We stayed in this beautiful hotel in June 2025 for 4 nights with my husband, my two children and my mother-in-law. We absoutely loved everything about this hotel, the food was so delicious and so much variety. My children loved the slides and pool side, the staff was really helpful and kind. Mr Nezam Bey really looked after us and made sure that our stay is pleasant and smooth. They have the most amazing Spa facilities, Kenan the manager of the spa gave us really good deal. My message therapist Wayan was the best. Thank you so much for hosting us, we had the most amazing and memorable holiday.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. There were definitely highlights, especially for families: - 🌊 The water slides were a hit with both kids and adults—plenty of variety and fun. - ☀️ We loved soaking up the sun, and the pools just outside our apartment were a real treat. - 🎭 Entertainment in the amphitheatre was lively and well-organised, with staff who brought great energy. - 🎉 Lots of activities to choose from, but queuing early at 7:00am to book beach outings or à la carte dinners wasn't ideal. - 🍽️ The main restaurant offered a good variety of dishes, and most staff were professional and courteous. However, a few things fell short of expectations: - 🍦 Ice cream wasn’t consistently available as part of the all-inclusive offering, which was disappointing—especially for the kids. - 🧃 The juice machines in the main restaurant weren’t great in terms of taste or quality. - 🐱 Our à la carte experience was let down when a cat ate our daughter’s meal, and despite assurances, it was never replaced. - 🛎️ Room service was slow and unresponsive, and despite daily requests, we never received the safe we asked for. - 📍 The location felt very remote, with no public transport options, which made exploring difficult. Overall, while there were enjoyable moments and great facilities for families, the inconsistencies in service and amenities brought the experience down.

We booked and paid for a Junior Suite upgrade but arrived to find ourselves placed in a dirty basement apartment with broken furniture, filthy sofa and beds, rubbish at the entrance, and stray dogs outside. The kitchen cabinets were even zip-tied shut. It felt unsafe and completely unacceptable. When we raised this at reception, the two staff on duty were rude, dismissive, and refused to help—telling us to “come back at 9am tomorrow.” No apology, no effort, nothing. As two ladies in our 60s, we were distraught and seriously considered paying for another hotel just to salvage our holiday. ✨ The light at the end of the tunnel was Martin, our Jet2 Representative. After explaining everything, he immediately took control, even contacting the hotel manager at home. Thanks to his persistence, we finally received the Junior Suite we had booked—one that accommodated my disabilities and gave us the quality time we had been looking forward to. Without Martin’s intervention, our experience would have been a disaster. Huge thanks to him for saving our holiday. The hotel itself needs to take a long, hard look at its customer service. We at least deserve that curtesy. Please 🙏.

Don't listen to the bad reviews, I can honestly say me and my family have had amazing holiday was there for 12nights. We stayed at pines, food there amazing. Main restaurant food decent. Went with 4 fussy kids so we fort we would have a issue but was always something there. And different food every in the day and night. Booked to go again next year. Can't wait ! Staff very friendly and helpful. There would go out there way to help you. Thank you staff.

The service worked very hard and diligently so I commend them for that, however the rooms weren’t clean enough and the bathroom drain had an overflowing problem. Steam room was broken throughout the whole time we spent there. Food was decent quality with lots of option to choose. The gym equipment wasn’t maintained at all and wasn’t suitable to use for a workout session (the screws on the seats were loose for both leg and shoulder press and made it extremely hard to keep balance while using them). There were multiple pools but there wasn’t a single life guard to act on an emergency. For a hotel that’s designed to host 1000 people they were missing a lot of maintenance and safety protocols.

Amazing family holiday - Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, with breathtaking scenery both in and around the hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – I highly recommend paying a bit extra for the exceptional sea view, absolutely worth it! The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, which really enhanced the overall experience. Would recommend the spa facility, such a relaxing experience! There was a huge variety of food options, catering to all tastes, and plenty of activities and entertainment to enjoy throughout the day and evening – something for everyone. We will definitely be returning and are already recommending it to friends and family. A truly fantastic stay!

The resort is beautiful, with lovely surroundings and great facilities. The food and drinks were consistently good, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. The reception team was very friendly and welcoming, which made check in and check out smooth. However, we did notice that the bar team could be a bit moody at times and as foreigners, there were moments when we felt a bit ignored or overlooked, which took away slightly from the experience. Still, a nice place to relax and unwind.

