The staff is very polite and friendly. The place is very clean and quiet. There is an amazing restaurant offering a good variety of dishes for breakfast. The music is pleasant and relaxing. If you come early in the morning, you have a chance to enjoy a magnificent view of the sunrise.
It is also pleasant to walk around and enjoy the idea that this is a real ship and you are actually touching something historical now.
There is a big library, a theatre, lots of exhibits, so you won't get bored here.
It may be a little cold in the room though. And the location is not quite convenient, rather far from the metro station, so you will need a taxi.

After a very warm welcome and being shown to our recently refurbished and very well appointed cabin we explored the ship. It takes time to accept you are in a hotel that was a cruise liner as there are a lot of unused areas and the buzz of a cruise ship is not there. Then you slow down and accept it is a hotel and treat it as one and it all makes sense.
There is a lot of history on the ship and you need to dig around to find it all. I don't think in 3 days we did find everything.
The facilities that are refurbished are excellent. The breakfast restaurant is superb with great views and very good food. The ships bar is well serviced albeit a little expensive. Happy hour 4 - 8 pm makes it a little more palatable.
Unfortunately there are a lot of signs of neglect in some areas, particularly on the open decks where a coat of varnish wouldn't go amiss but overall the experience was very good.
It's a bit out of town but a 15 minute walk gets you to the river with some great open Restaurants with very reasonable prices and if adventurous you can take the metro, trams and buses all over the city for about £4.50 a day.
A worthwhile experience.

The cruise was exceptional; it offered a relaxing and historically enriching experience. 🚢The journey prompted reflection on the lives of past travelers. 🤔 We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire Queen Elizabeth team. 🙏💖👏 We eagerly anticipate a return visit. 🛳️😊👍

This is the WORST experience for me and my family ever. I have traveled extensively and stayed in various hotels, including three-star properties, but unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the reception area was chaotic and understaffed. Upon checking into our room, we were immediately met with a strong smell of smoke, despite having specifically booked a non-smoking room. We had to request a room change, and during the process, my husband had to assist with our luggage as there was only one staff member available to help.
Service was consistently slow throughout our stay. Reaching the reception or housekeeping required multiple calls, as they were unresponsive most of the time. Additionally, I found hairs on the floor, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
Breakfast was another disappointing experience. There was a long queue, and while waiting, a staff member loudly pointed out in front of other guests that my husband’s slippers were not allowed. This approach was both unprofessional and unnecessary.
The room itself lacked essential amenities. There were no side tables. Despite booking a deluxe room (which is supposed to be an upgrade from the classic option), it did not have a refrigerator, making it inconvenient for storing my baby’s food. Additionally, only bottled water was provided, which I personally avoid for hygiene reasons.
Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, or comfort. I hope management takes serious steps to improve their standards and guest experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience had both positives and negatives.
Positives:
The room was excellent in terms of design and comfort, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay inside the room very pleasant. The hotel concept itself is unique and inviting, making it a place worth experiencing.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, the service was below expectations. There is no valet service, and check-in as well as luggage handling took an unreasonably long time. While the place is aesthetically pleasing, the overall stay was not comfortable enough to justify the price per night.
A beautiful location, but sadly, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the service issues.
