We had a problem initially with our room. But the staff resolved it - and continuously checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. Particular thanks to the people at the front desk for making sure we were happy! Positives: The location is very good, and so is the gym (huge, well air conditioned and a good selection of equipment). The upstairs adult pool is also really good with great views of the sea. The beach access is great, and views are great. Breakfast is great and also a decent variety. Views of the beach from the room were fantastic. Staff try to be really helpful - shoutout again to the people at the front desk for making our stay great!

I recently stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in a Premier Ocean View Room, and overall, my experience was truly wonderful. The reception team during check-in was excellent, professional, and friendly. He made me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. My stay was extremely comfortable. The Premier Ocean View Room was beautifully designed, spacious, and very well maintained. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and definitely one of the highlights of my trip. Waking up to such a breathtaking view made the stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is elegant and well-kept. All facilities were in great condition and met the expectations of a 5-star property. The location is also very strategic and convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. If I may offer a small suggestion for improvement regarding the check-in experience; welcome drinks and wet towels were served at the reception counter. At that time, there was no seating available so guests had to stand while completing the registration and having the drink. It felt slightly less comfortable and a little rushed. Additionally, the welcome drink was placed on the reception counter without much explanation, which left me momentarily unsure. Perhaps it could be presented more personally or served in a designated seating area to create a smoother and more refined arrival experience, especially for a 5-star hotel. Other than this minor point, everything else was excellent and truly enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable one. I would definitely look forward to returning again.

Amazing 5-star hotel right on the beach. We stayed on an upper level in a beachfront room with a fantastic view. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and has two swimming pools; one on ground level and another on an upper level, both great for relaxing. Breakfast was complimentary and excellent, with a wide selection of Western and Asian options. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was great, with a big, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My recent stay at Park Royal Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. I booked the suite room with a private pool, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Let's start during my arrival, the service from the moment I arrived was top-tier. The airport transfer was well-prepared, with cold mineral water provided upon pickup. Once I reached the hotel, I was welcomed with a cold towel and refreshing juice. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally right up to the moment I was escorted to my suite. The staff here truly set the standard. Every team member was friendly, respectful, and warm. They made us feel valued throughout our stay. My package included a candlelight dinner, breakfast for two, and a massage — all of which were perfectly arranged. About our room, we booked the suite with private pool, the suite was simply breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and unbelievably comfortable. The private pool offered full privacy, and the in-room tech made everything feel modern and effortless. Even the complimentary items were delightful, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to the stay. Candlelight Dinner – A Must try Experience for couples. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with the candlelight dinner, and it exceeded expectations. The food was exceptionally good, the chef’s talent speaks for itself as we called the chef's kissed. The waiter was professional, attentive, and perfectly timed every part of the meal. The setup, ambiance, and romantic atmosphere made the night memorable. I highly recommend choosing this experience. Overall from the room to the service to the special touches, everything at Park Royal Hotel was flawless. I would recommend this hotel every single time. Truly an unforgettable stay.

From the moment you've arrived at the lobby, you'll be greeted by the friendly staffs and they make you comfortable right away. The rooms are very comfortable and i personally love the shower and the balcony. The beds makes you don't want to come out. The breakfast spreads are great and the pools are big enough. I also love the gaming room for my kids. Totally recommended to stay at this hotel.