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days, (2 adults) it was one of the best hotels we went to. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We booked the room with a view of the beach, but the room is a bit old. Food was enjoyable, the only problem we had was the sandy part of the beach was always full, we had to always stay by the rock side. Which when you walk there it’s painful for feet. Great location, but the experience was very disappointing. We arrived at 8 a.m., while check-in was only available at 2:30 p.m. Although we were allowed to have breakfast and use the pool or sea, the kitchen was dirty, the plates and cutlery were unclean, and the food was nearly inedible. The seaside shore was far too small for the number of guests, and every sunbed around the pool and by the sea had been “reserved” with towels, making it impossible to relax by the water. If you decide to order something simple, like a hamburger, you have to endure a long queue and watch fly-covered ingredients being gathered onto dirty plates. The only option left was to sit in the café, constantly waving away countless flies. Thankfully, after contacting our tour operator, we were moved to another hotel — which was much better in every way. Overall, the conditions here fell far short of expectations.

We have expected more delicious foods but foods were not as we expected. Rooms are not satisfied but the only good thing is sea and drinks. It is nearly worth to go but I am sure that you can find more price effective places. Last but not least I can mention that stuffs are very kind. You can stay this hotel without hesitation but keep your expectations minimum.

Fantastic hotel with great service, delicious food, and clean facilities. The spa staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and ensured a relaxing experience. The animation team maintained a consistently high level of energy and engagement, providing varied entertainment throughout the day and evening. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, particularly the Turkish and fish options, both offering high-quality dishes and attentive service. The meals were well-prepared, and the presentation and portion sizes met a high standard. Overall, the Ramada Resort provides a well-organized and enjoyable environment suitable for both families and couples. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in Turkey.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. My wife and I needed a rest, the location was perfect for us as it suited our needs (no excessive sounds), at our age we just wanted to chill out and enjoy the scenery. The food selection is great and would suit anyone. We spent a lot of time in the patisserie bar enjoying hot and cold drinks. The bus and Taxi into the Harbour is in expensive and left plenty of money for my dear wife to spend on items she fancied. Would recommend this hidden jem for couples and families who enjoy a holiday without the madness of night club music. Just one fly in the ointment, yes that's the flies, please get some equipment to stop them from ruining the relaxation that we know that you want us to have. I had a superior room, with just a few minor issues, which customer relations were happy to help with. In all I would certainly recommend this hotel. Five stars from us.

Positives- all the staff on resort was extremely polite and was always there to answer questions and provide support. Nice and spacious room with good view. Food and drinks were great. Beautiful pools and very comfortable sun beds and plenty of space for everyone. Great air conditioning Criticism- water pressure in the room was very poor and mixer valve on the shower was not in great working order. Bathroom was nice but tiles had stains on them the shower screen leaked and was holes behind the hand rails. Had a light that didn’t work in the room. The hand rails for the stairs were very flimsy, I would not put trust in holding on to them. The vast majority of towels that were replaced in the room had holes in them. Only 2 hangers in the closet The door for the balcony didn’t close properly and let air pass through it so was very noisy on a night And it would have been nice to have a tv with some English channels. (mostly German) Overall we had a great stay and although there’s some criticism I would come here again but I like to leave honest reviews and that is what I’ve done. If this had been a 4 star resort I would have not been so critical out some of the things but as a 5 star resort I would have expected more. Thank you - room 2612

Service was above and beyond, staff always looked out for us, always polite and helpful. Location allows you to go to the beach or town to explore as well which are short trips. Room was fully clean on arrival with daily checks as well. Food was lovely and so much choice! Many shops as well on site to choose from with helpful staff. On top of this, many different entertainment programmes where available to see including a foam party and a white clothing party.

