The hotel was great. We went on an all inclusive stay, there was soooo much food. I do feel they should extend the eating times 1.5 hours isn’t enough time. It will help with wastage… The hotel had entertainment at night, not sure of this is the same during the week. Like quiz night and people performing. The bar for alcohol only opens at 10. So if you have an excursion early morning they cannot give a quick shot before you leave… Only issue regarding the room was the cleanliness in the showers, the grouting of the tiles were discoloured. Spa There is a spa where we had massages. They was nice, not strong enough. Salon There is also a salon, my friend did her hair, which we didn’t think was worth the money, the curls went flat by time we got back to the room. I did a pedicure, they didn’t fill the bowl to fully cover my feet only my bottom feet were in the water. I needed her to do the whole feet as I did a foot peal before the holiday. She also cut my toe which was bleeding, it’s been 1 week since and my toe is still hurting. I didn’t bother paint the nails as I was in pain. After I was done, I didn’t received a discount for my bleeding toe, he didn’t have exact change to give me so he went next door change and came back with a rip in half 50 lira. I guess he was hoping for me to say keep it. I took it. No one in the salon can speak English however they are charging tourist prices in euros. My other friend broke a nail. They do not have nail equipment to fix acrylic. The lady didn’t even had gel polish.

Amazing time at the Ramada with the family in Aug 25. Hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious - we had an apartment over 2 floors! I thought the food selection was great. We didn't make breakfast too often as kids slept in but lunch and dinner were good. Pool bar had a selection of pizzas, kebab, burgers, salad etc and the main restaurant had a wide selection of all sorts. Dinner had themes and mexican night was especially nice. There was always something to eat including a fresh grill. No restrictions on the amount of drinks you can get. Beer was good. Spirits were fine. Cocktails were variable but some were nice. The amination team are amazing - Mario and Alex made our holiday amazing as were so much fun. Lots of fun games, Water Polo, Foam parties and so much more. Sunbeds were easy to get also. My only constructive criticism would be the evening entertainment. The set up was chairs in row but the stage near the pool. This set up made it less sociable as it was harder to talk to your friends and family. Some tables and chairs would be better in my view. However we had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Also Kusadasi was great and we had some great meals out. Special shout out to the Mayflower restaurant.

The hotel was very good overall. Service was excellent. The all inclusive drinks were a bit hit n miss. The food was fine though. Good variety across the restaurant and snack bar. Pools were good. Slides were good for kids. Sunbeds were ok...but not always in the sun. There was a shuttle bus to the beach. Beach was sandy and small but you need beach shoes to get out across the rocks into the sea. Once there it is sandy and lovely. Lifeguards in duty and all inc drinks and snack bar available. Toilets, showers and sunbeds all available. Rooms were ok. We had a suite. Bed was comfy in main room. Two single beds in lounge were ok for kids but not great. Also had a full kitchen which was strange...no plates or utensils though. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. You could see the sunset every night from the pool area. The entertainment was good throughout the day. And the evenings were good too. Its a c30 min walk to Kusadasi, or a cheap taxi or cheaper bus (Dolmus). Transfer from airport is c75 mins. Overall for what we paid in the kids holidays it was good value for money.

I dont really leave reviews but after reading some negative ones about the food and cleanliness of the hotel I thought I'd stand up for it. I've been on many all inclusive holidays and I found this hotel to be excellent. The food was plentiful with a great choice and the cleaning staff worked hard. Sadly I believe some complain as they want to get some sort of compensation. Or they are just ignorant or ungrateful. I heard someone complaining there wasn't any bacon. As they don't eat pork in a Muslim country I wonder what they expect. If you can't do without bacon for a week then stay in England for your holiday. Someone else said the food wasn't cooked. Well 6 of us for 2 weeks never found any food undercooked. It was hot, plentiful and very good. So please don't listen to the negative reviews. The hotel is excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Keep up the good work Ramada hotel and suites.

Great overall experience. Very clean, a lot of staff, well managed. Good food. Constructive feedback: We found the the music just too loud, annoyingly loud, especially during the shows. No idea why they have it so loud, really. It would have been nice to have more food/snacks options at the beach. Only Burger and hotdog everyday is quite bad... Not a great hotel for kids under 4 also, as there is nothing for them, no dry playground and the slides are for big kids also, especially with that freeze cold bucket splashing water all the time. But apart from the above, the hotel is great, we liked to have the bus going to the beach everyday, the room was good and the staff is very friendly and they keep the place in great condition, everywhere and eveyday. We also loved the Colombian and Zimbabwe shows.
