Rooms are what you expect - small but functional and great storage under the bed. Loved the adjustable beds, comfortable too. Location is great, excluding coming and going from the parking garage/loading luggage - give yourself some extra time. Marilyn C, thank you for your kindness and customer service! Overall, perfect for “touristy” location if not spending time in the room. Note, the resort fee is quite pricey and hidden extra fees for early check in/late check out if booked through 3rd party.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Yotel Hotel. I’ve stayed at plenty of luxury hotels, but the customer service here over the past two days was truly unmatched. Special shoutout to Marilyn at the front desk for making sure we had a great room, and to Moses, Amid, and Renee for being incredibly helpful with our bags. Charmaine and Roshante also made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—great for the event we attended and super convenient for getting around, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The drinks on the fourth floor were fantastic—big thanks to Dexter, the bartender, for some amazing cocktails and mocktails. Honestly, there’s no other place I’d rather stay when I’m in New York City than Yotel!

First of all, cleaning staff and in person staff there to greet and help people did a great job. I give Service only 3 stars bc of the phone service. I called ahead and asked about a mini fridge to be put in my room and parking and none were available for me when I got there. Would have been 1 star if not for the lovely in person staff. Where to start on the room. Um, many things were just broken, the caps on the shower door thingy, the curtain bead strings to adjust them weren't fastened on the wall, the outlet piece to the side table just fell out. Burn marks on the carpet and one of the wood cabinet things. Did it affect functionality? Mildly, but for the price I paid, not really what I would have expected. The ice machine on my floor and the floor above me that had one were not working, I had to go up 4 floors to find ice. I did this a lot bc I never got the mini fridge I had asked for and since I was unable to call at exactly the right time one might be available, I lost hope at getting one at all. No continental breakfast either, and when I went downstairs to ask for utensils bc I forgot to grab some for my takeout, I had to pay $2.75 for each set out of the vending machine. They weren't even nice ones, they were cheap ones you can get at any takeout place for free. Really disappointed in what was supposed to be a really nice hotel.

I have been to the Yotel in Boston and this was night and day different. Location is good, especially if you are visiting the convention center, but other than that I would not stay. They advertise beds that move into being a couch ... That did not work. They advertise in room ordering of drinks ... That did not work. The handle to the bathroom door was broken, the shower was mildewy, the curtain to separate the bathroom was missing. Unless you close the shades to the only window, the neighbors would have a view of delightful view of you on the toilet. Half the light switches did nothing. Only one side of the bed has a plug for charge. In general for a hotel that bills itself as hip and modern, it was tired and full of inadequate tech. I will not be returning.

This is the only hotel I have stayed at in NY city so I dont really have much of an opinion. The parking was conveniently right below the hotel so it was easy to take the elevator up from the garage to the rooms, but the downfall was once in the garage you cant take the car out or get belongings from your car. The room had a nice view, it could have been a little cleaner, and there was no fridge. Also the bathroom door was just a glass door with no lock, that was kind of weird. The staff was awsome and very helpful, that is what stood out to me mostly.
