We stayed here for six nights and enjoyed it very much. We were warmly welcomed, and the room was perfectly prepared. Everything was very clean. A beautiful hotel complex with two excellent restaurants. The selection of food was great. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day. I would come back here anytime. Thank you very much!

The experience here has been so horrible that we are forced to write a review while still staying at the property.
1. There was no hot water in our bathroom
2. The maintenance person showed up after 1 hour of consistent calling
3. Even after waiting for hours, we were unable to talk to the manager because he was "busy" elsewhere
We missed a tour booking because of all this and when we finally gave up and took a bath with cold water to go out, we were forced to leave two men from maintenance with a huge ladder and equipment working in our room with all our belongings.
The service and general concern for the guests time and well being is absolutely terrible. I would strongly suggest to book a different hotel, because at such high prices , you are bound to get MUCH better service and hospitality.

I will come back time and time again. Absolutely incredible resort, we went prior to the renovations. Especially love the buggy service as it is a huge resort.
Would definitely recommend upgrading to the island view or sea view room, it will make your experience that much better.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
My wife and I spent 4 nights at this resort as part of our honeymoon, and everything was perfect from start to end.
The beach is absolutely stunning and is easy to access straight from the resort. The 24 hour access to buggies to help get around the resort was super handy for when we were feeling a little tired.
We got the breakfast included option, and made good use of the wide selection of foods available at both restaurants. The staff were super friendly, and were happy to assist us with all our needs.
We had such an amazing experience, and would love to one day come back again!

The renovations at the main pool was annoying but didn't affect our vacation since our room was at the new cascade pool villa 28. Be prepared to walk a lot since this resort is huge. The breakfast provided a good selection. Seems like a good place for kids with their programming. Beach is shallow and easy to wade in.
Room decor was ok even renovated it shows a little age.
