We just got back from a week long holiday at this resort. It was amazing and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room and hotel were very clean. The food was delicious at all restaurants. We would recommend and return.

We visited this hotel during our October school break, and overall, it was a delightful experience. This charming five-star hotel has far more positives than negatives.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for our stay. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and was just fine.
The beach is stunning, with plenty of loungers available. While the water can be a bit rocky, if that’s not to your liking, you can take a short five-minute walk to Dover Beach, where the waves are just as beautiful but without the rocks.
The food at all four restaurants was amazing, and special thanks to Ton, Khadijah and Athya from Element's main restaurant.

Staff is outstanding and very attentive. Resort is s luxury all-inclusive, and they go out of their way to tailor make your experience for you. Rooms are beautiful and newly renovated with excellent design, but do have some mechanical issues (washer never stops running, not enough ventilation in bathrooms leading to mildew, broken toilet seat cover, and a towel bar that falls off the wall every day despite their very vigilant efforts to fix it every day) .
Spa is small, bit do splurge on a treatment. The views are miraculous, massage tables are extra comfortable, and received the best massage I've ever had from Joanne.
All of the staff are outstanding! Can't name them all here, but Yvonne and Renaldo, in particular. Bravo!

I literally cannot say enough about this wonderful resort. I spent my birthday there last week and from the moment you arrive to when you check out, the staff does their best to give you an amazing experience. It is located on the south of the island on perfect blue shores with pink sand. We stayed in the adult side in the newer building and had what they called a pool view, but it was facing the ocean as well. It had a huge king bed, modern design and a HUGE bathroom. There are several onsite restaurants that are part of the all-inclusive package, but you must reserve dinner each night. while there we had extensive choices for meals at Elements, but Oro was fine dining and Bluefin was casual. If you are at the pool, there are staff that comes around to take your drink orders and even bring you ice cream! Around the resort there are shops and beach side restaurants that you can easily walk to in a safe neighborhood. On my birthday the breakfast staff at Elements surprised me with cupcakes and a birthday serenade, and later that night Jamilia the lovely guest ambassador decorated our room with balloons, rose petals and left us pink champagne!!! I had an amazing massage at the spas as well. At Oro I also got another surprise cake and candle. They really made us feel so special. Another surprise was that there were baby turtles hatching the beach. I highly recommend O2 and we will certainly be back.

This hotel is beautiful.
The staff did everything possible to make the stay an amazing experience from a simple “Good Morning” to providing tremendous service throughout the hotel, not just in restaurants.
The food and drinks are almost too good to be true!
Unfortunately I cannot give the room 5 stars as the rooms themselves were beautiful, however we had an issue from night 1 where we kept coming back to the room and the floor was soaking causing a slipping hazard. This happened for 3 nights in a row and the issue changed from the fridge leaking to condensation. We then got the head of maintenance to attend who promised to get back to us after going to the manager, this did not happen. I called reception to follow this up, they then advised that we could change apartments and the new apartment was luxurious! It’s just concerning that they allowed this hazard to continue and get so bad.
Overall the stay was brilliant. It’s a shame that the we had the issues we did, it became very hard to ignore a soaking wet floor every night when all we wanted to do was sleep. I would love to return in the near future!
