I had the same experience as well. Hotel was in the middle of nowhere, not the hotel as described when booked. The first room we were given the smell was awful and it was on the lower ground floor where people would walk outside, you had no privacy and we asked to change the room which they did. It was better than the first room but we had to wait two more days for that room to be available. The food was disgusting everyday, all the time of the day and it made us ill.. we never enjoyed the food.. The beach was far and horrible with those stones.. and we had to take a minibus to get to the beach… There was nothing exciting to do in the area… worst place ever and I don’t think I would ever go Turkey anymore after this

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of October. It was wonderful. The service was at the highest level, especially M. Cakir, whom I had the opportunity to meet there. The entire stay was very helpful, he took great care of our comfort. Wonderful man! I highly recommend this hotel with great service!

The OZ Sui Hotel should change its name to Hotel Finish.
Ayran – finished
Sweets – finished
Ananas juice - finished
Ice cream - finished
Hot chocolate – finished
Tomatoes on the beach – finished
On the terrace, they won’t serve drinks in cups, only in plastic- super health hot choco in plastic cup.
Lahmacun is only for the staff.
The beach is very far away.
The Italian restaurant is advertised as open, but it’s closed at night.
The rooms are clean, and that’s about all that’s good.
Never more in this hotel.
There is a constant shortage of cutlery, especially small spoons. Not everything is tasty, which is a matter of personal preference. However, after many visits to Turkey, this is definitely one of the weakest hotels in terms of food and certainly the worst in terms of location.

Stunning hotel, I would recommend this as a lovely place to go for families. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Food is what you would expect from an all-inclusive. It is there to appease the masses, I found it bland from the main restaurant. However, the food from the pool restaurant was extremely nice at times. There is also ice cream and the choice of hot and cold drinks is vast. Rooms near the stairs are loud so if you get one I would ask to move to another if possible. The 3 pools are clean, kids will love the slides. The sun loungers are a problem as people leave towels there from the early morning and you have to move towels off beds if you want one. Otherwise you won't get one it would be nice for staff to manage this.

I had the pleasure of staying at Oz Hotel Sui last year, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s elegant design and impeccable attention to detail. The modern, chic decor of the lobby set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and style. Spacious and beautifully appointed, it offered a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the stunning views from the balcony were the cherry on top.
The amenities at Oz Hotel Sui were outstanding. The infinity pool was a highlight, providing a serene escape with breathtaking vistas. The on-site spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, and the well-equipped fitness center was ideal for keeping up with my workout routine.
Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh, high-quality items. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive, making each meal a pleasant experience.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made me feel truly welcome and valued.
In summary, my stay at Oz Hotel Sui was nothing short of spectacular. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a luxurious base to explore the area, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I can’t wait for my next visit!
