This was our honeymoon and first family holiday and wow did you not disappoint. Firstly hotel is beautiful, clean, classy and full of things to do. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Not one member of staff ignored my children they always spoke to them and even helped out when they were crying. Facilities were amazing so much food and drink choices. Children’s games room was great but a few rides didn’t work. The pools were clean and big. Overall we will be back it was great

We have been to Turkey many times, but here the service was the worst. Mostly the women were disappointed, but the ladies working in the cake shop were very nice. The women at Starbucks were a disaster. I ordered cocoa instead, I got coffee. I wanted coffee with whipped cream, but the lady looked and said there was no whipped cream in it. We paid a lot of money. we got an extra bed (for an adult and for a child) and they didn't want to change it to a single bed. There were very nice people, but a lot of people were not nice. This is the first hotel in Turkey where we encountered such service, always very nice, friendly good people. Animations for children. terrible. A guy who had no talent, so he used a rabbit as a real mascot, the children took touches in their hands. A guy who pretended to be a clown but was not funny at all. If someone likes pizza, it's very bad. In other hotels, we ate pizza twice a day, it was delicious. The food was average for Turkey. In every other hotel it was much better. Very good cheese of various types and sheep juices, carrots, apples and oranges. But the food was of a much lower standard than in other hotels. We would not choose this hotel again. But the hotel was beautiful, well-kept, clean, beautiful trees, lots of greenery. Some ladies were like mummies. Animations commemorating Micheal Jacson at a very high level, full of professionalism, well-done, everything turned out brilliantly. There was a band of African-Americans. The woman from this band had a beautiful voice, something beautiful! Pure beauty, poetry for the ears. A water park for children, great, ladies, not very nice.

Very good impression from the beginning with welcome drinks and sweets. The staff is attentive and happy to help. Rooms are relatively small but I guess no one comes here to stay in them... The facility is large and gives plenty of seaside and pool options, plus an outdoor workout area, kids center, restaurants and bars.
Food is great, selection is more than you need for both meat lovers and vegetarians (you can also find vegan products). All fresh, tasty, and nicely served.
We have eaten in all 5 on site ala carte restaurants. It is really difficult to pick the best. All are serving delicious starters, main courses, and desserts.
Spa, gym, hairdresser, kids play room and cinema complete the picture.
The entry tickets to Land of Legends amusement park were complimentary.
In my opinion the "Premium" in the name is deserved.

That was my first ever time in Turkey and all-inclusive experience , to tell the true that my best hotel vacation ever and I really can’t understand why I didn’t do that before , incomparable with Europe. Very clean hotel.
Service is TOP, you can find almost everything in the hotel for yourself , children , so many interesting activities. Everyone can find something that is close to himself.
Food is amazing starting with Turquase restaurant finishing with la-cart.
Keep continue what you doing, I hope to come back again.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Guest Relations were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Special shout out to Olesea and Timur who responded to our requests efficiently and went out of their way to make sure our stay went smoothly.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view that made each morning special. I was especially impressed with the range of amenities offered like the 3 outdoor pools (however, only 1 pool was heated) and 1 indoor pool, free access to the spa facilities, gym, and tennis courts which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and Land of Legends, and the on-site A La Carte restaurants served delicious meals with a great selection.
The buffet for breakfast, brunch and dinner was a slight let down as we didn't think much of the selection and have had better at other all inclusive hotels. However, I must give a special mention to the waiter Serkan Timur - he went above and beyond to make sure my parents were looked after whenever they went to the buffet and he would recognise our family and greet us with a warm welcome despite being busy.
We truly felt at home, thanks to the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend Rixos Premium Belek to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay. I can't wait to return!
