We just got back from a week long holiday at this resort. It was amazing and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room and hotel were very clean. The food was delicious at all restaurants. We would recommend and return.

Just returned and can say this is this accommodation is some of the best we have ever stayed in. Total luxury and first class service is all you will find here - from checking in to when you sadly have to leave.
The location is perfect and with a number of pool areas and the beach to relax on during the day and restaurants and bar areas to see you through the evening, it really ticked every box.
We were lucky enough to catch a baby turtles hatching too which was icing on the already perfect cake!
One thing I loved is how friendly all of the hotel staff were and how they easily picked up on your vibe and enhanced it - if you wanted to chat - done, if you wanted peace and quiet and little interaction - no problem at all.
John was always around checking everyone was ok which is also a nice touch and it felt like your presence was really important to the hotel too.
We hope to be lucky enough to return in the future to visit again.

Whilst it’s not a bad hotel it’s definitely not a five star hotel.
The food at elements restaurant when it was a buffet and not a la carte was bad apart from one or two meals (we stayed for a week). The Caribbean night was inedible, which is surprising. The other lunch resultant bluefin took two hours to serve us. Over 40 minutes just waiting for the desert. This happened pretty much everytime we went.
We also stayed in a room where you are supposed to be able to stock the mini fridge with what you want. I asked for Stella Artois beer with one of the customer representatives because it was in the welcome basket they provided. He said sorted. When I come up to the room after being on the beach there was nothing in the fridge at all. I then called reception twice and spoke to house keeping who promised it was coming. Four hours later; nothing. Not a huge problem but for the price of the room you should expect good service. Especially as one of the selling points is that the room comes with its own personalised mini fridge.
The beach service was excellent though so credit to them there! Drinks came quick.
Again- it wasn’t a bad hotel but it’s not 5 star as advertised. I would say three and a half.

Staff is outstanding and very attentive. Resort is s luxury all-inclusive, and they go out of their way to tailor make your experience for you. Rooms are beautiful and newly renovated with excellent design, but do have some mechanical issues (washer never stops running, not enough ventilation in bathrooms leading to mildew, broken toilet seat cover, and a towel bar that falls off the wall every day despite their very vigilant efforts to fix it every day) .
Spa is small, bit do splurge on a treatment. The views are miraculous, massage tables are extra comfortable, and received the best massage I've ever had from Joanne.
All of the staff are outstanding! Can't name them all here, but Yvonne and Renaldo, in particular. Bravo!

We visited this hotel during our October school break, and overall, it was a delightful experience. This charming five-star hotel has far more positives than negatives.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for our stay. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and was just fine.
The beach is stunning, with plenty of loungers available. While the water can be a bit rocky, if that’s not to your liking, you can take a short five-minute walk to Dover Beach, where the waves are just as beautiful but without the rocks.
The food at all four restaurants was amazing, and special thanks to Ton, Khadijah and Athya from Element's main restaurant.
