This is such a lovely hotel - I have been coming for a number of years and it has always been great, but the recent upgrade has made it even better. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Level - gorgeous room with an amazing sea view. There is also free wine, beer and soft drinks available all day, as well as a tapas hour each evening. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and the whole hotel has a relaxed feel.

Fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. Small rooms but lovely view from the junior sea view room. Gorgeous shower room. Steam room and sauna were ooo so my spa experience wasn't fab. Had to pay 5 euros to use the Nespresso machine which I thought was cheeky. Overall good experience.

We have just returned from our ten day holiday at Melia Santa Eulalia. What a great hotel and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. They listened and acted on one special request that we asked for. The location is beautiful and Santa Eulalia is a lovely place to unwind and chill. Thanks especially to front desk staff, breakfast staff and lovely cleaning lady on floor zero. My wife has been painting empty wine crates since visiting with beautiful scenes we looked at over the sea from our hotel suite and while out walking on the local coast path. This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The service, amenities, breathtaking views of the water completely exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Levels resort and we really enjoyed the breakfast and ongoing food/drink options offered throughout the day. The hotel is located right on the cliffs looking out onto the ocean and we loved being able to sit out on our deck in the morning to watch the sun rise or sip our coffee. We also loved being able to walk the path along the cliffs to see the beautiful surroundings at ground level. Levels offers a separate rooftop pool which was quiet and nice to relax. We also enjoyed visiting the main pool which was busier but the pool itself was gorgeous. The service was amazing across the board. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - all of the front desk staff and servers greeted us with a smile and always helped us with any queries we had. I want to give a special thank you to the team who helped organize a surprise for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. They went out of their way to decorate the room while we were away and surrounded our room with special balloons, champagne and chocolates. It really made our trip and will forever be a memorable experience for us. Thank you for an incredible stay, we already can’t wait to return!

I want to really like this hotel a lot, in fact I do like this hotel, but it has a few little annoyances that mean I can't quite give it a 5/5. It has just rebranded from Sol Beach house to Melia Ibiza and while we stayed here last year as well this year we paid a bit more for our room and found out when we arrive that we no longer had access to the rooftop pool areas, but we could have for an additional 600 euros for 2 x nights. What's good about the hotel. 1. Location, 5-10 minute walk into Sta Eularia port and the ferry. 2. The view from our room and the views in general. 3. Breakfast, great location and great choice of food 4. Comfy beds and clean modern rooms. 5. Nice touch with some comp water and fruit for our wedding anniversary. 6. The wooden wrist bracelets that double as door keys are a nice touch. 7 Its quiet, no one making noise or lots of loud music around the pool What's not so good. 1. Overpriced upsells 600 for 2 night in the level to access the rooftop pool and 150 euro for a 2 hour late check out 2. The courtesy changing room is hot and stuffy with no aircon or ventilation. 3. Overpriced and substandard food at the pool bar 4. Not enough beds around the pool when hotel is busy. 5. Wi-Fi is not great All in all a decent experience.
