A very good budget hotel. Venue very good design, almost 5 start. Staffs are nice and friendly. When you check in you have to be very alert otherwise you may encounter intention (?) mistakes. Only disappointment is the swimming pool, too small.

I had the worst experience in my life in this hotel. Firstly, I found this hotel through "Tajj" it had some great offers and nice prices, so I booked in this hotel as it had an option for late check out and pay at the hotel as there was no option for paying now. When I reached the hotel they told me that they have cancelled my reservation due to no payment and late showing up, while the check in was showing on my confirmed email and booking to be from 3 pm and I reached the hotel at 4:30 pm. The excuses that they gave me for the cancellation was they called me twice i didn't respond which is not correct as I didn't receive any calls, second reason I didn't make the payment prior the check in time while the only option was available is pay at the hotel, at this time I was furious and angry so I asked for the manager and when he came he told me this is the policy of the hotel if you didn't pay we have the full authority to cancel the reservation, I didn't accepted and I said before I leave I want to have prove of the cancellation that saying or showing that the hotel cancelled my reservation which they didn't want to give me so then later they can charge for the cancellation. They offered me another room that is downgraded than the room that I booked for the same price and that was worst. I called "Tajj" for help and assistance but they weren't very helpful, they were trying to find any mistake that I have done just to help the hotel without any willing to help the customer, even that they asked from me the call log for my phone number so that they can confirm that no one has contacted me which I did provide and no response at all. In the end of all that drama the hotel manager offered me a suite room for the same price of a king room just to satisfy me. And to be honest this suite is one of the worst suites that I've ever stayed in my life. If anyone need an advice for the best app to book hotel then use " Booking.com" but for this hotel I don't recommend to stay in.

Super room BUT with very slow service, they are so greedy asking for towels and slipper their reply was not allowed!! the reception was rude and hanged the phone! Of course never coming back again even of they offered 1 week stay free. Dinner was poor in selections, breakfast was good. Its very clear that the management directions to staff to be greedy for any request.

Lovely hotel, in a great location very easily accessible to other places within Dubai city. Hotel staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming. Mostafa, the restaurant manager was lovely and willing to help when we needed anything. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel within Dubai city
