My disappointment started right at check-in. The line was huge, and only two staff members were working—one handling online check-ins and the other managing the regular line. I ended up waiting almost an hour, which was frustrating after a long day at the park when all I wanted was to check in and rest. The staff member who attended me seemed overworked and in a bad mood, which, while understandable, made the experience even less pleasant. I also noticed many other guests complaining, and two people requested to speak to the manager, who took an excessively long time to respond.
The hotel corridors were dirty, with towels and trash scattered on the floor. It seemed like no staff were monitoring or maintaining these areas. My room was nicely set up, but it lacked extra towels and pillows, which I had to call and request. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was hair from a previous guest in the tub, and to make matters worse, the bathtub was clogged, which was extremely unhygienic.
To top it off, housekeeping started cleaning rooms early in the morning, making excessive noise in the hallways and showing no respect for guests who were still sleeping. This made it impossible to get proper rest, adding to the overall frustration of the stay.
For the high price we paid, I expected better service and cleanliness. I specifically chose this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for my birthday weekend, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. With so many more affordable options available, I expected a much higher standard. Would not recommend.

Currently on a trip with 75 high school students. The hotel was able to get us all on the same floor which rarely happens with our large groups. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The pool has tons of seating areas. The market has fantastic options with plenty of options for all of our kiddos with dietary restrictions. Will definitely return to this hotel.

It was a great experience! Initially, we got off to a great start: we received a complimentary hotel room upgrade as a surprise. All the hotel staff we had contact with were super friendly and helpful, from the check-in counter to the food court, to the cleaning staff. The pool and common areas were great and always clean. The pizza was wonderful and reasonably priced, and the alcoholic drinks at the bar were delicious. The experience was perfect at this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Overall, it was great service, a comfortable stay, and easy access transportation.
Qualities:
Rooms have good views and cleanliness.
Resort service was quick and efficient.
Shuttle busses are easily accessible and quick. They take you from the hotel to Universal Studio's City Walk. Shuttle buses arrive every 15 minutes.
Lots of variety in food and drinks options at the hotel.

Beds are okay. Not the best for a good night's sleep. If you are on the top floor and need to shower do not expect water pressure, may have to use locker room showers in fitness center for longer hair. Other than that, good breakfast, great amenities, pool, Starbucks, store in lobby.
Recommend for a quick vacation.
