This was our first time staying at an All Inclusive resort and the Margaritaville Cap Cana did not disappoint. It was everything we expected and more. The staff were all incredibly hospitable and genuinely welcoming. By far the highlight of our experience at the resort (and there were lots of amazing experiences) was the incredible hospitality, kindness and genuine thoughtfulness from Johan and Cristofer at the pool area. Every day they outdid themselves making sure that we had everything we needed whether we knew we needed it or not. They made the entire experience unforgettable. Cheers to Margaritaville Cap Cana!!!

We loved our honeymoon trip here! Rooms are wonderful. My Wife has a gluten allergy and we have been able to eat safely at all of the restaurants which is huge for us. The Service is incredible. Our Butler Sandro was great and provided everything we needed on the trip. The Bartender by our room, Manny, was amazing. And one of our servers, Eddy, went above and beyond to make sure we got good gluten free food. Not much beach access, but the resort itself is near perfect.

It was amazing! Everything from the swim up villa to the food to the entertainment to the room service to the best staff ever! Our butler Modesto was everything a more. We didn’t want for anything. With one text he was there to take care of all our needs! 10/10 we will be back again!

Christopher and Johan were our pool butlers. They provided service that went beyond our expectations. Their personalities and attention to our needs was amazing. They were both friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. We never had to even ask for anything! They are a credit to your property and a standard to be aspired to by all your employees.
