We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their guests, offering top-notch service with a personal touch. The amenities are all of the highest quality, and we were consistently impressed by how well-maintained everything was.
The pools are fantastic for both kids and adults, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. Our room was always spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The resort also offers a wonderful variety of dining options, each serving delicious meals, and the spa service was exceptional.
We can’t wait to return and will definitely be back whenever we’re in the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-tier experience!

Great experience traveling with two families of 5. Lots of options for pools, bars, food…make sure to make dinner reservations. We had a great meal at Sals celebrating anniversaries and birthdays, but our favorite was Blue Agave. Jorge took good care of us there. We didn’t even order…he asked us what we liked, we said everything, and he brought us a number of his favorites and it was all delicious. Five star service from Jorge and the team at Blue Agave.

I recently stayed at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations this time around. I visited this resort 6 years ago and had a much more pleasant experience back then. Sadly, it seems the resort is starting to show its age and is in need of some updates.
Service – 4 Stars
The service was still very good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, which was one of the highlights of our stay.
Location – 5 Stars
The location is excellent—close to Playa del Carmen’s main attractions and shopping areas, making it a convenient spot for exploring.
Beach – 3 Stars
The beach was okay but not as beautiful as the beaches in Cancun. It’s still nice for relaxing, but it didn’t have the stunning, pristine feel I remembered from my last visit.
Food – 3 Stars
The food was average—not bad, but definitely not great. For an all-inclusive resort, I expected better variety and quality, especially compared to my previous visit.
Room – 1 Star
This was the most disappointing part of our stay. The room felt very old and poorly maintained. There were several things falling apart, bad patch jobs, and a constant unpleasant odor coming from the toilet. It’s clear that the rooms haven’t been updated in a while, and it really took away from the experience.
Overall
While the service and location were still great, the aging condition of the rooms and average food made this stay far less enjoyable than my visit 6 years ago. It feels like the resort is starting to get old and could really benefit from renovations and updates. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return until improvements are made.

This place is all 5 stars!!! We stayed at the adult only section, and we had the best time. The room is beautiful, big and clean. The food and drinks are really good and fresh. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, especially the karaoke night with a great band that played amazing!!! My wife and I are definitely going back, and we 100% recommending

We had a fantastic time on the resort, lots to do, Great beach, good food and staff was very nice. Our only issue was the rooms were very loud. The doors slam shut very loud and echo though the halls, joining room door was like having another family in our room. We could here every conversation! Bring ear plugs.
