A very decent hotel, depends what you are there for, I was there as a family 2 adults, 2 kids, our room was on lower level which at 2/3am when the underground disco finished, was very loud, we asked at reception if the door to out levels rooms could be shut twice, but this wasn't done. The good points are the staff are very helpful and nice, the pool is large and the food is very nice. The not so good are the surroundings for the hotel aren't great, lots of abandoned buildings, and the night entertainment isn't great. But on the whole a lovely place and somewhere if it's cheap enough I'd go again.

Great hotel. We had to change the rooms twice since we specifically asked for views to the pool but maybe they did not understand us. The food is good and there is a wide variety of it at each meal. The beach is nice and a tractor picks you up and leaves you right at the beach where drinks and food is also present and included in the price of the hotel. They have live festivals each day and always prepare and clean the seats etc each time. Overall good price for the stay

We have been spending our holidays in Turkey for over 10 years, twice a year, and have stayed in many different hotels. This one truly stands out – the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and we have never met such warm and dedicated employees anywhere else. However, one big downside, and the reason we are hesitant to return, are the managers who come to inspect the beach restaurant. Their behavior is very unpleasant – they don’t even greet the guests, and it’s obvious that the staff working there are under constant fear of them. This creates an unnecessary negative atmosphere, which is really disappointing. On a positive note, we want to highlight the beach waiter Can – he is without a doubt the best and most polite waiter we have met in all these years of visiting Turkey. His service, smile, and attitude towards guests are truly outstanding and deserve special recognition!

Unforgettable Family Holiday at Oz Hotels Sui Resort! We had the most wonderful stay at Oz Hotels Sui Resort and can’t recommend it enough for families looking for both relaxation and fun. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional. But what really stood out was the food, it was such a delicious and diverse selection at every meal! Whether fresh salads, traditional Turkish cuisine or international options, there was something for everyone. We never went hungry and always looked forward to the next meal! A very special mention goes to the Mini Club, which made all the difference for us as parents. Our little 4-year-old son absolutely loved it! The whole team was kind, caring, and full of energy — and the wonderful Bahar, who led the Mini Club, created such a warm and fun environment for the kids. It was so reassuring to see our son enjoying himself and making great memories, which gave us the chance to relax and unwind too. All in all, a perfect family getaway — we left with full hearts, happy memories, and a little one already asking when we can go back! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at SUI Hotel and we definitely want to come back! Everything was perfect – the food was delicious, fresh, and varied every day, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the entire hotel was spotless. The beach is beautifully arranged, peaceful, and very close to the hotel – perfect for relaxing. We were also pleasantly surprised by the lovely shows and fun parties in the evenings, which added a cheerful and enjoyable vibe to our stay. It was a complete and relaxing experience – highly recommended!