First of all, let me start by saying we had a great time. The entertainment team (mainly coco) were fantastic and made us feel at home. We all built a great bond with them and they made the holiday very enjoyable. The food was good for people who are not fussy but my son lived on chips for the week. He had a burger or pizza when available. It was a little repetitive but personally I enjoyed the food. The rooms were spacious and I loved that my daughter had her own room upstairs from ours. I think that set up works really well for families. When we arrived there was bits of food and mess under the beds and bedside table. This remained throughout our stay which I wasn't pleased about. The beds were made each day but never changed for the week we were there. Shower was good and powerful. The balcony was never used as we had no sun at all throughout the day. I would say this hotel was a 3.5 - 4 star hotel and not 5 stars. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Language barrier was an issue at times but on the whole we communicated well with them. Coco.... he was the star! He was so welcoming and joined us many times in the day/evening for chats. We even got a magic trick out of him! The guy was great and honestly deserves a raise. There were many cats in and around the hotel. For us that wasn't an issue as we are cat people but for anyone with allergies this may be a problem. The bag shop and shoe shop on site I do not recommend. Within a day the inside of my bag started to come undone and I ended up with no pockets in my bag as they all became holes. I bought a pair of chloe sandals and again within a day they were coming lose at the sole and I somehow had nails poking through onto the bottom of my feet. Gift shop and clothes shop were fine. On the whole we did have fun and we had a nice relaxing holiday. We usually stay at the holiday village in dalaman, this is where we would go again and again. Its unlikely we would return to the ramada resort. We didnt get to try the a la carte restaurants as they were fully booked. Hopefully my honest review is helpful.

I stayed at this hotel in late September 2025 with my children and parents. It was a high-quality vacation — the food suited every taste, there was always coffee available for me and ice cream for the kids. The staff were friendly and attentive. The private beach was small but cozy, and there were plenty of activities for children, including a water park and an animation team. The rooms were clean and tidy. The service was not intrusive, yet the tour guides were professional. I haven’t been to many places in Turkey, but I would gladly return to this hotel again — to relax from daily life, entertain the kids, and spend time with my parents, who live in another country.

We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The food is tasty and varied, with plenty of options to choose from every day. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. A special thanks to the reception staff Turan, the guest relations team Inna, Dinara, and Gekan, the animation team member Sinan, and the lady who makes the gözleme pancakes unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. This is an excellent place that makes you want to come back again!

The hotel is good. We enjoyed our stay.Plenty of food and desserts. Clean rooms with nice view. I am giving 4 star review because some of the bartenders really seemed annoyed,i do realize their work is stressful and most of the guests don't know how to act but we as a polite people expected more friendly attitude from them ( of course not all of them were like that ) Also the furnitures in the lobby smelled really bad. I wish they played more turkish music. Apart of this things we liked the Sea light resort.I want to metion one of the waiters at the restaurant who's name is Mohammed or Mohammad from Ankara - He was the best! He definitely knows how to treat guests. We felt important and special when he served us. He deservers a raise. One big plus for this resort is how they treat animals! We were so happy to see how people there are so nice with strays,for that RESPECT.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sealight Resort in Kuşadası. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfectly taken care of. The housekeeping was outstanding – the rooms were always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained, which made the stay so comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant was simply amazing. Every meal was full of variety and flavor, with delicious options that truly showcased how great all-inclusive dining can be. The staff were attentive and very welcoming, also atmosphere making every meal a pleasure. Beyond the food, there were so many attractions and activities to enjoy. It was an awesome stay in this hotel. We were 5 persons all enjoyed it here. The rooms are very good and clean. The staff are so kind and friendly. The food quality is excellent. The pools are clean and big. The beach of hotel is so good,you can swim there easily. Animation team is very nice,they do their best for you to have so much fun,night animations are very enjoying,Sinan is so kind he always smile and make you feel great

Great hotel staff really helpful, food and drinks good. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Entertainment and facilities fantastic. The only down side is the pool water is not heated and is freezing cold October temperature is not very hot so water does not heat up. Our 2 year old cannot use it she just shivers it's a shame as the water slides look amazing.

I would class this as a 3 star hotel. Looks OK, only 2 small lifts, snacks are limited between 12-5 and are the same all the time. Food tastes better, varied local cheeses and loads of salad. Daytime there are wasps and hornets around. Pools are fairly small and water was colder due to time of the year. At the time of visit there were a few Irish travelers with families, were OK overall, just noisy, in their last they they left all their rubbish around the pool area, absolutely disgusting. The biggest disappointment was that everyone around was trying to rip you off, turist prices everywhere,not a single price advertised and got the "where are you from question" everywhere I went just so the sellers can make up the price for you, know that everyone needs to earn for their family but being honest will take you further. Kushadasi is a very nice city with superb views and history, didn't try any of the local food because of the always haggling and harrasing sellers. Overall will probably never return there, would probably spend a bit more and go to a proper 5 star hotel but if you are on a budget this is the place to go.

