Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. The food was terrible and the service was somehow even worse. The hotel is completely overcrowded, mainly with Turkish guests, and if you're British, I’d strongly suggest staying away. There’s only one lifeguard responsible for three pools — when he’s not on his phone or just wandering around. The pool had to be shut five times in ten days due to people defecating in it. Completely unacceptable. They charged €65 just to keep the room for four more hours on our last day. You're not allowed to eat in the lobby, the power constantly cuts out — you name the issue, this hotel has it. Nowhere near the beach, and despite being advertised as a golf resort, the nearest course is a 45-minute drive away. Avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced, poor service, and an overall miserable experience.

I stayed at the Ramada Hotel Golf Resort in Kusadasi and was left very disappointed with the overall experience. For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, it falls far short in several areas. Spa: The spa was a complete letdown. I found a cockroach in the changing room, which was extremely unhygienic and off-putting. On top of that, the steam room wasn’t even working, so the facilities didn’t deliver what was promised. Food: The food was honestly the worst I’ve ever had at a supposed 5-star hotel. The buffet offered the same bland, tasteless dishes every day with little to no variety. To make things worse, one guest even found a hair in their meal. When I mentioned this to one of the chefs, his dismissive response was, “What do you expect to find, a quarter gold? It’s an open buffet and of course you will find hair in the meal.” Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Waterpark: The so-called waterpark was another disappointment. With only 5 slides, it’s more like a mini playground than a proper waterpark. Definitely misleading advertising. Swimming Pools: There aren’t nearly enough pools or sunbeds for the number of guests. Most sunbeds are “reserved” overnight by people leaving towels on them, which means if you don’t wake up at the crack of dawn, you’re left with no place to sit or relax by the pool. Staff: The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff. They were genuinely helpful and did their best despite the poor standards of the facilities. Overall: If you’re looking for value for your money, avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s nowhere near 5-star quality, and it’s simply not worth the price you pay. I would strongly advise choosing another resort in Kusadasi.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others about this place. As someone with Turkish roots, I had high expectations for both Kusadasi and this hotel – sadly, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Food: Absolutely tasteless. Bland, under-seasoned, noisy, and filled with pointless rules in the restaurant. Honestly, the only thing I could recommend is the watermelon – available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything else was a letdown. Pools: Overcrowded beyond belief. The main pool was so full you had about one square meter per person. The so-called “relax pool” (16+ only) was not respected at all. Guests brought their children, noise was constant, and it felt like a kids’ play pool rather than a quiet space for adults. Cats & hotel management: This was the absolute worst part. We learned that the hotel recently changed management. The previous team apparently cared for the cats living around the property, but the new one clearly does not. We saw sick cats everywhere, and instead of having a relaxing holiday, we spent time trying to help them. Turkey is known as the land of cats, and it’s heartbreaking to see them neglected in such a way. Service: Very inconsistent. Staff are only helpful if you complain. The reception was useless for any kind of information – if you need help, skip them and go directly to Guest Relations. When we checked in around 21:30, we were hungry and asked about room service. After an hour of trying, we were finally told (by the restaurant manager, not reception!) that there’s late-night food at 23:00. Nobody at reception bothered to mention this. Overall: I cannot recommend this hotel. In fact, I would strongly advise against going to Kusadasi at all. There are far better destinations in Turkey where you’ll get real service, proper food, and a much better experience. UPDATE AFTER HOTEL RESPONSE: During out stay we spoke with the guest relations manager who informed us that they no longer have a partnership with NGOs for animal care. We also learned that the cat house had not been cared for at all. After speaking to the daughter of a director she insured us that the cat house will be looked after. So what the hotel writes as a response is a blatant lie. Liars will never improve.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2025. Pros: The quality and variety of meals were good. The pools were very clean. The staff were polite and respectful. Cons: Housekeeping was very poor. Room cleaning was limited to replenishing bottled water, shampoo, tissues, and making the bed. The room floor and bathroom were full of hair, and only after five direct requests did someone finally come to clean it. You have to specifically request for the bed sheets to be changed. There are no slippers provided in the bathroom. The sofas and chairs in the café where ice cream and desserts were served were very dirty.

I visited your hotel with my wife and 5 year old child 2 weeks ago, it was my first time here. The hotel was very clean and the view from our room was magnificent. It would have been nice if the hotel staff was a little more cheerful, but the food and variety of food were plentiful and delicious. The animation team at the hotel entertains people very well, we were very pleased with Deniz who works in the kids section, my daughter loved it very much, she still hasn't forgotten her name, that's why I was going to give the hotel 4 stars in the rating, but I'm giving it 5 stars because of the kids animation section.....
