The hotel is located in an excellent spot, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. The pool is appropriately sized for the hotel’s capacity, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. One of the standout features is its beach location, which seems to have transformed the hotel into a unique destination, almost like a former island. The staff also deserve praise for their service, consistently delivering high-quality food. Each member of the team adds a personal touch, making the overall experience even more special.

The hotel is clean and totally beautiful , we like that there were different houses and it is not such a high built hotel . It is not too spacious but the crowd is well spread out. The staff is so nice and they always make an effort. Mevlüt did a very good job and was exceptionally friendly. Since we were traveling with a baby, we got a quiet room, which was still very central. The food was good and they always went out of their way. Unfortunately, the hotel is on a main road, so you have to use public transport to get to the nearest town. We liked the fact that the hotel was also in a bay. So you don't have that typical long sandy beach that is so crowded. The value for money is definitely very good and we will definitely be back.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly. The walls were too thin, so people could hear each other even when speaking quietly, which created an uncomfortable experience. It was also difficult to sleep well because of the noise from neighboring rooms. Breakfast and lunch were always the same, with mostly unfresh food, while only dinner offered some variety. Fruits were also very limited and repeated daily. The gym and spa were the worst parts of the experience. There was a very small indoor pool, which wasn’t suitable for swimming, and the steam room was tiny and had an unpleasant smell. The Turkish bath was always busy due to private massages happening inside. The gym itself was extremely small, with the heaviest dumbbells only up to 10 kg, and there were only a few old treadmills. There was no medical service available at all, so you’d have to be lucky not to need any assistance. One of our friends fell in the restaurant entrance and hurt her hand, but the hotel did nothing to help, as they seemed to have no medical supplies (not even a first aid kit, or at least they didn’t offer it to us). We ended up calling emergency services on the first day.

I stayed with my family for 17 nights and I fully enjoyed. The animations were always fun. The food always fresh and delicious. The sea water isn't that deep and you can choose between rocks and sand. The service was always perfect and the waiters always treated us nicely and were really sweet and always tried to help. It was a really nice stay definitely

It's really hard reviewing this hotel because of the issues we had, but this is a genuine review... When we first arrived we were greeted by a lovely lad we got there quite late (11pm) he came out greeted us took all our luggage and told us to sit down when he returned he came back with drinks for us all just while reception sorted our key cards out. He then took our luggage to the rooms for us and explained everything he was so nice. The hotel it's self is absolutely beautiful from the reception to the rooms to the pools to the beach to the amazing views it's all absolutely stunning. The rooms are like little apartment blocks surrounded by trees and grass they have air con and WiFi that 100% works in every part of the hotel even on the beach ⛱️. The beds are comfortable, and you can have the air-conditioning on at any time, and they are very clean. (ours was) There's food available pretty much all day. There is a little cafe/beach bar that you can get ice creams from they also do chicken and donner raps, chips, and wedges. And a bar to get your drinks. The main restaurant has a very extensive menu that caters to all, and if you're willing to try new foods, then you will be OK. But if you're a picky eater, then you will get board of the food very fast. The general day to day cleaning staff are lovely, not very good with communication, but will smile and try. The pool gets the sun very well, and there are plenty of sun loungers dotted all over. There are also loungers on the beach all around the hotel, and the sea is lovely to swim in. Overall the hotel it's self is excellent. There are also cats and kittens everywhere on the resort. I'm an animal lover, so it made my week 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ Bad bits.. The male bar staff are very sexist,rude, and very racist towards ENGLISH PEOPLE, especially females. Tipping is something else. If you don't tip, you don't get it. The level of service we received from them was absolutely disgusting they wouldn't even acknowledge myself and my friend but our partners were getting called boss (after being tipped a few times) up until that point we were getting drinks in paper cups half full. This unfortunately put us off coming again this and the the shop on site if you use this shop please be careful as they will rob you blind the lady in there on a day time is lovely she won't rip you off (she didnt me) but the man in there will he charges you double what the price is ment to be so be warned. Also, get a cab to the market better quality stuff and a lot cheaper even with the cab fair on top. Also, 1 of the other English families had bed bugs, so check your beds. So in summary the hotel is very beautiful but if you're English i would say this is not the hotel for you.
