We had an absolute wonderful 1 week stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Langkawi! The Resort is nicely located within the nature and lets you instantly relax. We had the pleasure of many monkey family’s taking a visit on our balcony. The rooms/ villas are very spacious and the quality is top-notch. Daily service and small little messages/ treats were great aswell! The beach/ pools and bars are the perfect place to relax. Overall the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay remarkable - chapeau! We will definitely come back! 1 small rooms for improvement: - it took 3 weeks and one reminder to receive the refund from the deposit. I expect a better service for a 5* Hotel

We anchored our sailing boat just off the beach and traveled across in the dinghy. Before we had even touched shore, there were people there to help us beach the dinghy and escort us to the restaurant. We were met by the incredibly friendly restaurant manager and her very professional team. We enjoyed a superb meal and afterwards were escorted back to our dinghy. In the night we were caught at anchor by a storm and our dinghy broke free. Security helped secure it and the next day employees towed it out to meet us and be pass it over - with a bag of fresh fruit. An amazing experience.

Beautiful room and the property is really big and practically require a golf cart to go around. Although it may take a wait of a minute to 45 minutes depending on weather and if it’s rush hour such as 9am breakfast. So planning on that front is required as there’s only so many carts! Service was great with staff being attentive with every request looked after and taken care of. Gym is well equipped with equipment properly maintained. Cold face towels and water provided. Question that I have maybe if I was travelling with a baby and if I would stay in the property, likely? Only thing holding me back is how wide spread the property is and having to practically order the cart wherever we go. Would certainly be back again.

Probably one of the best resorts we have stayed at and we’ve been to places in Hamilton island and Santorini. Absolutely amazing place! We stayed in a villa with a private pool. Service is next level, they really treat you like royalty to the point you feel bad. The villa was absolutely massive and we were sad to leave. You can call a buggy to take you around the resort 24/7 which we found really useful. They also replenish the minibar everyday and the items in there are complimentary apart from 4 bottles of wine. Only issue was, the pathway up to the villa front door was a bit dark, would’ve been good if they had lights there. 10/10 would definitely go back.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi was simply the best. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted with such warmth. Their hospitality continued throughout our entire five-night stay, ensuring every detail was perfect. Having visited numerous resorts, I can confidently say this ranks among the finest. It was truly a regal experience.
