The single greatest hotel/resort experience of our lives!! Our trip to the Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi started off with a free upgrade and we came to our new (HUGE) Junior Suite that was all decorated for our Honeymoon. No detail was spared, flower petals, cake, sweets... Wow!! For the next few days, we were treated so kindly every time we came across any member of the resort staff. They always remembered our names and made us feel special in every interaction. The natural beauty of the resort is unmatched, you're truly in a jungle with luxury accommodations. We saw multiple species of monkeys, Great Hornbills, Eagles, and so much more. Not only do I want to go back immediately; I'll be recommending this hotel to everyone possible!!

The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful, ensuring a memorable stay. The world-class spa is truly outstanding, providing a luxurious relaxation experience. The hotel is conveniently located near town, attractions, and restaurants but is also secluded enough for peace and privacy. The facilities are top-notch, and the spacious, luxurious rooms make for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended for a perfect Langkawi getaway!

Amazing - fantastic stay with my husband and daughter - service has been impeccable with lots of attention from the managers and all staff! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are super comfortable. I stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and have been so impressed with the improvement with the buggy system, housekeeping, f&b and all. Highly recommend this hotel and for sure we will be back.

It’s a great resort I loved it, it made my honeymoon memories memorable. I’m disappointed they have taken a deposit from my credit card upon my arrival, and they promised me it will be returned fully back to my card since I have paid for other miscellaneous expenses. However it’s been almost a month in communication through emails and calls, yet they have not returned my money to my card. Be careful I have heard they usually do this kind of behaviors.

This is not worth it at all. I have lived in this hotel for 4nights. During those nights, we moved to different room, and my girlfriend lost her hairpin. The last day we leaving at around 6 am, I had called service cart for my lounges, no answers at all. I also left my Philips toothbrush in the room, because we rushed everything in the room and ran to the airport without any help from ritz-Carlton at all. The best thing in the hotel is breakfast.sand of bank is not worth that hurts your foot.
