Just spent a week here with my small family of 3. I cannot say enough about the service! The employees were kind and always willing to help with a smile. Great people at the restaurant and at the bars. The animation team for the kiddos were honestly the best! Always had something fun for the kiddos and were so sweet with our 6 year old. He loved every second with them. Honestly some of the nicest people there. The food was delicious. While the variety wasn’t too grand, everything tasted very good and well cooked. Now for the few things we didn't find 5 star worthy- the entertainment was lacking. While we are here during “off season” the nighttime entertainment was a little dull. The rooms were seriously lacking some amenities. No tissues and no extra shampoo and conditioner. Just a 2 in 1 option. No AC in the rooms as it won’t be turned on in the facilities until may, Which for a pregnant women was pretty important but we just opened the windows. The beds are quite stiff and the wheels on the bottom don’t lock. If you move, the bed is coming with you. The pools were well taken care of but be warned the outside ones are not heated. Location is a bit away from the city of Pollensa but if you’re looking to have it a little quieter, that’s definitely a possibility plus. Lastly, while this is a holiday, it’s advertised as a family resort and alcohol should be controlled when someone gets out of hand. We saw a dad drop multiple glass cups (one into the kids pool) and was just a drunken mess. Would have been cut off anywhere else but I guess they didn’t see the need to.

I can’t recommend this place enough, my children absolutely love it here. The children’s entertainment is superb. Every member of staff has been happy and helpful. The food has been great. The rooms are clean. Everything you want really, for a relaxing family holiday.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Jet2 holiday. For a cycling holiday, on an all inclusive basis. The hotel is very popular with cyclists and they are well catered for. The rooms are spacious and 2 bike boxes and bikes are not in the way! We didn't use the bike garage but there were wash facilities and bike pumps near reception. There are water machines on each floor for filling up bottles and a fridge and kettle in the room. The food was plentiful and varied, we enjoyed the freshly made omlettes in the mornings. The bar has a great range of drinks and some snaks (sandwiches, crisps, icecream) and a popular place to sit for a post ride coffee and debrief. Each the resturant evening had a different cuisine theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful :) we hope to return!

Nice hotel, well situated for a walk into the main town. The room was a good size but we weren't a fan of the frosted toilet door that has gaps all around it and so gave no privacy whatsoever!! Unfortunately for us we had 2 bad nights out of 4 due to noisy, inconsiderate guests that were shouting, screaming, laughing etc way after midnight....the result of an all inclusive and never ending supply of alcohol I guess. Sadly the management did not seem to care which is a shame as it was a family hotel and during the day was very peaceful. Generally the staff were very smiley and happy and eager to please. The food was ok, probably standard all inclusive buffet style. Sadly on our last day we found a huge cockroach in our room which was not good and then another smaller one in the restaurant.....not nice! After this experience we have decided all inclusive is not for us.

Hi, I was staying in the last couple of days at this hotel.Staff is really helpful and friendly.Food tasty 😋 and variety of meals. The entertainment team changed the atmosphere for kids and adults at any apparition.Barthenders offer you any drinks 🍸 and more than that having a shot with you 😄 So, really enjoy me and my family and recommended. Thanks for all.
