One of the best 5 Star Hotels in Marrakech. You feel special and recognized from your first step into the reception. The suites are comfortable and clean. A wonderful pool & bar at the rooftop. Our room was well decorated for our special event . A special thanks to Ms. Hasna Qarrou & Ms. Kawtar Najiri for the wonderful services. From the reservation to the guest relation all was perfect. A small negative point is the noise and the smell in the evening from the rooftop bar (specially the 3rd floor suites). I recommend this hotel in Marrakech for a Quick weekend.

From the food to the amazing staff to the beautiful rooftop!! We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights all staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful concierge (redone I think his name was) who helped us organise activities and transport through the week for the best prices. Receptionists were friendly and smiley. In the hotel you have three deluxe pools, one in the basement in the spa which is heated, one on the ground floor near reception and one on the top floor with panoramic views of Marrakech where you can see the tallest mosque. The general hotel was quite clean a few issues with things inside the room on arrival such as slightly dirty pillowcases & floors but was all rectified rather quickly once we mentioned. The house keeping staff were friendly and efficient when we needed things for our room. Unfortunately the other restaurants were not yet opened but we enjoyed food at the rooftop restaurant a few times which was quite nice. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, Nourdenne the manager always catered to my needs if he had seen i had been waiting for something for too long he would be straight over and was quick to help with menus and food recommendations. Rida was also amazing he was here every day we were here always with a smile and such a pleasant attitude, you can really tell the staff genuinely enjoy their jobs and they pass off such positive energy. Additionally they sorted out a birthday cake for my mothers birthday which made her day! The only things I would like to see improvement with if I were to come back would be; a bit more of a selection of food at breakfast and also for all food to have correct labels next to them as I ate something downstairs which was labelled Turkey quiche but it was in fact salmon and also the spa: when I had a massage treatment no health forms or anything were completed. There are plenty Sun loungers across the pools in the hotels and the sun shines brightly on the rooftop. A few live entertainers in the evening by the lobby and a bar downstairs too. A beautiful snooker table for entertainment which my family and I enjoyed using every night!! Many restaurants near by (5-10 minute walk to most) and the hotel is located quite close to the airport no more than 20 minute drive. There is a currency exchange shop outside which was quite useful during our stay. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would come back again and recommend people to stay. Thank you for our stay!!

Stumbled across this place tonight and what a lovely surprise it was. Lovely cocktails on the rooftop with our toddler, followed by an impromptu buffet dinner. Staff were so lovely and attentive, spoke great English, food was delicious and the band playing gave my son a lovely goodbye song. It’s an intimate place around a pool, with stunning views over the city. Will be going back!

Highly stylised hotel. We went there for dinner on the rooftop terrace. Food was superb (go for the Moroccan menu rather than Italian or Asian), service was really attentive and they made sure we kept warm as the sun went down. Spectacular view.

Nice hotel and very good people working here. Everyone so nice and polite. Very good service amazing breakfast. Amazing cinema room can watch all the sports. Location is nice. Love the dark ambience, music and pool table on ground floor. Highly recommend this hotel and every small issues lovely management helped to solve.
