Had a six night stay over H/T, 2 adults 2 Children. The rooms were presentable and clean. We had an adjoining room. The mini fridge is stocked with drinks daily (for free: all inclusive). Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working, maybe because of the time of the year.
Food was good with a wide variety of choice for adults and children. Staff were friendly and attentive. There was a nice lady selling fresh juice daily. The hotel does well to try and entertain guests; Hakeem was enthusiastic about getting people to play darts for example. A key component for us was the kids club (Froggy Club). Our girls really enjoyed playing and doing arts and crafts with the lady that ran the club. She also ran evening entertainment sessions for kids that included singing and dancing. Each night, the hotel had some form of entertainment; unfortunately some of the rooms positioned very close to this, so beware! The entertainment usually finished at 11pm so plenty of time for sleep. It was too cold to enter the swimming pools, but the beach is a tunnel away, refreshments are available with free sunbeds and umbrellas. My wife had a 60 minute treatment at the Spa, she rated it average.

Very good hotel with nice staff!
We had all inclusive service, nice selection of drinks and amazing food! The entertainment team done great job - every evening was something to do! Clean pool with underground access to the beach. Clean rooms, everyday cleaning service with water/coffee etc. provided. Nice music playing in the pool area (music was switched off at 11 pm).
Food provided even at midnight in the restaurant if you coming in for late check in.
You can spend your last day in the swimming pool with food waiting for you late flight even your check out is 12 o’clock.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel. I came back here for the second time and everything was as good as it was the first time.
The location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The beach is clean and there are enough sun loungers.
The food was delicious and varied. Very good entertainment program.
I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here again.

Worst hotel I have ever been too. 1:Air conditioning in the room dose not work properly. 2:room service is bad. 3:room cleaning is not properly done. 4: same food everyday. 5:they give free alcohol but the brands they serve are all cheap and low quality. 6: They forget to keep complimentary water in the room everyday. 7: shower cubicle too small. 8: they forget to take dirty vassals from the room during room cleaning. Not worth for money.

If you're looking for an affordable place with good weather, Porto Bello Hotel could be an option. The food is acceptable and abundant if you enjoy all-inclusive buffets. The waiters in the dining room and the a la carte restaurant are friendly and pleasant, probably the nicest staff in the entire hotel.
The rooms are decent, equipped with air conditioning, smart TVs, and comfortable beds, although the bathrooms fall short in terms of attention to detail.
The pool is beautiful but always cold, which can be uncomfortable. As for the beach, it’s quite a letdown – it’s rocky instead of sandy, unmaintained, and frankly unattractive, although the water is very clean and beautiful. However, the disorganization and sudden drop-off in water depth make swimming less enjoyable.
Prices within the hotel are extremely high—getting a haircut costs 25 euros, which is more expensive than in Germany, and a short massage costs 60 euros. Throughout our stay, I constantly felt like someone was trying to take advantage of us, especially with the pushy and overly "friendly" entertainment team who insisted on us joining them for evening events elsewhere.
Antalya is a beautiful destination, but the feeling that locals see you only as a wallet is hard to ignore. Shopkeepers and taxi drivers are especially aggressive, trying to force you into buying things or offering unsolicited advice. We had a particularly unpleasant experience with a hotel-ordered taxi driver who misled us and kept us in the car in an awkward situation.
I would return to Turkey only if the price is low and the weather is sunny.
