I had good experience as my first time booking hotel in Dubai. Chandris in the reception was very helpful and was able to compose herself on a busy day. Souk restaurant was also good, their food is fresh and the cook , cooks amazing food. I could have given better review but unfortunately the hotel roof is made of glass - with this weather it is very hot, the AC cant make the lobby cold enough for all the guests. There are other ways to make the experience better. Not to mention when the guests started complaining the manager did not even tried to show himself and he left his team handle the situation.

I cannot say enough good things about Christina, she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We mentioned we’d be arriving early, and instead of making us wait, she kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite so it would be ready in time, at no extra charge! She also arranged an early check-in for us, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. Every time I’ve stayed, Christina makes sure everything is ready, prepared, and just right. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set her apart. She’s the reason I always look forward to coming back thank you, Christina, for making every stay such a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Barceló Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Two kind staff members “Chandris and Millie” at the reception warmly welcomed me and even upgraded my room without me asking — such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience first time coming to Dubai. Staff is so helpful and humble, always willing to assist with anything and always go the extra mile to increase your experience. Hotel has excellent facilities and even provides personalised service when required, like drinks. Shisha and others at the pool. It's clean and calm environment every time. So great for a good rest. Restaurant is the cherry on top of the cake. Every day is different and the food is prepared to high standard and an amazing presentation. Delicious I must say for a buffet service with all you can eat every night. We want to give a special thank you to Ashok, Rakesh and Bharath for providing us an excellent service, for being so polite and professional all the time. Overall it was a 5 star experience for our family.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Ragul, who kindly brought our luggage, was extremely helpful and professional. At the reception, Chandris gave us a very warm and friendly welcome, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The overall experience was truly 5-star – attentive staff, great hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
