I had an absolutely wonderful stay in the hotel. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with friendly and professional service that made me feel right at home. The staff especially Miss Chandris she is ver accomodating I coudnt ask for more. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful with all the amenities. Very highly recommend hotel and staff.

I had an amazing stay at Barcelo. I initially requested an extra bed, but the wonderful Chandris went above and beyond by offering us a free upgrade instead. Her kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly exceptional. I do not recommend this place. The bar staff displayed very unprofessional behavior towards both employees and customers. On Sunday at 4:40 PM, there was an issue with the bill at the bar, and one employee tried to blame another, insisting that they should pay for the mistake—even though it wasn’t their fault. This was extremely rude, especially considering it was said in front of customers. Regarding the dining experience, we were informed that we couldn’t enter the main dining area because a Ramadan dinner was taking place, and we were directed upstairs instead. However, once upstairs, we were told we couldn’t eat there either, despite having already paid for a package that included both breakfast and dinner. The food was cold, and the selection was very limited. As for the rooms, the bed linen wasn’t changed for three days. We booked a room for three people, yet nothing was prepared for the third guest. We had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities, including the third bed and toilet paper. For the price, there are much better and more beautiful hotels available. I would not recommend this place.

This is a good place. Few shortcomings would have been due to too menu guests. The breakfast was great. Indian/ Sri Lankan type of curries with spices would have made it even better
