk along the seafront is about 5 min walk from the hotel with a little shop, Pizza place and ice cream palour. We'll see you again next year!
