Small room with view on the wall, not even once in 5 days did I get a clean towel. The food was really bad like fish served with scales, and not a lot to choose from.i could barely find anything to eat in the hotel. In all-inclusive we could not get free drinks besides the time of lunch or dinner. And even that for all-inclusive was cut to 3 drinks of either shitty wine or beer. Another group could drink as much as they wanted only because they were old. That is DISCRIMINATION!!! I paid for all-inclusive to enjoy myself, but could not, because everything was cut short for me. My friend is diabetic, but there was no sweetener for her. When we went to the bar for a drink(that we had to pay for despite paying for all-inclusive) the bar workers did not know hot o make drinks from their own menu! We waited 15 minutes for drinks! And then we left without drinking because we noticed the cockroach running from under the sits. The only thing saving this hotel is people working there. Overall I don't recommend this hotel.

Decent enough hotel for a short stay. The hotel has everything that’s needed when looking for a short getaway, including a decent all-inklusive offering. The hotel is easily reachable from the airport via the local bus routes. I visited in low season and I am unsure if the common areas are extensive enough to cater for high season. There aren’t a lot of loungers by the pool and tables to sit outside are also very limited. Communication could be difficult at times, with most of the staff (especially kitchen staff) not speaking English.

It's a good hotel , you can see why it's 4 star , not many sun beds round the pool but space is limited.
The restaurant is better than a lot of other hotels that we have stayed in , it's only a short walk to the sea front with a lot bars and restaurants down there.
The hotel staff were always happy to greet you with a smile and always helpful.

Came for 5 days with my fiancée and his parents and paid for all inclusive.. we however, did not get all inclusive. Being respectful to the Spanish law 3 drinks and lunch and 3 drinks at dinner. That being wine or beer. Cocktails are available but at a price €8-13.
Food is very mediocre, cold but edibleish. Lots of fish for the fish lovers. Breakfast is again meh however, try the pastries they do have a higher rating! You can buy food in the sky bar, this was definitely nicer and worth the money. Big portions and tasty. Lot nicer than the stuff you funnily enough, already paid for with your “all inclusive “ snacks are non existent and is just left over crackers/bread/pasties from breakfast.
Staff don’t overly look that happy unless you’re either tipping or paying for your drinks.
Me and my partner had a very rude member of staff in the canteen shout at us as we had followed another couple into the diner 4 minutes earlier that opening times. We apologies and left, yet he continued to shout very loud from the other side of the room shaking and waving his hands in the air! We did go and report the situation to reception but they just smiled and nodded. This definitely put me on edge during our stay as I was concerned I would see this worker again.
Very limited entertainment in the evenings and music is constantly played at such a high volume with very beating house like music.
Rooms are clean enough, some eggy smelling drains but that’s kinda standard. Rooms are decorated very dark red so do seem very dark. Balcony lights come on at 9pm and don’t go off till early hours of the morning, if you like your sleep keep your curtains shut.
As a family, we music of spent an extra €400 on eating out and extra food/drinks.
Honestly, not worth the money. Pictures are also very outdated and made to look like the hotel is more spacious and modern.

Staff are lovely and very accommodating! My friend organised her birthday party at the rooftop and they made sure it was an experience to never forget! Besides the location being perfect, the beautiful view over the sea and the city, the staff made the experience a thousand times better. Letting us play our bachata music and attending us with smiles only made the evening a night to remember
