I am a returning guest at Porto Bello Hotel, had a great experience in 2023 and decided to return in 2024. I do not recommend making reservation directly with the hotel, always use a 3rd party platform. Due to airline changes, I had to stay 1 night less then I paid for and even though I informed the hotel of the change 4 weeks before arrival, Portobello Hotel hasn't processes a refund in 5 months. Having emailed, called, spoken with 10 different people there, no one cares and wants to help. They promise to resolve this and come back to me, but never do. I will not ever come back here and do not recommend this hotel to someone who wants a nice and peaceful holiday. This is dishonest and fraudulent behaviour. This isn't 5 star hotel experience, mediocre 1 star at best.

Had a great experience, lots of food and activities. Extremely kid friendly, the kids club was a life saver. Hazal took great care of the kids and was very hospitable. Really close to the beach literally a 2 minute walk. Loved it!

Very good hotel. I came back here for the second time and everything was as good as it was the first time. The location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The beach is clean and there are enough sun loungers. The food was delicious and varied. Very good entertainment program. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here again.

Had a six night stay over H/T, 2 adults 2 Children. The rooms were presentable and clean. We had an adjoining room. The mini fridge is stocked with drinks daily (for free: all inclusive). Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working, maybe because of the time of the year. Food was good with a wide variety of choice for adults and children. Staff were friendly and attentive. There was a nice lady selling fresh juice daily. The hotel does well to try and entertain guests; Hakeem was enthusiastic about getting people to play darts for example. A key component for us was the kids club (Froggy Club). Our girls really enjoyed playing and doing arts and crafts with the lady that ran the club. She also ran evening entertainment sessions for kids that included singing and dancing. Each night, the hotel had some form of entertainment; unfortunately some of the rooms positioned very close to this, so beware! The entertainment usually finished at 11pm so plenty of time for sleep. It was too cold to enter the swimming pools, but the beach is a tunnel away, refreshments are available with free sunbeds and umbrellas. My wife had a 60 minute treatment at the Spa, she rated it average.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was exceptionally respectful, the food was both delicious and diverse, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would undoubtedly choose it again if I visit Antalya in the future.
