We stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2025. Pros: The quality and variety of meals were good. The pools were very clean. The staff were polite and respectful. Cons: Housekeeping was very poor. Room cleaning was limited to replenishing bottled water, shampoo, tissues, and making the bed. The room floor and bathroom were full of hair, and only after five direct requests did someone finally come to clean it. You have to specifically request for the bed sheets to be changed. There are no slippers provided in the bathroom. The sofas and chairs in the café where ice cream and desserts were served were very dirty.

I visited your hotel with my wife and 5 year old child 2 weeks ago, it was my first time here. The hotel was very clean and the view from our room was magnificent. It would have been nice if the hotel staff was a little more cheerful, but the food and variety of food were plentiful and delicious. The animation team at the hotel entertains people very well, we were very pleased with Deniz who works in the kids section, my daughter loved it very much, she still hasn't forgotten her name, that's why I was going to give the hotel 4 stars in the rating, but I'm giving it 5 stars because of the kids animation section.....

The resort is in an ok location, the suite we had was a 2 bedroom. Not a cup /spoon was in the kitchen so we had to borrow from the restaurant. The resort had issue with water one day and no electricity on another. The fridge was supposed to be refilled daily which it wasn’t…,, Never were the soap/ shampoo dispensers The food was only warm never had a hot meal There were glasses and plates left in the stairs. No order in the restaurant for kids not bringing scooters or balls in! Far too noisy during the day. We have stayed in different hotels inc and this wouldn’t hold a candle to any of them. The staff were amazing and very friendly Would not be coming back!

Last year we've had a great time, so we decided to spend our holiday this year also there. But a few problems, 1st really poor room cleanness, dust everywhere, not been hoovered at all, hair in the shower hair around the sink. Then after the 3rd night when we were supposed to get our room cleaned and linen changed, nothing we had to ask to at least get our bed done. Worst of all cleanness wise in my brother's room there was a piece of glass which he stepped on and hurt his foot... Second thing is that last year the animation team was amazing, this year, as it seems it is not hotel employed animation but agency and they were not good at all. Really sad to say all that, as we recommended the hotel to all our friends and family...

Hello Ramada Resort was a perfect hotel for our first holiday in Kuşadası We were very pleased with the accommodation and activities Since the block we were in was very close to the pool, the activity noises disturbed the rooms. We were exposed to the animation sounds in room 2301 and since we have a child, we were very sleepless, so we usually missed breakfast. The service you mentioned as late breakfast is very mediocre, they collect everything very quickly, it is not possible to get drinks, they close everything early, sometimes when we have to go to sneaks bars, they do not even give us a potato, saying that they do not open before 11:00. On our 3rd day, the employee we gave a tip to, just to be polite, directed us to Mr. Fatih, who was an authorized person, and from that day on, he would help us with service every day even if it was not opening time, and when the guests saw that he was giving us products at that moment, they refused to give them to us, saying that it was not opening time, and he smiled at us and winked at us and said that everything was free, and we were ashamed of this on behalf of ourselves and the other guests.
