Had a 3 night trip in September 2024 and stayed in a 'Levels' triple room on a B&B basic. Cannot fault the hotel. Beautiful views across the harbour, clean and very comfortable room, unlimited access to the Level Lounge for food and drink throughout the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at the Meliá Palma Marina in August 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the marina and the Mediterranean, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. From the moment we began planning, the service we received was top class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was taken care of. A special mention has to go to the events coordinator, Andrea, who was nothing short of amazing. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, friendly approach made the whole process stress-free. She truly helped bring our vision to life and made our wedding day everything we had dreamed of and more. The food was delicious, the venue was beautifully decorated, and the overall atmosphere was just magical. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding. If you're considering Meliá Palma Marina for your wedding or event, we couldn't recommend it highly enough. Thank you to Andrea and the entire team for making our day so special!

Spa, gym and pool were closed, no one informed me beforehand. Upon making the personnel aware, they gave me a voucher for a drink. Which makes no sense, since I don’t drink alcohol, because I am not a carb addicted fatpig. Not adequate. Didn’t get the facilities I paid for. Especially the fact that they dare advertise with the gym, spa and indoor pool and clearly have a markup in pricing to other hotels that don’t, is quite preposterous.

Great views of the marina, exceptional hotel, super nice staff, and the level lounge/breakfast area are really nice. Very quiet, nice variety of food and lovely view of the marina. The location is nice, close to the promenade, and Palma marina. The hotel itself is amazing and has a super nice interior design. The pool is ok, not big and not too small. The SPA area is also pretty nice, and you should enjoy it if you visit this hotel. Melia Hotel, as always, doesn't disappoint.

We stayed for a week here and found it to he one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was great and the pool was perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Situated on the main strip and only 15 mins walk from the heart if the old town. It's worth taking some lazy afternoons walking around the town. Its beautiful.
