Hotel was nice and cute but definitely not worth the price. They charge 250 bucks for parking but never tell you that till you get there. And after paying for that, and being gone for 3 days they are trying to pull another $250 out of my bank account. Just go to the Rosen inn across the street much cheaper just as pretty and clean.

Dockside exceeded my expectations! It is a beautiful hotel! Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to City Walk is super convenient and comes frequently both to and from the park, we never had to wait for a bus. The only negatives for me are that I wish there was a microwave in the standard rooms, not a huge deal, but would be convenient, and the walls were pretty thin, and unfortunately our neighbors were LOUD until the wee hours! My kid was able to sleep through it though! That being said, I would definitely stay here again, and want to start planning my next vacation!!

We have stayed at this hotel previously around the same time and enjoyed our stay. However, this time the hotel was less than enjoyable. We left our do not disturb sign off our door 2 different days and the room received no cleaning our whole stay. When we called for fresh sheets and towels, it was delivered to us in a plastic garbage bag to put on ourselves. If you use the elevators during the time that the housekeeping starts, most of them will rush in front of you to get on the elevator first and will NOT press the button for your floor. We were overcharged several times at the dinning area. The dinning area prices are absolutely outrageous…as much as $6 for some bottled nonalcoholic drinks. We payed less in the parks. We also did the room service pizza one night and one of the pizzas were not even cooked all the way through. I understand that the guests are out of the staff control, but we had several extremely rude interactions with other guests, not to mention a neighbor that was incredibly obnoxious and inappropriate, we could hear ever word through the wall. Despite all of this, the beds and pillows were our biggest complaint. They were extremely uncomfortable

The rooms are nice in size and the location is ideal. Plus they offer free transportation to the parks, but of course you have to pay to park at the hotel and is cheaper than paying to park at the park itself. So, you have to think of which one weighs out better in your situation. I must say these hotels are setup to be their most economical hotels and some of the things from the hotel you can see why. They don't offer lotion in the room(we didn't ask if they have it if you call them so I don't know if they give you some of you ask), the towels in the room and the pool towels are cheap and thin, and the walls are thin and you can hear guests or bathroom plumbing and things in the room while you are trying to sleep. But, overall the hotel is fine and nice to stay to go enjoy the park or their pool.

We stayed in a Family Suite for a week while enjoying the parks. This was our first time staying on property and it did not disappoint. We had a wonderful experience both at the hotel and in the parks. Our only complaint is that one of the nights we closed down Universal Studios and waiting for the bus took forever. The room was a perfect size for our family of 4 and it gave us plenty of space to spread out. The pool was heated and was refreshing after a long day in the parks. We would definitely stay there again!
