I recently stayed at the holiday inn, and I was incredibly impressed by both the food and the staff. The meals included were a highlight of my stay – each dish was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. From breakfast to dinner, every meal felt like a treat. The staff at the hotel were equally outstanding. They were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. Whether at the front desk or in the dining area, their warmth made me feel right at home. The excellent service, combined with the great food, really made my stay memorable. I highly recommend the holiday inn for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Stayed at Holiday Inn Surin Beach Resort at end of October 2024. Here is a brief review of the place- Location: Hotel is located beachfront to Surin beach, however to access beach one needs to walk about 100 meters approximately. Surin beach is relatively less crowded but there are some restaurants nearby and convenience stores too along with money exchange facilities and ATM, also. Rooms: Rooms were spacious. We were upgraded free to suite room (which is a kind gesture by resort staff). The room has separate kids bed. All rooms have balconies. Bathroom: Bathroom was adequate in space. Free toiletries were supplied. Staff: Staffs are the strongest part of this resort. They are always smiling, always greeting and go extra lengths for any need of the traveler. Resort facilities: The resort is a gold mine for kids and relaxation heaven for adults. For kids they have well stocked play room, separate baby pool, movie room - where recent titles are played every night. They also have on site toy stores, ice cream parlour and video game room. For adults there are pools, for parents with kids to have fun they have water slides, movie nights for adults, too at bar counter where one can enjoy a recent cinema on some drinks. And the bar is awesome with well stocked brands. Almost every evening there is some activities like cooking class, kids activities or musical nights. Overall ratings: 5 stars for hospitality and resort facilities. There were some normal wear and tears of various fixtures but that’s normal. So I will 100% recommend this hotel for Phuket travellers for both adults, and parents with kids.

Just had a nightmare experience at this hotel. Had a very strange encounter with housekeeping when she came to clean my room earlier that day as she was asking me very personal questions about where I was from and the length of my stay at the hotel, after having seen that I was a young female staying at the hotel room by myself. A few hours later during the evening (and well past housekeeping hours) I hear someone attempt to force entry into my room using a working key card without notice, and after realising that i had used the manual lock, proceeded to try to forcibly push door open continuously and aggressively (as if she was trying to break the lock open), while spamming the doorbell button to try to make me open the door. Obviously feeling terrified as a young woman staying there by myself with someone aggressively trying to enter my room with a working key card, I immediately called my sister who was luckily staying in another part of Phuket to drive to my hotel immediately and help me out of the room. Extremely shaken by what had just happened, I rush straight to reception and speak to the hotel manager who proceeded to check CCTV and confirmed it was that same woman from housekeeping that was asking me those intrusive questions earlier that day. I was told she had only just been hired and that was her first day on the job, and that this was not housekeeping protocol and they would fire her immediately. And that was that - it was quickly shrugged off by management as just another scary experience they’re sorry about with no offer of compensation and no clear show of adequate protocol on the hotel’s part further than providing a refund only after I requested it myself specifically. Obviously i did not feel safe enough to continue staying at this hotel after someone had just tried to break into my hotel room, paired with the lack of adequate duty of care from management in regards to guest safety. They did not even request for an official statement from me, notify police, or express any sort of escalation to investigate further. Considering this a Holiday Inn franchise and strongly markets itself as a “family” resort where a lot of children stay, i found the entire experience extremely concerning and unsafe. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this to anyone I know who is visiting the area. There are numerous hotels directly next to this one where you and your family will probably feel a lot safer.

From the moment we arrived at The Holiday Inn, the staff were amazing! They have been so welcoming and kind, helping with any of our needs, whether it be organizing tours (Peach), or recommending places to go (front of staff). Noel (manager) genuinely cares about his guests, and makes an effort to meet and greet with everyone. Special thanks to Chef, who served an amazing breakfast for our family each day and housekeeping who made our room look so clean each day! With the beautiful pool and slides and cocktails, our family was very happy! Thanks to all for a wonderful stay. 🙌🏻

I had a massage with Alisa, a very delicious massage. I had my moment of relaxation, it helped me improve some muscle pain. I definitely recommend her 100%. Very careful and everything very clean. thanks So much Alissa The hotel is child-friendly and very considerate of babies. Our flight leaves very late at night and they allowed us to check out at 6pm. The rooms are comfortable and quite clean. The employees are very helpful and willing to help. My 6-year-old son left the kids club very happy.
