Beautiful place to stay. Excellent service the staff are fantastic especially Nina and Patti always doing extra to make us feel at home. The food is great with a large variety of foods. All the areas a very clean. The spa was wonderful had great experience. The bar staff are always friendly and the service is fantastic especially Mam, Armin, and there colleagues in all this was the best holiday i have ever had and i will be back and i will be telling all my friends and family. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

Great hotel for families, good amenities, always lots going on. Very nice staff. The location is good, lovely bay. Would probably not stay again as a couple, but would definitely bring the family. The hotel has quite a few functions / weddings going on. Definitely get a room with beach views. The beach at low tide is rocky, but still interesting. Great beaches near by to visit daily.

Our friends got married and had all their guest stay here, and wow did the resort live up to its reviews ! The stand out here is not the beautiful secluded beach, or the great buffet spread, but the service itself! It is the best you can find in Thailand.
Incredible activities on offer, very kid friendly, but also has adult recommended pools to unwind in. Steps away from massages on the beach, elephant bars and beautiful look outs.
We recommend staying here! The service here is so incredible, that after our complimentary kayaking and snorkeling (which we ended up capsizing and losing 3 snorkels). The hotel emailed us to say we would have to pay for the lost equipment and then sent another email an hour later to say they had recovered the snorkels ! What great loyalty and kindness they show to their guest. They definitely go out of their way to make your trip special. We organised for our friend’s room to get decorated for their anniversary- and they were so happy to help with that!

Very nice hotel. Our family were enjoyed every day to stay here. We had surprised my son birthday from Nina. We feel welcoming and every staffs very helpful. Only one thing is.....it is too far to Patong. You can't go there by walk. Have to take the shuttle bus or taxi. Anyway this is the good hotel for us.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, beds comfortable, 2 showers heads great, plenty of usb plugs.
Nina is a lovely lady, very friendly and caring and helpful. She made us a lemon ginger tea when we had a cough.
All staff are friendly, always have smile on their faces.
Location is good, loved all the pools. Food so many different places to eat.
