Papillon Belvil is an all-inclusive resort. The programme consists of breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight dining, all served buffet style at Belle Vue main restaurant. Guests are entitled to 1 complimentary dinner at each à la carte restaurant per stay (including Mirage, Kanji and Dolce Vita restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

The rooms are clean, the interior is beautiful, most of the staff are friendly, and the food is really delicious and varied. These are the advantages. As for the downsides, I would mention the constant noise and crying of small children. The hotel is clearly family-oriented, and there are a huge number of babies and toddlers. The children cry, fuss, and it’s practically impossible to find a quiet place anywhere in public areas. We’re currently staying on the ground floor near the lobby, and we constantly hear kids screaming in the hall and corridor. The same situation is at breakfast, lunch, and dinner — during dinner, you’ll have two, three, sometimes four crying babies sitting around you. We came here to relax, lured by the good reviews, but we are very disappointed. This hotel might be great for families with small children, but we’re traveling with two teenagers, and they have almost nothing to do here. Most of the activities are either for little kids or for adults. They’re not allowed to join the workouts because they’re considered too young, and they can’t sit in the adults-only restaurant area because they’re under 15. As a result, our vacation has turned into a stressful experience, and to be honest, I can’t wait to leave this hotel and fly back home. So if you’re looking for peace, tranquility, and a quiet atmosphere, I strongly suggest thinking twice before coming here.

From the moment we arrived at Belvil Hotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The surroundings are simply breathtaking — lush gardens, pristine pathways, and a peaceful atmosphere that sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. Housekeeping went above and beyond every day to keep everything perfect. The food selection was incredible — from fresh breakfasts to delicious dinners, there was something for every taste, and the quality was consistently outstanding. The hotel’s facilities are just as impressive: a sparkling pool, a well-equipped gym, relaxing spa treatments, and activities for all ages. The entertainment team deserves special praise for keeping the energy high without ever being intrusive. Most importantly, the staff’s attentiveness stood out — they truly care about guests’ experiences, remembering little details and always ready to help with a smile. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service, Belvil Hotel is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

We are currently staying at Hotel Papillon 5, and I must say that our impression has changed a lot during the stay. When we first arrived, we were very disappointed – the man at the reception kept us waiting unnecessarily long with a small child, even though the room had already been cleaned. His attitude was unprofessional and came across as deliberately unfriendly. At that moment, I would have given the hotel just one star. Fortunately, it soon became clear that the failure of one person should not define the whole hotel. The rest of the staff have been absolutely wonderful – kind, helpful, and professional. The service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere are all on a very high level, and our impression has been improving day by day. Our holiday is still ongoing, but even now I can say that Hotel Papillon 5 truly deserves 5⭐ out of 5. I hope the management takes note of how much difference one unhelpful receptionist can make – because the rest of the team is doing an excellent job.

We stayed at Papillon Belvil and absolutely loved it! 🌴 The food was truly amazing always a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. A special thanks to the chefs for the diversity and attention to detail. 🥗🍰 The animation team is a whole other story just wonderful! ❤️ They are very friendly, energetic, and cheerful, creating a festive atmosphere from morning till night. There are always fun activities for both children and adults: games, shows, sports events everything is top-notch! The hotel itself is very comfortable, with a lush and well-maintained green area. Everything is close by and easy to access. We felt like we were at home, but by the sea. 🌊 We will definitely come back again and will recommend Papillon Belvil to all our friends!
