Hotel Review
Let me start by saying that we stayed at this hotel for a full 10 days, and it turned out to be the worst decision for our group of 5 people. I deeply regret choosing this awful hotel.
At first, we were greeted by seemingly friendly staff, represented by Mustafa, who offered us a VIP option for 5 people. In reality, it was a single room with five beds, 25 square meters, and one bathroom. Of course, we declined because we had never encountered such blatant deception and an attempt to profit off us.
The staff, while outwardly polite and smiling, was unpleasant and unwilling to compromise or discuss anything. They shrugged off every issue we raised. For example, they provided only one key card per room for two people. When we asked for a second card to leave the air conditioner running, they threatened that if we left it in the room, they would take it away, and we would be at fault.
Food and drinks were one of the biggest problems at the hotel. Breakfasts were the same every single day, with no variety whatsoever. Most of the hot dishes were served cold and tasteless. Lunch and dinner were no better: about a quarter of the dishes would sometimes change, but the food remained cold and unappetizing. Desserts were an absolute disaster! Seventy percent of them were tasteless, colorful jelly. The remaining 30% were overly sour and equally inedible. Out of 20 desserts, only one could be called somewhat edible.
As for drinks and cocktails, there’s not much to say. For instance, their piña colada was just milk with vodka. There wasn’t even a hint of quality alcohol here, only the cheapest Turkish liquor.
Animation and safety. At the pool, my brother dislocated his arm due to one of the animation activities. The doctor we called walked very slowly to assist and turned out to be just some random person who could only apply iodine or antiseptic to a wound. We had to go to the hospital to have his arm set properly.
Additionally, at the pool, they served alcoholic cocktails to everyone, including small children!
Shuttle and transportation. The hotel shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes to the beach, is operated by drivers who blatantly ask for tips. Any extra trips organized by the hotel cost four times more than those offered by local tour agents near the hotel.
Accommodation and rooms. Despite the availability of free rooms, we were placed far from each other and on the ground floor. The rooms on this level open onto a shared balcony, where all the guests sit and relax. People could look directly into our room windows, leaving no privacy at all.
In conclusion, I would never recommend this terribly expensive hotel to anyone. The staff is awful, rude, and deceitful. The accommodation arrangements are inconvenient. The food is tasteless, cold, and repetitive. The hotel may look nice on the outside, but in terms of service, it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

I had the same experience as well. Hotel was in the middle of nowhere, not the hotel as described when booked. The first room we were given the smell was awful and it was on the lower ground floor where people would walk outside, you had no privacy and we asked to change the room which they did. It was better than the first room but we had to wait two more days for that room to be available. The food was disgusting everyday, all the time of the day and it made us ill.. we never enjoyed the food.. The beach was far and horrible with those stones.. and we had to take a minibus to get to the beach… There was nothing exciting to do in the area… worst place ever and I don’t think I would ever go Turkey anymore after this

This is the worst hotel I have ever been too, 5 stars they are barely a 2 star.
On my first day we ordered 3 things from the pool bar menu, cesar salad, kebab and pizza. Cesar salad the chicken was grey, dressing brown and old salad, chips cold and the pizza was like a frisbee.. I laughed it off and asked why it was over cooked told this is the way it is..
Dinner that evening over cooked ,under cooked and chaotic.. you are lucky if you can get a clean plate and the staff are keen to only look after themselves. We also found a bit of metal in the food which was reported to management. They have no respect for the guests, if you are not within half an hour of the dinning room open you will not get anything and you need to look closely at everything you eat.. half cooked, stale bread, salad that's left out, over cooked food so bad it it rock solid, soup that has gone mouldy. There is a lack of management and the staff don't care.
This was just the start of our holiday. Drinks were undrinkable and little care given. The staff either do not care or have no access to cloths for cleaning as all areas are sticky . We became very ill after day 2 of our holiday we complained to booking.com. I spoke to the manger who apologised and advised of concerns of undercooked food , lack of staff care due to staff rotations and took some ownership but by this point our holiday was ruined..
We spend the 6 nights at this hotel stuck in our room or as near to it as possible as we needed to be close to a toilet.. if I had never been to turkey before this would have put me off ever returning luckily we had spilt our stay and moved onto a better hotel for the remainder of our holiday who repaired some confidence in returning to the country however we were still ill and spent our whole holiday with nausea.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of October. It was wonderful. The service was at the highest level, especially M. Cakir, whom I had the opportunity to meet there. The entire stay was very helpful, he took great care of our comfort. Wonderful man! I highly recommend this hotel with great service!

This hotel is a disaster. Please save yourselves. The hotel is nowhere close to even 2 stars. They have used deceptive front pictures to lure customers in. We have just returned after spending a week there. The front desk staff is extremely uncooperative, moody, and angry. The food is a disaster - not enough choices and poor quality. The beach is far, the pool is very small, and the customer service is lacking. The entertainment and drinks are of inferior quality, and the seating areas are insufficient. This hotel is no bigger than my own house. I go to Antalya every year, and I have never had such a terrible experience. Take my advice or you will regret it. I am taking the time to write this review so that you can save yourselves, and the hotel should realise how they are deceiving people.
