We are very happy about our stay in Ramada Hotel. Big choice of very good food, nice and friendly staff. Decent size of room. It's a real 5 star hotel. I hope to be back in the future;)
Just avoid the guy from the regal holiday. You're gonna find a letter from them at your door on the first morning. We bought one trip with them, we were told that everything is included then on the trip we had to pay extra for entry tickets. His name is Umit and he laid to us.

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave. We have just re booked for next year & can’t wait to return. Thanks Ramada for an amazing holiday

Day 3
03:30 a.m. the bar noise slowly silenced together with the lokal Police just arrived (immediately after the ambulance left)
Just the same cheap people ruining your night.
This is actually a family hotel with a kids club, looks like it’s just sold off for party holidays in the cheapest UK pubs.
I would not wonder if they place their reservation towels right after the bar visit, followed by a noisy walk through the hotel.
Update: from the hotel rules: “Sun beds are not booked at our facility”.
As often, the opposite is true.
Day 2
At the pool. Unused / reserved sun lounger everywhere! Families circling around searching for space, but nothing available.
There are people appearing 3 p.m first time at the pool to use their “reservations” for 30 minutes, smoking and drinking at the kids pool, to disappear again and keep their towels on the spot, normal behavior for them.
A simple 50€ towel deposit would be a beginning to stop that behavior. Next step would be a total towel collection every day by the staff at 09:00, 10:00 and again 11:00.
Day 1
My first day impression of the Hotel, after I saw the room and bar yesterday night.
Welcome to the hell of towels!
Not a single person at the pool, but hundreds of blocked pool lounger.
“Just throw the towel to the next one also, just good to have it” was the sentence I heard today morning. Then they leave and may come back tomorrow.
Families appearing to the pool after breakfast with the kids, bad luck…
There is no the spaciousness like the catalogue pictures show. It feels narrow and full of stuff.

Average 4-star hotel. Very busy in August and not really able to cope with those volumes (would expect it to be far nicer to stay here before or after the summer holiday season).
Crazy sunbed reservation practices by guests, with sunbeds completely packed in around the small pools - far too small for a hotel with the people capacity. Pool also hugely cramped in peak afternoon heat. Slides were excellent and kids really enjoyed that. Pool party on the Monday was deafening - dangerous noise levels for children's ears for over 2 hours. Made the pool unusable.
Snack bar (pizza, chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, hot dogs, salads) by the slide pool was excellent for refueling during the day.
Animation/entertainment team were great - worked extremely hard with scant resources provided to them. Foam party on the Wednesday was great fun (and didn't take over the whole swimming area like the pool party!)
Food in main restaurant was generally decent albeit a bit monotonous after 5 days. Service practically non-existent as not enough staff to serve drinks (had to self serve and go to the bar myself every day) or clear and reset tables (resorted to cleaning a table myself one day). Resident cats were seen walking across freshly laid breakfast tables.
Rooms were very nice albeit soundproofing could do with improving!
Beach was a nice change but water shoes essential as the shore is very rocky and painful to walk without footwear. Bar and snack bar worked well albeit the staff could do with a reminder to not scowl whilst serving customers.

Enjoyed our week here. Staff very friendly and helpful especially customer relations. Food is excellent huge choice. Fantastic desserts. A child's paradise so much for them to do. . A little out of the town but taxis just outside hotel. We'll worth booking a holiday here.
