I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We had an issue with our booking but the team answered quickly. The room was nice even if some technical issues can be perceived and could have been easily avoided. However, the entire staff was amazing and full of smile. Thank you to Fattah for your kindness as well as Andrew for your warmth (but also his colleague that was with him at the door too).

Stayed here for just a night but would’ve loved to stay longer. Beds are super comfortable, amenities are really nice. Loved the quality of the toiletries available as well. Feels nice and luxurious in the hotel and the rooms too. Super spacious and the TV is really nice too.

The hotel is very good, clean, and conveniently located close to everything. The rooms are spacious. We encountered an issue during check-in, but Mr. Ftab, the Duty Manager, handled it excellently. I truly appreciate his cooperation and patience in resolving the matter. However, I must note that the room service is very slow. Based on this positive experience with the Duty Manager, I will still consider returning to this hotel soon. Thank you!

Had such an amazing stay at the Al Jaddaf - the food and service was amazing and the room was beautiful and comfortable. As we were checking out, Kaouther was so kind and wonderful. I would love to come back!
