Stayed here many times for our Orlando holidays. We usually stay in a 3 bedroom unit. Several warm pools. Although a bit further away from parks than other places, it's only a few minutes in reality, and to be honest it is cheaper. There is a super relaxed feeling to the resort and we usually make sure we have a couple of days chilling out there. Highly recommended.

Just loved this place,stayed before ,but our apartment this time was so much nicer. Very modern ,clean and on the ground floor,so no climbing stairs after a long day out and about. Nice pool,lovely grounds friendly staff,especially the security guys on the gates,always a thumbs up or a wave as they got to know us. Hope to be back again one day,hopefully without hurricane warnings.

This was our 3rd time there. Loved it every time. The stay and the pleasure of being under the same ROOF WAS AMAZING! We wanted to hangout n cook rather then go out to eat. The 2 screened in porches was sweet. The Adult children had theirs n I had MINE! 🤗Night sky Gorgeous.

Absolutely terrible. Upon arrival we were left with no info or advice on the hurricane situation (friends of ours stayed at resort not far from us and they got moved to a safer area, water ect) AC didn't work in our room and a fan didn't work in the guest room, waited 3 days due to hurricane (that delay we understood) but by 3rd day still had no help. Finally came to fix it and we returned to the apartment having 7 hours of heating at 99⁰ causing it to be too uncomfortable that we couldn't stay there. Side note was told that it could sleep 6 and it wasn't fit for 6 people. My tall 13 yr old son couldn't fit on a sofa bed and I wasn't having him sleep 2 weeks on a sofa bed! After taking three hours to organise another room we finally moved to another block ! At 10:30pm with 4 kids (one 2 year old) but we got downgraded to a really outdated room with no working sockets in the kitchen and the garbage disposal wasn't working. After complaining we didn't get any help until 2 days later. We went out for a day and returned to our key cards not working, my husband went to the reception 3 times with a total of 9 room cards not working! We were locked out of our room for an hour at 9pm. Staff did nothing to hurry or help us. They even blamed us for the cards being wiped clean when we made sure to keep them away from all tech or electrical items. There is only one good thing about staying here and that was the friendly security team and quiet area. All security greeted us with a kind smile and thoroughly checked all vehicles. Honestly if I could give this less that 1 star I would. Every time we returned to our apartment it was a disaster. And staff were far too relaxed and didn't want to help us at all. Don't stay here unless you got no kids and are happy with minimal to no help from the staff. We even left and booked a villa down the road! And I'm not just being picky the apartment and staff nearly ruined our trip.

Excellent! The host was attentive and very kind . We were evacuated from pt Charlotte. This place was immaculate and well stocked! Tastefully decorated! I highly recommend this unit
