This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The service, amenities, breathtaking views of the water completely exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Levels resort and we really enjoyed the breakfast and ongoing food/drink options offered throughout the day. The hotel is located right on the cliffs looking out onto the ocean and we loved being able to sit out on our deck in the morning to watch the sun rise or sip our coffee. We also loved being able to walk the path along the cliffs to see the beautiful surroundings at ground level. Levels offers a separate rooftop pool which was quiet and nice to relax. We also enjoyed visiting the main pool which was busier but the pool itself was gorgeous. The service was amazing across the board. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - all of the front desk staff and servers greeted us with a smile and always helped us with any queries we had. I want to give a special thank you to the team who helped organize a surprise for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. They went out of their way to decorate the room while we were away and surrounded our room with special balloons, champagne and chocolates. It really made our trip and will forever be a memorable experience for us. Thank you for an incredible stay, we already can’t wait to return!

Everything is extra. You want a pool bed it’s €120 per person, you want to go to the roof? Yeah that €120 a person. It’s an old hotel dressed up be be nice but lacks the basics being nice. The bed is more comfortable in prison than these beds, the room can hold one case. The food is more expensive than Dubai. THE ONLY good things are the pool and the hotel layout and the spa. The rest is far from being a good hotel

I want to really like this hotel a lot, in fact I do like this hotel, but it has a few little annoyances that mean I can't quite give it a 5/5. It has just rebranded from Sol Beach house to Melia Ibiza and while we stayed here last year as well this year we paid a bit more for our room and found out when we arrive that we no longer had access to the rooftop pool areas, but we could have for an additional 600 euros for 2 x nights. What's good about the hotel. 1. Location, 5-10 minute walk into Sta Eularia port and the ferry. 2. The view from our room and the views in general. 3. Breakfast, great location and great choice of food 4. Comfy beds and clean modern rooms. 5. Nice touch with some comp water and fruit for our wedding anniversary. 6. The wooden wrist bracelets that double as door keys are a nice touch. 7 Its quiet, no one making noise or lots of loud music around the pool What's not so good. 1. Overpriced upsells 600 for 2 night in the level to access the rooftop pool and 150 euro for a 2 hour late check out 2. The courtesy changing room is hot and stuffy with no aircon or ventilation. 3. Overpriced and substandard food at the pool bar 4. Not enough beds around the pool when hotel is busy. 5. Wi-Fi is not great All in all a decent experience.

Overall nice location, comfortable setting and everything looks nice on the surface but some problems which can’t be overlooked. We stayed in a standard room with pool view on the 2nd floor. We liked the location, with it being walkable to the lovely harbour and some local shops in the area. Spending our evenings in the nearby harbour was ideal. The view of the sea is gorgeous but no direct access to a beach. You can access the sea for a swim, but it’s not a proper path/access point. Something the hotel would definitely benefit from! Lots of parking in the nearby car park (public, unguarded) which worked fine for us. Gym room is small and clearly an afterthought with unmatching sets of basic equipment and weights, but we found it ok to do some light work. Breakfast offering was alright, but lacked variety day after day. Level of service and hospitality rather rough around the edges, would expect more warm and attentive service with attention to detail at this price point. Pools are great, right sized. We didn’t like to see that lots of guests started reserving spots with their towels before breakfast and didn’t turn up till much later in the afternoon, pool deck staff should do a better job of managing this. Rooms are quite comfortable with warm and modern decor. However there were problems with the bathroom and supposed plumbing system: every day there would be an awful unbearable stench of urine coming from the shower drainage. When we raised with both housekeeping and reception, they weren’t even that bothered, with no apology provided or acknowledgment that this was not OK. They went on to say that this was a known problem relating to some sort of plumbing problem/flaw with the whole building. Inexplicably, reception at one point said it was caused by the ocean and their location? They advised that housekeeping would just have to pour some chemical product down the shower drain, needed everyday. We found this to be shocking and unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

A nice pet friendly hotel. Unfortunately without the beach. But the level rooms have incredible views. The young staff still needs a bit of training. A part of that we enjoyed our stay.
