Staying at PARKROYAL Resort Langkawi was the best decision for our honeymoon. We stayed on August 13, 2024, for 2 days, and from start to finish, everything was beyond our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and to our surprise, they upgraded our room from a Premier Sea View to a Deluxe Suite—which was absolutely stunning! I requested a honeymoon arrangement before by email and while they politely informed me that decorations only could be arranged externally (they can suggest us their recommendations), they offered us a special cake—and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. Not only that, but they made that swan-neck towel decorations and scattered rose petals in our room, making our stay feel even more romantic and special❤️ I can’t recall the staff member who assisted us, but they were incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything about our room and the resort’s services in detail. Another great thing about this resort is that it’s kid-friendly, with a game room and playground area, perfect for families traveling with children. We would love to come back to this beautiful place, we’re already planning to celebrate our anniversary here next year. Highly recommended for a perfect honeymoon or special getaway!

We were impressed with the hotel staff, all were friendly and smiling. Hafiz served us and he gave us a confident look and commented that we will love the room. Since it’s my hubby’s birthday, he told us, they upgraded the room with compliments. Oh my! It was a huge Ocean view suite with 2 Large beds for 5 of us. Super spacious indoor and outdoor with our private garden and balcony. We love the room a great deal. Snack bars are packed for our stay. Breakfasts was an enjoyment to look forward to. Facilities are amazing for kids. Pools are extremely fun for my kids. We had our dinner there at Cassia restaurant and the whole team came out to sing a birthday song for my hubby including the live band by the ocean view restaurant. We had 2 complimentary cocktails to sum the experience and Kelvin, the F&B Head personally made the cocktails for us. We had a great time at Park Royal and we will definitely return! Highly recommended!!

We had an incredible 6-night stay at Park Royal Langkawi with our 4 and 2-year-old kids, who had the absolute best time ever! The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and every moment was enjoyable. The staff were simply amazing—so welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The Breakfast buffet was one of the best ones we've ever had as well! A special shoutout to Hendra, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. His warmth and attention to detail truly made a difference. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

Stayed for few days at this hotel to start off my daughter’s millstone birthday celebration.🎉.. let me say the staff were excellent and the service provided was exceptional by all. The room was clean, beautiful view and loved the balcony to sit back and relax! Although I do feel there can be a second chair so you’re not sharing ! Thank you Farhana for all your help! I will be back and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Langkawi !

A big thank you to the team at Park Royal Langkawi for their exceptional hospitality during our 3D2N stay. My kids had an amazing time and are already asking to return during the school break. What truly stood out to me was the warmth and friendliness of the staff, despite being locals. I’ve experienced situations before where there was a noticeable difference in treatment, but here, we felt welcomed and valued. We also had the pleasure of dining by the shore, which was a highlight of our stay. While we were excited for our first dinner, we noticed that the menu remained quite similar on the second night. However, this didn't diminish our overall experience at all. We will definitely be back again in the future!
