Not worth a stay here for the price you pay.
Booked a Queen and got a Double. The room was super small and my wife and I had to step over our bag as there was no space to keep it open at all in the room. 3 pillows instead of the customary 4 for Hilton beds.
Fixture was on the floor in the bathroom.
No amenities in the room such as coffee maker, mini fridge, no bottles of water. There is a remote for the TV. Basic room only.
Pictures on the website are better than in person. Again, there is no value for the price.
Night time guard doing hotel key checks was a nice security feature. The hotel is in a great location however.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. From the bellmen to the from the lady at the front desk who helped us!
We got in at 7am and everyone was very helpful. We left our bags with the bellman and went to explore while our room became available. Come 2 o’clock we called to see if it was possible to get in early, even though our original room wasn’t ready yet they asked if for a small upgrade fee we could have a better room and check in right away. Wasn’t pushy or anything and was very nice!
It’s amazing how asking “how is your day going” can make a persons day!
Also the $15 a day credit made a great morning coffee to start our day for the three days we were there!
With all the options for hotels in NYC I liked it. I like to try something new everytime we visit a place again but would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nicely situated in a central area that allows access to many of the sites, shopping, and entertainment. Compact room, but it was cozy and the bed comfortable. The halls smelled like weed, and the room was freezing. We had to turn the thermostat off completely to not freeze, but it would come on nonetheless.
The first night there we ordered a late night snack and juice from the espresso bar and I was violently sick all night into the early morning. My travel companion also felt ill, but not as bad as I.
The last night there we had dinner at the Bronze Owl and it was delicious, and we had great service. Overall some great and not so great experiences at the hotel.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel during my visit. The room was clean and updated with everything I needed, although not much time was spent at the hotel.
Only issues were during checkout and unable to charge all fees to the card charged for the room and getting invoices printed and emailed upon check out (need for work purposes). When leaving, I requested a cab and was ignored several times and thrown into an unmarked SUV to return to the airport. However, this is a personal miss and the cost shared and charged were completely different. Travel recommendation when visiting the city is to use the curb app to ensure the most cost-effective travel if not by foot or by cabby.
The hotel was in a great central location near the Empire State Building and near Harold Square. It was walking distance and a subway entrance outside to get to other parts of the city. Overall, great stay, clean room, and in a great location.

Absolutely delighted to find this hotel. I love NYC and usually stay in Times Square area but finding it way too crowded now. Decided to stay a little further south and so pleased I did. Rooms are small ( as expected) but staff and services are just excellent. Well done and thanks to all of them.
