I'm currently at this hotel. I came to expand my portfolio of recommended hotels, and I already know that this won't be just a one-time business visit, but that I'll gladly return. The hotel is brilliant. For couples, for families, for everyone. Beautiful grounds, delicious food, wonderful people. Now I'm back to taking more photos, but I can't wait for more visits to this place. The most green place in Turkiye is here! ♥️

Beautiful, green hotel with lots of cedar and fruit trees. Great beach with plenty of sunbeds, many activities for adults and kids, and very attentive staff. Excellent service and helpful managers via WhatsApp (especially Anastasiia). Only minor downside - food variety in the main restaurant could be better. Overall, fantastic stay - we’ll definitely come back! 🌿☀️

This was our first time at Rixos Premium Tekirova hotel and I am very disappointed. First of all we came in for a check at 12:30pm and we were not even offered water. We were not given a map or anything just been told to walk around until our room at 14:00 will be ready. So it felt like don’t even care. I was told they will add me to the whatsup group, which never happened, so on the third day I had to walk to the reception twice until it was done. So we didn’t have a hotel map or any information until that time as no one explained anything, felt like we were disturbing them by coming to the hotel. Don’t understand how can this be a premium luxury hotel if you have We paid a lot of money for a family holiday hoping our children can enjoy the time at the swimming pool and the water was freezing cold! After 15 minutes in a swimming pool my little girls would start to shiver and had cold lips… I have requested the hotel about the heating in the swimming pool and their response was we don’t turn it on in “summer”. Since when October is the summer and I asked why they can’t provide service that they state they have. I have complained several times and I was told that nothing will be done, spoken to lots of other people and everyone were feeling the same. All the hotels was dirty, you can see that it needs some renovation as it looks really “tired” Service was ok, but the drinks were not great. Food selection also very poor. Only positive I can say that the two boys working by the pool bar were really great at serving 👍 Rooms needs some renovations also, at our room door handles were falling out, all the furniture old. Evening shows were all short and cheap. Seriously not a luxury hotel at all. Not worth the money. Another funny thing. At the midnight if you would be sitting at the lobby they were event switching the light out, like if the bar closed leave the lobby area. Worst holiday ever. It tell a lot for me that they don’t turn on the heating for the swimming pool to save the money.

Avoid if you’re expecting a true 5⭐ experience. Where do I even start with this one… Let’s get straight to the point — if you’re looking for a genuine premium 5-star experience, do not waste your time or money on this hotel. We were placed in one of the “recently renovated” rooms, yet the towel rack fell off the wall on the very first night, and the shower literally broke apart midway through our stay. I have never experienced anything like this in any 5-star property before. My husband and I are food lovers, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the promise of multiple à la carte restaurants. Well, joke’s on us. One of them was already closed as of October 1st (despite the hotel allegedly being fully booked) — something we only found out after arrival. The rest were technically “open,” but good luck booking them. As many other guests mentioned, it’s practically impossible to secure a reservation. Even if you somehow manage to click on a slot, by the time you finish the form it’s gone — despite a misleading 10-minute timer that gives you a false sense of hope. Spoiler alert: nothing is actually reserved. The food in the main restaurant is inconsistent — some dishes completely lack flavour, and service is mainly slow. The food court offers the exact same selection every single day with no changes whatsoever, so it quickly becomes repetitive. All of the above might have been bearable — if it wasn’t for the serious health issues my family experienced. I’ll spare the details, but I suffered from clear symptoms of food poisoning, and a few days later, my one-year-old son began projectile vomiting followed by diarrhoea. That alone should be enough of a warning not to stay here. The final straw was the management’s response. The hotel manager told me that what I had was “seasonal transition,” not food poisoning — apparently caused by the weather. Right. I guess I’m the first person to vomit eight times in one night just from breathing Turkish air in October. The level of gaslighting and refusal to take any responsibility was truly unbelievable. If I were to mention anything positive, it would be the natural surroundings — the mountains, greenery, and the sea are beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for everything else. Bottom line: beautiful scenery can’t hide poor maintenance, broken facilities, unsafe food, and zero accountability. I would never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even a fraction of a real 5-star experience.

We stayed for 5 days and had a mostly great experience. The resort is beautifully located in nature with direct beach access. The beach has both sandy and pebbly areas, so water shoes are a good idea. The sea is clear and lovely, especially in the mornings. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our kids especially enjoyed the mini club, which runs daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM — a great break for parents too! There were a few minor issues, but overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
