Location: Great, next to the beach. There's some supermarkets around. Facilities: 4 pools, 2 for children. Pools were clean and bathrooms kept relatively clean despite being very busy at times. Everything was quite accessible - no need to walk long distances. Gym was very basic- maybe add more mats, fix the barbell, fix the bench. Offer boxing gloves- since you have punching bag. Kids-friendly: Kids club is great, our 4 year old daughter enjoyed it very much and even made a new best friend. Andrea and Deborah are really amazing with kids. They have the patience and passion to do face painting and make crowns for the children every day. Mini disco every night at 20.30- very entertaining for the kids. Entertaining : Huge applause for the animation team, they are full of energy, good mood everyday and they remember the guests name. The team is very engaging and happy, but they are also not pushy if you don't want to participate which I appreciate a lot. Games, exercise and shows everyday. You don't get bored but it's also not overwhelming. Rooms: Block 3 has an amazing view but can be loud until midnight as the bar is right below it- but it didn't bother us. The other rooms in block 1 are more quiet. The rooms are a bit old and some places broken. It would benefit a touch of paint and some repairs. The bed was a bit too soft but since we didn't spend much time inside it didn't bother too much. Food: Buffet was okay. Sometimes the food was a bit too salty, and lacked a bit of variety. I think that's the only thing the hotel should really try to improve on is the food selection and quality. Too much sweets- some evenings there was three desert stations out of 8 stations. For an island, I was expecting more seafood and fish.

The location is wonderful, with a beautiful view on the turquoise bay and towards the town of Palma. There´s the possibility to enjoy the sun as well as the shadow of trees directly on the coast. It is possible to swim on the sea but also in 2 swimming pools and even though the hotel was already at 3/4 full I never had problems to enjoy all services and never had the impression of crawd. But the best quality by far is the Staff, very friendly and professional in all services. The director Jacopo was anytime available and asked us several times how the vacation was going, the Bar Manager Martina was a pleasure to see with the cheerfulness and positive energy she convey to everybody, the Chef Gabriele which managed (I don´t know how) to prepare for every meal a huge Buffet with delicious recipes for all tastes (including vegan or low calories ones) + a fantastic Paella every day. The animation team (Carlos, Ciccio and the others) is cheerful and funny but with enough discretion. They proposed a lot of activities and interesting shows every day. Johanna from the Reception and the rest of the Staff from the Spa to the Bar and the Room Service, have been extremely lovely. We just left but we miss already such a great time we hat with them. We would be pleased to come back again and again as soon as possible. Highly recommended +++++

Second time we have visited, this time with 2 children (age 2 and 6). Love the location, the beach is gorgeous. Our room was perfect and we spent every day at the kids splash pool. My girls loved Kids Club, in particular Andrea who was very kind, caring and attentive. Meal options were often repetitive, though still delicious. It is very busy at meal times so can feel hectic. Service usually good (depending on the staff member). There was one day our room was missed for room service, but the team were there early the next morning to complete this. Overall, a really lovely holiday.

very satisfied with the hotel. tasty, high-quality food, a variety of drinks. its own beach and beautiful views. very friendly staff, even when the hotel is fully booked. highly recommend and want to come again!

Amazing location right next to the sea with multiple pools in the hotel. The place is very children-oriented as regards entertainment but even though we do not have children, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay very much. The food was great, huge variety every day. We tried the spa as well and got a very relaxing couples massage from Sandra and Mayra. Both of them was super kind and professional. Recommended. :)
