We were impressed with the hotel staff, all were friendly and smiling. Hafiz served us and he gave us a confident look and commented that we will love the room. Since it’s my hubby’s birthday, he told us, they upgraded the room with compliments. Oh my! It was a huge Ocean view suite with 2 Large beds for 5 of us. Super spacious indoor and outdoor with our private garden and balcony. We love the room a great deal. Snack bars are packed for our stay. Breakfasts was an enjoyment to look forward to. Facilities are amazing for kids. Pools are extremely fun for my kids. We had our dinner there at Cassia restaurant and the whole team came out to sing a birthday song for my hubby including the live band by the ocean view restaurant. We had 2 complimentary cocktails to sum the experience and Kelvin, the F&B Head personally made the cocktails for us. We had a great time at Park Royal and we will definitely return! Highly recommended!!

We stayed with 3 older children. 2 deluxe ocean view rooms. The view did not disappoint. Sunset was spectacular from the balcony. Favourite place was the level 5 infinity pool with reasonable drinks. Beach bean bag tables and drinks at night were very relaxing. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast catered to all. Had dinner at restaurant a few times, meals and drinks well priced for anyone from Australia or NZ. Although there are a lot of places offering cheaper accommodation, I would stay here again. Clean, comfortable and quiet, I didn't mind paying a premium.

The entire property radiates luxury and relaxation, making it the perfect location for a holiday. Whether lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby attractions, or simply soaking in the serene ambiance, PARKROYAL Langkawi delivers on every front. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a five-star experience in paradise. We can't wait to return!

We stayed in Nov 2024. Lovely place with great facilities and fantastic service. Swimming pool was a great spot to watch the sunset. Infinity pool water was warm! A very nice touch. Beach easily accessible, just a few steps from the hotel. Spa massage is incredible, so good that I fell asleep the both times I visited. Food was fantastic too with 2 restaurants both serving up a variety of food. Breakfast spread was good as well. Highly recommended hotel for families, especially with the activities they provide.

I recently stayed at PARKROYAL Langkawi for six nights, and overall, the hotel’s facilities and service were excellent—modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, on our final morning around 10 AM, an incident at the breakfast buffet left me utterly disgusted and disappointed. While at the pancake station, I witnessed an older Caucasian man selecting pancakes and applying various jams and chocolate sauce using the shared serving spoons. What happened next was appalling: he shamelessly licked the chocolate and jam residue off the public spoon with his tongue—repeatedly, at least 10 times—and then put the saliva-covered spoon straight back into the sauce container! In shock, I immediately confronted him, saying, “Man, this is for public use!” His nonchalant response? “I know.” He then walked away as if nothing had happened. I quickly informed a nearby staff member, expecting immediate action. Instead, the staff member simply asked, “Really?” and did nothing to address the man’s behavior. The man continued to enjoy his breakfast undisturbed in the same dining area. When the staff finally removed the contaminated sauce, it was clear they knew exactly which containers he had used, yet they had chosen to ignore his behavior while it was happening. This lack of hygiene enforcement and disregard for basic health and safety standards in a high-end establishment is deeply concerning. Despite the overall quality of the hotel, this experience was extremely off-putting and left a lasting negative impression. I hope the management takes this issue seriously to ensure such unhygienic behavior is promptly addressed in the future.
