If you're looking for a comfortable and super well-located spot in Dubai, seriously consider the Metropolitan. From the moment I arrived, the service was genuinely warm and professional—the staff here truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. My room was spotless, modern, and honestly, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave for the breakfast in the mornings! The location on Sheikh Zayed Road is fantastic; being so close to the Equiti metro station made getting around Dubai an absolute breeze. Plus, having the complimentary shuttle to the beach and Mall of the Emirates is a huge bonus. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, which has a cool view, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is both classy and relaxed. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a truly pleasant stay at the Metropolitan Hotel Dubai. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service — ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also great — easily accessible, close to Sheikh Zayed Road, and convenient for reaching both downtown Dubai and the Marina area. Overall, Metropolitan Hotel Dubai offers exceptional value and genuine hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and will be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

I am writing at this late hour to file a formal complaint against the hotel. It is almost 2:00 AM and the party downstairs has still not stopped. We came to Dubai for only three nights, and we have work every day from 10 AM to 10 PM as exhibitors, standing for over 12 hours. The least we expect when we return to our rooms is to be able to rest. Since the moment we arrived, the music has been extremely loud, and this is not acceptable at all. Yesterday, when the pool was temporarily closed, we received both a written notice and a phone call informing us. Today, however, there is a loud party continuing until 2 AM and nobody even bothered to leave a notice, which is far more disturbing than a pool closure. Which affects guests more—being unable to sleep or accessing a pool? We truly do not understand how this is acceptable, and we request immediate action.

From the planning stage to the actual event, everything was handled with great professionalism and attention to detail. The team was courteous, well-coordinated, and attentive to every request, ensuring that our guests were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. The ballroom setup was elegant, the service was seamless, and the overall atmosphere created by the staff made the event truly memorable. A big thank you to the entire hotel team but special thanks to Mr. Melvin & Mr. Ajeesh . I would highly recommend this venue and their wonderful staff for any special occasion.
