While we really enjoyed our stay in February 2025 I do have a few suggestions.
1) For a kid friendly resort lunch options are limited for kids. The buffet is great but snack huts with chips, granola bars, etc would go a long way! Also would love to see chicken tenders and French fries added to the room service menu and maybe even a macaroni dish.
2) While I understand the need to spray for mosquitos, we were literally fogged on our way to dinner the first night. We do not like to subject ourselves to inhaling pesticides so maybe best to do this at night when most are asleep or early morning.
3) The lounge chairs and cabanas are showing their age and in my opinion are in need of replacement.
4) Map was very unhelpful as nothing is marked clearly and resort is huge. A golf cart tour upon arrival would have been great!
5) Lastly.for a family resort I suggest implementing smoking areas. My kids were bothered by the smoking that was allowed everywhere (pools, shows, etc).
Overall staff is friendly, food is good and housekeeping was amazing. We loved the nightly shows and our kids were always entertained by the daily activities!

So far this is the best hotel for me in the whole area!
Food and drinks are AMAZING; taste,variety, quality... The hotel has the perfect size. If you've been to Punta Cana you might have noticed that some hotels are like small cities Very HUGE. This one is big but very well designed and easy to walk and reach from point A to B.
The rooms are very comfortable; the beds, the pillows, the size of the toilet area! (some hotels have a toilet area the size of a jail cell bathroom or gas station bathroom).
Love the water slides and the concert area located in the pool, They have amazing parties over there!
You won't regret coming here.

Large place. Nice beach. I did find that there was a lack of organization and communication. In the buffet things would change location day by day. For example the burger section moved to the other side of the buffet. One day the entire buffet moved outside and we were not the only ones that were confused as it was not communicated to us. As the beach is federal property and not owned by the resort sellers would approach you on the beach each day. They were not pushy and appeared to all work for the same company. The layout of the complex is confusing. It took me the entire week to figure the layout out. There is an app and a map but it does not show what direction you are walking so with gps drift it is not useful. It is nice that food and drinks (including alcohol) is included. The Room service menu is very limited for lunch and dinner. The breakfast room service menu is good. The butler service was good. You can text him questions and he was responsive. He would find us and check up on us. The rooms are nice and clean. We did have an ant problem which was dealt with quickly. The location is approximately 45 minutes from the airport. DO NOT RENT A CAR AND DRIVE THERE. Hire a local transport service. Traffic lanes are a suggestion there and I saw many almost accidents.

10/10, amazing!! The people here are the nicest, such awesome service especially Edwin he is so helpful and joyful, phenomenal rooms, great location especially the beach!! This resort is impeccable. All the restaurants have such good food and the music is joy to my ears. The events that happen at night are so impressive and mind-blowing. This place has grown on me here and I would definitely visit again. I recommend this place.

We went with our 8 month old baby (via Sunwing), and this resort exceeded our expectations. Staff were extremely friendly and warm towards our family and especially our baby.
Food - excellent - great to be able to pick from all of the different restaurants (with no limits)
Service - excellent - there were
Room - large in size and cleaned well everyday. Bottled water refilled everyday, very kind staff.
Amenities - bars everywhere and pool/beach were fantastic. The lazy river was our favourite!
