Very good rooms, relaxing spa, excellent food and drinks and very kind workers. I recommend for sure. They explain and help you find whatever you need to buy or to visit in the city. Even in winter it's a great experience!

Very nice hotel, food was a plus. it's just a pity that the cleaners steal money from wallets in the room. the matter was reported to the receptionist as to why we didn't use the safe and that's it. In total, 80 € was lost, it's not much, but the fact is that in a 5-star hotel, the cleaning lady can only take money out of her wallet, which was hidden in her purse under her clothes.

The animation team are an extremely friendly energetic bunch who are very helpful they go above and beyond to help you. They are extremely good professional yet friendly and make you feel at ease. This our third visit to this hotel and I’m very impressed. The wait staff are also very enthusiastic and quick to help, the Manager has been of great help to us with the few hic-ups we have had in our room. The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch.

Shabby rooms, not very clean. Poor lighting. There is not enough space for clothes and luggage. The TV is only in Turkish and there are few channels. The pool is not very well maintained. In the summer, the outdoor pool might be better. Wifi internet is very slow and unsuable.

We stayed here for 10 nights. The Hotel had alot to offer for kids and the entertainment team was amazing from morning until late at night highly recommend. The food was OK we found something we wanted each day and the extra restaurants were good Extremely helpful staff who work very hard and are good at their job we felt safe and could easily communte in and out of town paying 6 euro per taxi the hotel was really clean and pools amazing. What we felt was missing was the little extras such as proper cocktails in glasses nibble bites from the bar and when we arrived only pasta and soup on offer. The rooms were extremely basic to say the least clean and tidy but lacking and needed some TLC we payed extra for a pool roof top room and it was basic hardly any room to move around for 2 people and the air conditioning was extremely poor to say the least. The spa was ok very rushed and rough no time to relax after paying 170 for a couple. We asked about booking direct and sent emails etc since August no reply to see if the price was lower could you over look the above. On our last day we asked to stay in our room longer as we were not due to fly out till 8pm for an extra 3 or 4 hours we were asked to pay 80 euro after spending 2000 euro plus for 10nights. Over all we enjoyed it and would return if the price was right
