We don’t usually like spending much time on our hotels on holiday, but this hotel was so incredible & special that it was hard to leave!! It truly was paradise. The service was exceptional, every single member of staff made us feel cared for and genuinely valued. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so warmly and made to feel instantly welcome. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and attentive, they walked us through the grand building, which was absolutely stunning, filled with modern yet unique decor that felt luxurious but full of personality. We were seated for check-in and offered a delicious welcome drink, which set the tone for what turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The food was incredible, and the cocktails were even better (highly recommend the Purple Haze — it was unreal!). Having free access to the spa was such a lovely touch, and I treated myself to a back, neck, and shoulders massage that was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Our room was huge and beautifully designed, with so many thoughtful touches, a Japanese heated toilet seat, a fully stocked complimentary mini bar, a large terrace, and the comfiest bed ever with blackout blinds for the best night’s sleep. It was so peaceful and quiet; we woke up every morning feeling completely rested. Even the little details were so well thought out, the pool tiles didn’t get hot in the sun (a lifesaver for your feet in the heat!), the staff always had towels ready for us, greeted us with a smile every day, and even brought complimentary mocktails while we relaxed by the pool. We truly couldn’t fault a single thing. This place went above and beyond in every way. Amazing value for the standard you get. We’ll definitely be back.

We hosted our corporate seminar this August at the Park Hyatt Marrakech, and as professionals in the hospitality industry ourselves, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. From start to finish, we were expertly supported by Sara, the Events Manager, who guided us through every step of the planning and execution process, no small feat considering the complexity of group requirements. Arthur also demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and support throughout our stay. The level of service across the board was simply exceptional — warm, attentive, and highly professional. Every team member we encountered contributed to making our experience memorable, and we were genuinely touched by the kindness and dedication of the staff. One of the great strengths of the hotel is its multilingual team, which made communication seamless and ensured that all our guests felt comfortable and well looked after. The cuisine was a highlight: beautifully varied and delicious throughout our three-day stay. The property itself is stunning, impeccably clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms and beautifully maintained grounds. The Park Hyatt Marrakech offers everything one could hope for, whether for a professional event or a personal getaway. I cannot express enough how wonderful our stay has been from start to finish. My wife and I came here on our minimoon specifically to relax at a beautiful resort, and this property and its staff exceeded all expectations. The property is only about 1 year old, and everything from the interior design to the architecture feels modern, yet still Moroccan. The rooms are spacious and the staff cleans it twice per day, and keep the all-included mini-bar stocked with items of your preference. The restaurants at the hotel were of great quality, and can create food not on their menu to accommodate your palate or dietary restrictions. The service is top notch, exceeded that of other high-end Hyatt properties I’ve stayed at. I specifically want to thank Housni, Mohamed Tifratine, and the rest of the staff from the Pavilion who ensured our lunches and brunch were excellent. Hamza and Issam from Tfaya were our servers for dinner and helped curate a meal that took into account our dietary restrictions and preferences. We had 3 different spa treatments including the hot stone, Hammam, and the deep tissue massage. The spa is beautiful and the definitely worth checking out. You HAVE to ask for Hajar. My wife and I both had her as our masseuse on separate occasions, and she was incredible. Many who travel here will be shocked to learn that there is no uber or ride share in Morroco. The hotel and specifically the conceirge service, made booking reservations and traveling to and from places easy with a hotel-associated taxi service. They have special deals for excursions if you are staying at the Park Hyatt. I specifically wanted to thank Faisaal who helped curate an awesome trip for us. I singled out a few people who we interacted with, but everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I would encourage anyone to visit this hotel!

We just spent 8 unforgettable days at Park Hyatt Marrakech, and it was absolute perfection. The staff was warm, helpful, and made us feel at home from day one. The resort is stunning — beautiful views, a top-tier spa and gym, and incredible dining options that pleased the whole family. Our kids especially loved the huge kids’ club, packed with fun activities for all ages and run by the sweetest team. Every moment was gold — relaxing, luxurious, and family-friendly in every way. We’re so grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return!

Honestly, this was an expectacular hotel, like one of the best in the world. The service was incredible, everyone was so polite and really enthusiastic to help us in everything. The rooms were really clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The food in the hotel was really good as the waiters were very polite. On the other hand, one complaint I have is that I saw many cats in the resort. Everything was fantastic, but seeing cats around while I’m having dinner was really uncomfortable. But , the hotel was absolutely incredible and everything was fantastic!
