The hotel I beautiful. It was clean and quiet.
The pool is relatively small for the size of the hotel, we learnt to go early to get a sunbed.
If you are going soon be aware there is a lot of building going on. We had a building site right outside our room. Very noisy but not the hotels fault.

We stayed for a week here and found it to he one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was great and the pool was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Situated on the main strip and only 15 mins walk from the heart if the old town. It's worth taking some lazy afternoons walking around the town. Its beautiful.

Our stay at Meliá Palma Marina was incredibly disappointing. There was construction right in front of the entrance, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Our room faced a gray wall, was extremely noisy, and had a small balcony with two cheap plastic chairs. The interior design was awful—cabinets were misaligned, the couch was ugly, and the water pressure was low.
The staff at the reception were unfriendly. When I asked for a plaster, they refused to bring it up, forcing me to go down and get it myself from a very rude receptionist who didn’t even greet me. We wanted to cancel immediately , but were forced to stay due to an event. We finally were able to cancel the last night. Shockingly, they made me sign a paper stating I couldn’t write a bad review if I wanted a refund—is that even legal?
The breakfast area was overcrowded, with no tables available and waiters too busy to help. The location is bad, and I will definitely not be coming back. Avoid this place!

Stayed for 3-nights last week. There are signs for aging facilities in the room, but it is very clean and comfortable. My room faces the marina with a sizeable balcony and the view was fantastic. The staffs at the reception are very friendly and professional. The breakfast has sufficient options. The location is good and not too far away from the old town. Overall great experience.

The hotel looks nice and the service we experienced - from check-in and at the bar - was really good. The gym wasn’t adequately air-conditioned. The bedroom decor was a bit tired and naff but perfectly comfortable with soft bedding and a good shower. There was good quiet air-con in our room and a cute little balcony. The main issue was the lack of soundproofing. Our room - on the first floor - was wildly noisy from both the street and next door / a local bar or disco. The sound of bass when we went to sleep at midnight was intense! Still managed to sleep ok - possibly due to a well-made negroni at the bar!
