From start to finish. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to help and made sure we felt right at home. The hotel’s pool area was one of the highlights. The large pool with a pool bar was perfect for relaxation, while the children’s pool and daily activities were a big hit with the kids. The staff organized fun exercise sessions, and the foam cannon brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area and access local attractions. All in all A wonderful stay with excellent service, fun activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend Novotel and look forward to returning!

Loved our experience at the hotel, very kid friendly! Excellent breakfast spread with variety of dishes including Indian dishes, meditarrean dishes and the English breakfast items. Room are very spacious, maintained and customer service is great. They have a kids play area which was a great addition when parents want to relax and there was also a fitness center. The swimming pool is huge and water is maintained. They also have a mini mart, some cafes etc inside the hotel premises. The location is on the road with many kinds of restaurants around even Indian ones. You can find scooter hiring options simply across the road. There is a 7-11 and tops daily nearby. There is also a money exchange right at the gate. Overall had a really great time and would recommend if you are travelling with kids.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Resort in Phuket, and it exceeded all expectations! The resort itself is stunning, with its lush surroundings and breathtaking views, but what truly made the stay remarkable was the top-notch service and the incredible restaurant. The restaurant is a gem. The variety of dishes, from authentic Thai cuisine to international options, was exceptional. Every meal was a culinary delight, made from the freshest ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was exquisite. The ambiance of the restaurant, especially with the beautiful views, made every dining experience feel special. The staff, though, were the real highlight of the resort. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. They remembered small details about our preferences, which made us feel cared for in a personal and thoughtful way. Overall, Novotel Resort Phuket is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a luxurious getaway. The combination of the amazing food, impeccable service, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Novotel Vintage Phuket was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making us feel right at home. The hotel’s child care services from 8 AM to 5 PM were a lifesaver, especially since it's fairly well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy some much-needed relaxation. The swimming area was super clean and safe, which is so important when you have little ones. The poolside bar and adjacent restaurant were perfect for keeping stress at bay, especially with the variety of options on the kids' menu. It made mealtime so easy, with plenty of choices that our kids actually enjoyed! Everything about our stay was perfect—my wife, our 4-year-old, and our twins (2 years old) all loved it here. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and will definitely be returning!

Great hotel, have stayed in various country, it has been always good but the one in vintage park the hospitality was different which accommodated us very well. As well shout out to restaurant employee ms Khom who has been so helpful and as well caring towards my young kids, when they were unwell and entertaining them during breakfast, which by the way a good and decent breakfast . The room was excellent for us, the pool was great for adults and kids. Dinner and lunch perhaps best to try out.
