This vacation felt like a real reset for us. A cozy hotel, friendly staff, and the heart of it all — the animation team. Me and my boyfriend have recently stayed here for a week and it was the best all inclusive either of us have ever been to. -The breakfast, lunch and tea buffet at the hotel was like eating at a 5 star restaurant evrey single day and night. -all the staff were really attentive to any needs and made sure you felt comfortable. -the only negative experience was a man behind the sports bar either a moustache like captain hook who we thought was aggressive towards his colleages. We saw him sometimes ignoring customers at the bar to shout at his colleague and thus happened on more than one occasion. He seems like a guy who likes a power trip. -The water park included in the hotel was absolutely awesome! We both had a thrill going down massive water slides together. This was a really new exciting experience for me as I haven't been to a watermark before! Going down the slides it was really colourful with diffrent routes. Both had me REALLY on edge. One of the slides sent you into a reslly big water slide bowl where you spun round really fast as if you were going down a plug hole into another slide to finish and the other slide was part exposed making it such an adrenaline rush, you felt like you couldn't move otherwise you'd fall off! It was an amazing first experience and the staff at the waterpark was very helpful showing my boyfriend how to go down the single slides on the foam mat, you had to go down on your front at an angle. -Location of the hotel is also great. We had a walk into the local villiage meeting a dog and very, very friendly locals who have shops. If you go a bit further into town everybody is happy to help you find what you could be looking for weather it may be a haircut, shoes to rizzlers. Overall the hotel is immaculately clean with amazing food, staff are fantastic very welcoming from start to finish and we will definitely return. Little note: They don't sell menthol in Turkey

Number one, listen to the reviews. I should have listened before finally booking. We are no stranger to Turkey holidays, Rixos hotels, or Paloma Hotels. Unfortunately, I booked for 11 days, and by day 3 It is giving mega rip off. The previous reviews on Google and trip advisors are spot on. The food options in the main restaurants is that of a 3-star hotel and can only be worth talking about the caviar at breakfast, which is delicious. Everything else was painful for the amount of money spent on a Spring Easter holiday. The food was just repetitive and bland on bland. I understand it might be a little quiet to May, but the hotel is actually packed up currently. Many areas, restaurants, and activities are cut off. The worst is you thought you would enjoy meals at each of their 8 restaurants but only 3 are opened and you cannot book in advance but must hustle at 10:00 am to make sure you can fight for a reservation. I did not come for this stress. I came to relax and enjoy and not fight for a space. I suffer with Lupus , rheumatoid arthritis and pelvic congestion syndrom, and had to constantly walk all the way from the beach area to the main restaurant for lunch because they have closed off the food court in the beach/pool area. Waiting for a watered down Starbucks will take you 30 minutes. There was always one guy managing the Starbucks area. I was told I would be added on the WhatsApp group guest relations on the day I arrived and on the second day. Well, day 3 and nothing has been done. We previously stayed at the Rixos Premium Seagate in Egypt and trusted that food and entertainment would be top tier, but it was nowhere to be seen. I wish we had gone back to Egypt. The rooms are well kept and tidy. Overall, if they will provide less that half the service, then that should be reflected in the price. It is only worth visiting this place in June however, it is too small for large crowds. It's full already with so many children and couldn't imagine summer here. For the service I received, it would have been cheaper to go to Paloma Oceans hotel and have excellent entertainment and still have the opportunity to enjoy all 5 restaurant menu but in one restaurant due to the weather. We visited Paloma Oceans in January 2024, and half of the hotel activities were closed but greater value. I had the best time there. Rixos is a great brand hotel, but I never expected this level of laziness for service offered, entertainment, and food. April the 6th, and we can't have outdoor BBQ. We had an excellent time at the Mangal Rixos Egypt. We won't be returning to this Rixos to waste money.

This is our 10+ holiday in Rixos hotels and sixth holiday at Rixos Premium Tekirova. The hotel is definitely among the best hotels in Turkiye. However there are some deficiencies that if corrected, would make Rixos Tekirova Turkiye’s best hotel. Pros: huge area in a green valley, long private sand beach, delicious food with a wide variety in the main restaurant, amazing grills and pastries in the main restaurant, newly renovated rooms, well trained and respectful staff. Cons: - very difficult almost impossible to sign up for sports activities such as mountain biking, paddling/SUP, archery. They have these activities only once a day and only for 10 people in this huge hotel with thousands of guests! Why not make several activities if they are so popular?! - no freshly squeezed orange juice for the breakfast. They mix it with packaged orange juice and insist it’s freshly squeezed juice. So, they make two errors on one deficiency - no freshly squeezed juice orange juice and then insist that the juice is freshly squeezed as if their premium guest don’t know the difference (very disrespectful); - patisserie sweets just look good but the quality is below premium (usually too fat and not delicious), service is very slow, you can wait for tea/coffee for up to 15 minutes with your sweets on the table, cleaning is very slow. It’s not difficult to become the best hotel in Turkiye if the hotel management invests some effort into correcting these problems. Hope this will happen and the hotel will retain its loyal guests.

This hotel is everything you could ask for from an all-inclusive resort, and more. You feel truly taken care of, the amount of activities is outstanding, the rooms are spacious. Location is superb with the view on the mountains from one side and see from the other side. There’s simply too many pros to count. Big thank you to Shadi from Guest Relations- you’re amazing, I really appreciate how you’ve welcomed us. I’d recommend picking a higher tier room with a nice view, it’s worth it.
