Second time we have visited, this time with 2 children (age 2 and 6). Love the location, the beach is gorgeous. Our room was perfect and we spent every day at the kids splash pool. My girls loved Kids Club, in particular Andrea who was very kind, caring and attentive. Meal options were often repetitive, though still delicious. It is very busy at meal times so can feel hectic. Service usually good (depending on the staff member). There was one day our room was missed for room service, but the team were there early the next morning to complete this. Overall, a really lovely holiday.

Location: Great, next to the beach. There's some supermarkets around. Facilities: 4 pools, 2 for children. Pools were clean and bathrooms kept relatively clean despite being very busy at times. Everything was quite accessible - no need to walk long distances. Gym was very basic- maybe add more mats, fix the barbell, fix the bench. Offer boxing gloves- since you have punching bag. Kids-friendly: Kids club is great, our 4 year old daughter enjoyed it very much and even made a new best friend. Andrea and Deborah are really amazing with kids. They have the patience and passion to do face painting and make crowns for the children every day. Mini disco every night at 20.30- very entertaining for the kids. Entertaining : Huge applause for the animation team, they are full of energy, good mood everyday and they remember the guests name. The team is very engaging and happy, but they are also not pushy if you don't want to participate which I appreciate a lot. Games, exercise and shows everyday. You don't get bored but it's also not overwhelming. Rooms: Block 3 has an amazing view but can be loud until midnight as the bar is right below it- but it didn't bother us. The other rooms in block 1 are more quiet. The rooms are a bit old and some places broken. It would benefit a touch of paint and some repairs. The bed was a bit too soft but since we didn't spend much time inside it didn't bother too much. Food: Buffet was okay. Sometimes the food was a bit too salty, and lacked a bit of variety. I think that's the only thing the hotel should really try to improve on is the food selection and quality. Too much sweets- some evenings there was three desert stations out of 8 stations. For an island, I was expecting more seafood and fish.

We have just returned from our first holiday abroad with an infant child and we're pleased to say, it was a positive experience. This hotel was very family friendly and we felt well looked after by the staff. We must mention that the chefs and the cleaners are doing a very good job looking after all the guests and food was a good variety. We'd also like to mention the entertainment team who are doing an amazing job, my husband loved their comedy show, (make sure you're not missing it if you're there, I had to put a very tired child to bed). Also, special mention for Laura from the kids/entertainment team who acknowledged our son and was very friendly with Ale x. Location is great, we loved the proximity to the small beautiful beach, but if you're into visiting other places, it's probably a bit trickier as it's not within a walking distance of attraction. For us it wasn't a negative thing, but just in case you're planning to see more of the island. Overall, we appreciated the very international feeling of this hotel and how everyone seemed to be on the same chilled and relax pace no matter where they were from. The families by the kids pool were all lovely and we shared lots of toys amongst our kids. It was a pleasant and stress free athmosfere.

Don’t have second thoughts with this hotel! It was so great. Just looking at the pictures, and some comments we were close to looking elsewhere. Thank God we didn't! We thought that due to the pool-size there wouldn't be enough sun beds but no matter what time you arrive, whether morning or afternoon, there is enough space for everybody. In addition, when you look at Google maps, you may think the bus stops are far away but if you just go to spar next to the beach located next to the hotel (which maps doesn't show as there's no direct path on the beach) the bus stop is 4 minutes away. The staff were super friendly, gentlemen at the bar were always nice, Martina was always enthusiastic and had a smile on the face and (sorry for forgetting the name) the entertainment coordinator from Sicily, Italy was always a good chat. Nonetheless, all of them were great!! Facilities of the hotel were amazing across all hotel sectors! The views were great as the hotel is located proximate distance to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and have AC. The every night shows have always been energetic, and very good entertainment. Overall, we were super satisfied and if we were to come back to Mallorca, it would be to this hotel.

Amazing location right next to the sea with multiple pools in the hotel. The place is very children-oriented as regards entertainment but even though we do not have children, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay very much. The food was great, huge variety every day. We tried the spa as well and got a very relaxing couples massage from Sandra and Mayra. Both of them was super kind and professional. Recommended. :)