Have been here for almost two weeks and couldn’t ask for more, rooms are perfect, even have your own washer in the suite (just need to get your own washing liquid) they are cleaned daily and for the amount of time you spend inside it’s great. Food was plentiful, drinks were strong and vicinity showed great views when going for walks down to town. Cab rides down were fairly cheap vs walking the couple km. Would visit here again

We booked for 2 weeks with the Ramada suites and were absolutely over the moon with the hotel, the staff, food, cleanliness of the hotel. The animation team were excellent, offering loads of different things to do, different shows and were extremely friendly. Especially Hanna every time we saw her she greeted us with a huge smile , even sat with us most days getting to know us, became a good friend. We will miss her when we leave to go home but will keep in touch.

Stayed here for a week, had a fantastic family holiday great staff very clean room was fantastic 7min taxi ride to centre for 6 euro or only 25min walk, lifeguard really makes you feel welcome down at the slides/kids pool couldn’t do more. Will definitely be visiting again

Absolutely amazing holiday. Was upgraded on arrival, to a beautiful Sea view/pool view suite which was a lovely surprise. Our stay was made extra special by the warm, friendly staff. They were all so kind. I had a massage and hair treatment and we all had professional family photos in the hotel, for memories. Such a great holiday in a fabulous location. Nearby shops were so good I literally cleaned out my account buying. Thank you everyone for a perfect holiday..we will return !

I would not go back! The beds are like sleeping on ironing boards, I specifically asked for a double and got 2 singles. The all inclusive was limited to cheap vodka, gin and 1 beer type. All the upselling was mental expensive, just no need to be so expensive. If it was cheaper more people would participate. The spa, and water activities were quite due to this. The pool areas were good and clean. Gardens well kept too. My wife’s Ray Bans were stolen and the staff were more interested in arguing about not helping then looking at cameras. Money taken from my room too. The lunch was not good, breakfast is ok if you like the same thing every day. I will say the fruit was top quality. Supper, no! I would have preferred traditional Turkish food. They kept pastries in a Bain-marie resulting in sogginess. With the exception of 2 staff members they all miserable and can be quite rude.

Had another lovely time at this hotel! Staff very friendly. Food is good. Loads of sun loungers. Pools lovely. Only downside is nothing really around hotel, kusadasi town is about a 10min taxi ride. Prices of taxis can vary depending on the driver. Overall a really nice hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Welcoming, friendly, professional staff on all levels. The food quality and variety were excellent, but the hotel is in need of a makeover to keep up with the times. It's the little details that make a big difference in the overall experience. I wouldn't say it was five stars; nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay, though I would not return. This is my fifth trip to Kusadasi, and I have stayed in other hotels in the area that exceeded expectations with fewer stars. However, the spa facilities and treatments are excellent - again, friendly, professional staff. Free internet should be provided, in my opinion, especially at a five-star resort.

Spent a week here at Easter. It was absolutely fabulous. Ken and Yaya on the entertainment team were amazing. They make the place so much fun and really get everyone involved, especially the kids. They really made the holiday for us. The hotel was great. There is lots of food and plenty of choices. There are bars everywhere! You're not far from one wherever you sit, they actually make cocktails for you on the all inclusive package, normally it's just poured out of a container but the bar staff are brilliant and fresh cocktails made with loads of options. You have a mini bar in your room, which is all-inclusive as well. Totally don't notice the building site next door. Plus, it's nearly finished, so I won't bother you. The pools are great. the only issue is there's no shallow end for the kids. They're have to play in the baby pool. 100% recommend this place, and we have booked to go again next year

