We stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Our room and the hotel grounds were absolutely stunning. The service was second to none, with all staff members being so lovely and going out of their way to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was excellent. We ate at all four restaurants during our stay - Hai Yan was our favourite. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We had an absolute wonderful 1 week stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Langkawi! The Resort is nicely located within the nature and lets you instantly relax. We had the pleasure of many monkey family’s taking a visit on our balcony. The rooms/ villas are very spacious and the quality is top-notch. Daily service and small little messages/ treats were great aswell! The beach/ pools and bars are the perfect place to relax. Overall the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay remarkable - chapeau! We will definitely come back! 1 small rooms for improvement: - it took 3 weeks and one reminder to receive the refund from the deposit. I expect a better service for a 5* Hotel

This hotel was an absolute amazing place to stay! The lodge features a beautifully garden, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. The service and food provided is of the highest quality, ensuring a memorable experience, specially the breakfast!! (Maybe coffee would only need improvement) Overall, this hotel made us feel like we are in a peaceful botanical garden and completely being spoilt by the staff here. We hope to be back soon!

I disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean upon arrival, with dust on surfaces and stains on the bedding. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was not functioning, making the room uncomfortably warm. I reported these issues to the front desk, but no action was taken during my stay. I would recommend the hotel focus on better housekeeping and timely maintenance to improve guest satisfaction.

Amazing - fantastic stay with my husband and daughter - service has been impeccable with lots of attention from the managers and all staff! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are super comfortable. I stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and have been so impressed with the improvement with the buggy system, housekeeping, f&b and all. Highly recommend this hotel and for sure we will be back.
