Family holiday of 4 days and 3 nights. And I gotta say, this hotel is ACE. The beach front is literally right there!! The sky pool is absolutely beautiful and the regular hotel pools are lovely with a cute kids water playground which looks like lots of fun! I loved the well kit out gym with all the gear and its a great size and really has everything you need for a good workout! And the morning breakfast spread has so many delicious options! It was great choosing different things to eat each morning! The room is superclean, comfy bed, love the rain shower and really overall, I had a super super relaxing beach holiday! Definitely be back again!

Everything at this resort is brand new, squeaky clean and high-end. We got the ocean view rooms, and the view from the balcony was absolutely worth it. The pool and beach area is ideal for the kids, and the restaurants are pretty good. A bunch of shops within walking distance as well, including car and bike rentals. The staff is extremely helpful and everyone speaks English. Great experience overall!

Absolutely loved our stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi! The property is stunning, with direct beach access and beautiful views all around. The rooms were spacious, clean, and just like the photos. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was a dream, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—highly recommend!

We stayed here for our honeymoon in November 2024 and had an amazing experience. The service was great. The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The view from the balcony and infinity pool overlooking the ocean was incredible. Overall, it was an amazing, luxurious experience. We will hopefully be back again one day.

Breakfast is wonderful. Freshly cook egg counter. But most of the juice at the juice counter is not fresh, very sweet and concentration juice. The swimming pool is big with a children's pool attached, another adult swimming pool located on the 5th floor (just for adults) with a stunning view. Kids club on the second floor with indoor and outdoor play area, very nice facility. The beach, just the seawater is not clear. It has a few beach sports activities too (they do not belong to the hotel, you need to pay extra) Two bad experiences from our stay: 1 - the entire hotel alarm rang on the first night at 3am for about 20min ish without proper explanation from the hotel Management. I checked with the receptionist and they can't give a proper explanation and the manager and management didn't even highlight to the guest who complained about it. However we extended one more night because the facility and the hotel location are excellent, the hotel staff gave us the same rate that we booked from booking.com instead of a walk-in rate. 2 - we are staying on the 7th floor but you can hear the extremely loud music in your room from the lower floor. The room is small, the cleaning needs to be improved.