My family just got back from our holiday (two adults and our two year old), although the hotel is very nice and first few days of our holiday was great, I had to give only 3 stars because of the main issue you can read in few other reviews - food poisoning. Luckily my baby didn’t get it, as well as my husband, but I was very, very ill. Almost fainted at the airport, I was so exhausted, I never experienced something like this before, I even ended up having to get an IV after landing back home. It’s such a shame I experienced this, because the food was really amazing, and the choices were great. My other issue is with golf carts, we waited couple times for them to arrive, and they never came, plus one guy drives insanely fast, I had to grab my baby because we almost fell out, very stressful experience. The beach is beautiful, there is always free sun beds, even with a lot of guests. I would only suggest maybe cleaning the seaweed since there’s so much of it in the water and on the beach, I’ve seen some public beaches being better kept. The pools and slides are also very nice and my husband enjoyed all of them (not my thing), and the kids pool is also fun. We stayed at one of the bungalows, and we are very satisfied, it’s always clean, we had always fresh bottled water, and our view was nice, we even had a cat visitor one night (we are cat lovers, so we were super happy about this). There were some ants coming in, but that’s not such a big deal, as the room balcony is on ground level, so it’s pretty normal.

Lovely place for a family holiday. Great water park, food is good, hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. It is rates as 5 star hotel but i would say it needs a bit of TLC to hit tat 5 star, it looks a bit tires in places. If you are looking for luxury it is not the place but if you are looking for a place to go with family that has good selection of food, clean toilets and lots of them around, 8-9 slides, 2 big pools and a private beach than this is what you are looking for. Would definitely recommend, good value for money. Staff is their biggest asset, they are always polite, very helpful and accommodating.

We came here with our two children who are 10 & 6, myself and my husband both in our thirties & 60 year old grandparents. This is the first time we have stayed in this area of Turkey. The location of the hotel is very remote although not an awful journey from the airport. The airport is actually nice and much better than Antalya for example. The main positives of our stay were: . overall the rooms were basic but clean & cleaned daily with fresh towels . the beach was lovely . the kids water park was great for our ten year old . most of the staff were friendly apart from the guy working in the gift shop. Now for the negatives: . I think there is a food poisoning issue at this hotel, I have stayed in turkey before and have never had any issues but myself, my 60 yr old father & 6 year old all had a day of throwing up and feeling terrible. I could hear other people in the toilet being sick as well so don’t think it was just us. . Because the hotel is huge things seem to be done quite slowly, for example if you ring reception and request a golf buggy to take your luggage it can take a while and we had to make a second call. .The hotel is not frequented by many brits which for us was fine but then the food obviously reflects this. Although the food choice was vast I didn’t rate it. .The alcohol quality wasn’t good, watered down beer etc. Again this could be due to many Muslims using the hotel who may not drink alcohol. . There were a few power cuts during our stay and one occasion when the water would not go cold, again because the hotel is so huge these issues take time to sort out. . Lots and lots of flies when you’re eating but again unfortunate for the hotel and they did try and prevent them. . Although the hotel is advertised as ‘all inclusive’ free ice creams are only served from a box of two choices between 2pm - 4pm daily. . The hotel is on a cliff so you have to go up many stairs and slopes to get anywhere. . The staff use golf buggies to get around but many of them travel far too quickly and on many occasions on their phone whilst driving, a few times we had to grab our kids out the way of them. . The kids entertainment didn’t start until 9pm which I thought was quite late for little ones. . Some of the rooms face where the entertainment is so it can be quite loud at night. Overall the hotel is quite dated and in need of repair, tiles coming off the pool etc. Some small adjustments would make the rooms nicer, like coffee machines, robes and replacement of shower fittings (our shower tray was yellow from over use) Overall we enjoyed our holiday but we wouldn’t come back here.

Great service, staff friendly all around and helpful. The rooms could use some improvement. In our room A/C wasn't cooling and would stop working within 30 minutes, fridge was pointless since electricity wouldn't work if you left the room with your card in hand and if it was on - it was warm inside, shower in the bathroom needs refreshing. The food was great, especially the grilled section in the evening. Fantastic place to come to with children, but there is a separate section with a beach fir adults.

We chose this hotel due to its reasonable price and convenient location. The food was at an average level, but the staff was always accommodating and tried their best to meet our requests. Throughout the day, there are various activities and bars offering drinks and snacks to satisfy your needs. The water park is also great, and we really enjoyed the sandy beach. Since we didn't come with high expectations, we were very satisfied with our holiday. We would like to thank the friendly staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
