Overall, this was a good experience and, as I’ve come to expect, another great stay at a Hilton property. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurants on the property were all very good and had a variety of options on the menus. The buffet breakfast and lunch were very expansive such that I could choose different options throughout my stay. I would at least recommend that the hotel ensure there are utensil options for each option in the buffet to mitigate food allergy risk with fruit plates. I chose an Ocean view room and even though sargassum seemed to be a problem, the hotel dealt with it as best they could and the smell was never bad so the view was great. Plenty of space in my king bed room and mini-bar fridge. About the only drawback to this Hilton is the location, it’s right in between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, so you either have to rent a car for the day or pay ~$75 for a taxi one way to go into the cities to explore. I did check out the excursions for Scuba Diving and it seemed reasonably priced for a 2 tank excursion as it included all the equipment needed, but it was too windy to go out to the reef and in looking at Cenote dive videos, it didn’t excite me enough to go on one. Would be nice to have a tank-only option pricing for those like me that own their own equipment. Definitely a place I’d return to for a future vacation for an all inclusive experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Tulum! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was really windy during our visit, but we made the best of it—and honestly, the breeze helped keep things from feeling too hot, which was a nice bonus. A special thank you to Dany, who led a stretching class that I joined. I’m currently pregnant, and she went out of her way to offer gentle modifications to help me feel comfortable and supported. She is such a sweet and thoughtful person—her positive energy is contagious and truly lights up any space she’s in. We also spent a lot of time at the kids pool, which our 3-year-old absolutely loved. It was perfect for little ones and a great place for families to relax. Our son has multiple food allergies, and we really appreciated how accommodating the staff was. They did their best to work with us, which gave us peace of mind. That said, it would be amazing to see a few more gluten-free options available—something as simple as gluten-free buns for burgers would have made a big difference. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable trip, and we’re so grateful to the staff who made it special!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Tulum. As soon as you exit your transportation you enter paradise. The hospitality was felt as soon as we were in the door. I was there with 12 guests to celebrate my birthday and before my arrival was assisted by Eddy Perez and Maria Salazar. They answered questions, and assisted me with reservations. The one disappointment with check in is that I was told by SY the guests not in the Enclave (Casa 1) would be housed close in Casa 2 and instead placed in Casa 6. My Enclave concierge was Sebastian and he is a gem and housekeeper Elena kept our room clean. The one negative about the rooms is there is not much privacy. It is an open concept with clouded doors so make sure you are comfortable with the person you are sharing with. I stayed in the Enclave and it was a great way to relax away from the more active other pools. Food was better than other all-inclusive resorts I have visited and the stations were kept clean with food replaced and replenished often. The omelet lady deserves a special shoutout. The beachfront was beautiful but if you decide to get in the water have beach shoes on. It is extremely rocky and unstable to walk in. The pools and grounds were kept clean. The service was great and the staff was nice.

Great place to stay. But the best asset is the staff. Super friendly and always greeting you with a smile and willingness to serve you. Fernando at the cart with the welcoming mezcal with hibiscus was awesome. He was always ready to help and made some amazing suggestions about the hotel and about activities. My whole family liked him. I had an issue with the mini bar not working. 4 Calls to the operator did not help. But, talking to Carlos at the front desk the issue was resolved in 20 minutes.

FULL and Honest comprehensive review Hotel/grounds: Nothing to complain about here everything is nice but nothing special. The bars/lounges/restaurants have a nice decor. There is pretty good wifi throughout the property. The resort app you use to order/ request things is one of the better ones I've used. Room:The room itself was alright nothing special, good view. NO smart TV for screensharing or Netflix type apps which is very disappointing for a resort built in 2022. Air conditioning worked great in our room.....however the restaurants were sweltering with no AC. Pool: pools were nice, good temperature and clean. There were 8 pools to choose from; NO swim-up bar. There are some high energy pools with decent house type music to create a vibe. The kids splash area is a nice idea probably best for kids 6 and under. However the material used for the kids pool is extremely rough on your feet...BRING WATERSHOES (especially if you want to go in the ocean as well) Food: Overall the food was relatively disappointing definitely not the worst I've had at a resort, all around nothing was like "wow that was good". For a resort that is touting to be 5 stars the food was akin to a run down Applebee's. The breakfast buffet is a typical hotel buffet with your standard choices. Specialty restaurants were not very special. Room service food was subpar food quality but very fast, which was nice to see. Alcohol: Disappointed in the selection. Very limited top shelf. Drink quality varied from really good to really bad. Beer selection was very poor IMO no notable domestics like Modelo/Pacifico/Corona Service: average to below average (which was to be expected) just very slow.... Amenities: Very limited....rooms themselves had no basic amenities (for a "5 star" hotel) like lotion, hand soap (had to use the shower gel). Beach had no toys for kids..... you had to PAY for snorkel gear. Beach: beach was decent, they did a good job designing an artificial reef to keep the beach clear of seaweed (which bombards the rest of the U shaped cove. Very rocky and few fish. Overall this is far far from the best resorts we've stayed at (even with kids) but it is exactly what i expected for the price point. Decor/atmosphere: 3.8/5 Room: 3.5/5 Food: 2.5/5 Service: 3/5 Drinks: 2.7/5 Amenities: 3/5 Value: 3.5/5 Overall: 3/5
