nice hotel, clean and cozy beach and pool areas, responsible staff, great gym equipment! Breakfasts are very good, tons of options, the salad bar is top of the notch! I would add one plain protein entree, smth like chicken breasts or white fish steamed not fried. AC in the room - difficult to set up for desired temperature, although i know it’s not this particular hotel issue. Room service - i liked that they did cleaning in afternoon if we didn’t let them in during morning hours. Some premium hotels don’t clean rooms after lunchtime.

This hotel is absolutely worth every penny. From the rooms, to the food and the service. Everything was 10/10. We had breakfast every morning which was always super fresh and so much to choose from. Every member of staff was super friendly and always so accommodating. Our cleaner Arsffa was also amazing. She always went above and beyond. If you want perfection I would definitely recommend this hotel. And location is perfect too! The views and pool facilities are beautiful!! We will be back, thanks again!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is stunning, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and beauty. We opted for the half-board package, and we must say, both the dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The variety, quality, and taste of the food left us speechless – it was simply outstanding! This place is ideal for a family getaway. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, making it perfect for spending quality time together. The pool and beach facilities are excellent, providing endless fun and relaxation for everyone. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect family-friendly vacation spot!

Where do I begin? I stay at hotels ALL OVER THE WORLD. This was far the most expensive, rude and annoying hotel I have ever stayed. It's almost like they price gouge you for a joke.. too see how bad they can. A coffee in Canadian is almost $20 dollars. A regular coffee. There was trash in my room:( I called room service a few times and nothing. Phone would not work? Not sure. Unless you walk.. GOOD LUCK. Traffic is the worst I have ever ever seen. I came back one week day and it was not even rush hour and sat for 2 hours crawling. I asked the concierge for help on something and they were dismissive. I was also treated by a front desk worked as less of a customer cause I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something. I get it Dubai is soooo rich. They are cause they take advantage of the tourists! I won't be back. Oh and lets not forget the AC in the hotel doesn't work. I also followed up with the number and email on another complaint here and they didn't care. Standard response to make it look like they do. Just go somewhere else... so much more to offer in this vast city than this horrible hotel.

I have traveled to Dubai 5 times, and out of all those trips, this has been my worst hotel experience. When we booked 6 months in advance online, we requested 2 rooms and emphasized if they could be placed together or at least on the same floor. Upon arrival, we found out they were on floors 9 levels apart. The receptionist did not bother to explain the breakfast times, nor did he explain anything about the hotel, which is something I've always experienced at other hotels I've visited. He didn't tell us about the restaurants in the hotel, their hours, or provide any explanations about the pool and spa. The guy who escorted us to our rooms only explained, and very quickly at that, while we were in the elevator, what was on the different floors of the hotel. The breakfast becomes very repetitive if you stay for an extended period; they don't change the dishes much, and the service from the waiters is terrible. We spent 45 minutes asking different waiters for a cappuccino, and they never brought it; in the end, we left without having it. At the Godiva bar, it was more of the same; the night staff saw us sit down and took 35 minutes to come take our order while we watched them serve tables that had arrived later. The staff rarely smiles; it wouldn't cost them anything to be friendlier. The best part of the hotel is the rooms and cleanliness. I must highlight Jaffar who was attentive and very kind with everything we needed in the room. The facilities like the pool and beach are very good and spacious; it's a shame the pool water isn't a bit warmer since it's in the shade most of the day. To cap off our stay, they tried to charge us for drinks at the hotel bar that weren't ours. The prices for food and cocktails by the pool are exorbitant for the quality served. The hotel itself is very good, but I would change all the staff.
