Perfect for a solo traveler staying a few days and just looking for a clean and safe place to sleep at night. Can't beat the location either. My room was **extremely clean**, including the bathroom. Bed/pillows were comfortable enough for someone like me who has insomnia. Pilled are a bit flat fyi. There is a mattress but no box spring. At least you can check under the bed and see how clean it is. Room was actually bigger than I thought, I've stayed in smaller in NYC. Big flat screen TV. Some metal storage box furniture for clothes but was fine. No mini fridge but I knew that before I booked. There are vending machines w drinks and snacks in lobby and an attached restaurant. Room could benefit from having at least a folding chair so there could be somewhere else to sit. Temp controls worked fine, and temperature easily adjusted. Could hear slamming doors but you can let your room fan run or bring a white noise machine or earplugs like me. Didn't hear much outside noise and I was on the second floor. Bathroom was small but served its purpose. No issues with toilet or shower. Temperature was fine, water pressure good and can be adjusted. I appreciated the decent quality hair dryer. Shower has gel, shampoo and conditioner affixed to the wall. Sink has bar of soap. No lotion. Room didn't get serviced, I guess leave your room before 11am lolol. Hotel lobby inside and out had constant security which was very nice to see. Please don't hesitate to stay here, I enjoyed my time.

We stayed over this past weekend and everything was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the lobby well decorated, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We requested a fridge and microwave and they were delivered to the room before we could even get upstairs. Maria at the front desk is wonderful, she makes you feel like a best friend and is an absolute delight in a busy big city. The hotel is right in Times Square, has an adorable attached restaurant, and is walkable to the main bus stops, Broadway, and a ton of shopping. Highly reccomend.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff were so helpful and pleasant! Serendipity, the restaurant attached was adorable my wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here in NYC! The only reason I did 4 stars was the bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable and a few ascetics like duct tape in the window to help the cold draft I'm assuming was, just wasn’t appealing. We also wish we had known we were able to request a fridge to keep drinks cold, also if there was a coffee bar for guest that would be a nice add Just for price and location purposes and a nice accommodation for guest in the morning. Other than that the stay was nice! And we enjoyed our stay!

My first time in New York so I'll be honest and say I have nothing to compare to. We were aware we had a city tax to pay upon arrival but were surprised we also had to pay $100 per night security deposit. (We were only charged $350 which we were informed on departure) I'm happy to pay a security deposit but on seeing the room I believe its completely unnecessary. On all of my travels I have never seen a room so tiny. In my opinion the room should be sold as a single room and not a double as we had booked. We had to store our suitcases under the bed as there was nowhere to store in the room. The room was shabby and in need of some maintenance. The housekeeping team did a great job with what they had to work with so a massive thank you to them. The shower had very little power but plenty of hot water. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was based on our location. I expected noise from traffic but there was very little noise so a nights sleep was had. The bed was ok but could have done with an extra blanket or throw. There was air conditioning which was extremely noisy though. The hotel is very well located and I'm guessing they have much better rooms than the one we were allocated. We could store our luggage on departure which was a bonus too. I don't think I would return or if I did I would ask for more details about the room first. New York was amazing though so we still had a great holiday 😊

Location is bang on right in the middle of times square. *Cost Please be aware of the if you have booked through a travel agent there are fees that need to be paid - if not aware this can have a real impact on your holiday. We had to pay $300+ security deposit via card (no cash accepted and if you have withdrawn all your money most wouldn't be able to provide this) $45 a night for a facility fee and then + tax. THIS IS ALL ON THE WEBSITE OF THE HOTEL BUT EASILY MISSED AS WITH US AND OTHERS WE HAD MET. All this for a 7 night stay is getting close to $1000 all payed with a card when we had the money in cash. We also paid extra $15 a night for a bigger room. *Room We booked the twin room. As per the other reviews the twin room is tiny, you can't even fit your luggage in there. Before we went to the room the receptionist already implied that if we want bigger then come and see her. This was sorted at cost above. The second room was decent enough and we had no issues other than to poorly fitted lights ect and cheap wobbly bed - we took this as it is what it is. The staff are friendly but can come across very straight forward, but they all do in new york so no issues there, as for the luggage handlers ect they are all spot on and a credit to the hotel. The lifts are small and take forever if you are going higher than floor 3 (we was on 10), but again it is what it is if you want to be in the heart of times square. Overall I would recommend staying for a few nights but if your long haul and staying longer I'd look at the more expensive hotels as it will be the same price in the end.
