YOTEL New York is the perfect stay in the heart of the city. The hotel is modern, fully renovated, and offers great value for the price. My room was super cozy with spectacular skyline views, including the Empire State Building. The self check-in and check-out machines were very convenient, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. With its unbeatable location and comfort, I’d definitely stay here again.

I've been staying there regularly pretty much since it opened. I liked it because it was kind of hip and fun, the rooms and public areas were cool, and it attracted a younger, more cosmopolitan crowd. Being on 10th Avenue made it a little far from Times Square, but to me, that's a plus, and the walk to the subways was not bad. But they've done nothing to upgrade the rooms and public spaces, and my room was showing a lot of wear. They also no longer offer free coffee and muffins for breakfast and that in spite of what I consider an exorbitant resort fee. I used to get occasional deals from them but that dried up years ago. I think nearly $2,000 for seven nights, even in Manhattan, is a bit much. I've found a nearby modern hotel that is a better bargain and plan to try it out next trip.

I recently experienced a situation during my stay, and I must say that the level of care and professionalism I received from the hotel team was truly exceptional. Hotel manager Jorge Tito , and Beverly Washington, and the security agent went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. Their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. I am deeply grateful for the way they handled everything, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a lesson in hospitality and care. This hotel not only provides luxury but also demonstrates genuine concern for its guests. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly return in the future! Hugo

Rooms are extremely compact to even move around or to open up your luggage. Be careful of banging here and there. The air conditioning system was quite effective to keep me warm. The window blinder was not effective at all to keep the sunlight off the room. The colourful mood lighting facility was something really nice. The reclining facility for the bed was really good. A water boiler or a hot jug in the room would be advisable. The view was stunning. The breakfast was not bad either. My overall stay was peaceful.

We had a suite and was very disappointed. It looks much bigger on the pictures! The room was extremely small and not worth over $1300. Huge pole dang near in the middle of the floor blocking a chunk of the view. There was really no useful amenities. The hotel is nice and there’s a couple of restaurants inside. Employees were nice & helpful with check in / out & any questions we had. The bathroom looked like it belonged in a motel 6, but the towel warmer was nice. Location was great! Good walking distance to Times Square and a lot of other hidden gems. Wouldn’t book again because of space & amenities vs price.
