This was the best hotel stay my family and i ever had. Friendly staff, very fast service, attention to detail, clean, conveniently located. Food and Nalu Bar was awesome and service was exceptional. We travel a lot and the employees at this hotel were a cut above the rest. I felt like i was staying in a 7-star hotel. We stayed there with three of our kids age 3/5/7 and they had a blast.

We had a fairly good experience here. The rooms are lovely and spacious. It’s a small hotel - the staff is lovely and definitely get to know you if you’re staying a few days. I do not recommend the All Inclusive option. We did this to save hassle - but the menu is extremely limited and it doesn’t included bottled water at the bar! We had to bring the bottles from our room at dinner. Fairly ridiculous. That said - the food was tasty, even if after 4 days we were fed up of the options!

Sadly we had a very disappointing stay here. I was going to give it 2 stars, but the staff are so good I feel 3 stars is fairer. When we arrived, there was work being done by the pool, which was noisy and also meant the pool bar was closed. No mention had been made of this before our stay or at check in which was very disappointing. Had we known about this, we would probably looked to stay somewhere else. When we pointed this out, the best they could offer was a free drink. The hotel looks very nice, but seems poorly built. Soundproofing in our room was poor, with noise from the road all night. The fan made a lot of noise and the bed creaked. The bar and restaurant prices are very high. They have 2 craft beers that work about £8.50 for 500ml. That sort of price is outrageous for London, in Phuket it's criminal. We had lunch here and it was very nice, but should be for the money being charged. It's an international hotel chain, so seems to think they can charge much more than standard local prices. Positives are the hotel looks very nice restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are excellent. I wouldn't return here and probably wouldn't stay at another Outrigger hotel either.

Wonderful esthetic and design. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is excellent, the staff is very welcoming and is ready to help you with recommendations, taxi ordering, restaurant or trip bookings and so much more. The food is excellent and the hotel itself is right in front of the beach. Special thanks to Guide, one of the staff members. Very kind, knows english very well and is easy to talk to, although the other staff members I interacted with were just as nice, and knew decent to good english. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stayed here and loved it just as much as we did the first time! The service is absolutely top class, and the hotel itself is great (for what you pay for), and the location is excellent. We love Surin compared to other areas in Phuket so this hotel works a treat. Thanks guys for making our holiday memorable yet again!
