The ads for this hotel are misleading. They promises an ideal stay that is equivalent to a luxury vacation. The rooms are well appointed and the property is well kept except for the few roaches you see running about at night. Where this place falls terribly is in service. I travelled with a group. One person was denied entry due to immigration reasoning and the hotel was well aware of this yet they decided to keep the money paid for the stay. I was disturbed but let it be. Then it came down to service the biggest let down I have ever experienced by a luxury hotel. The staff was outright rude and the bar men were even ignoring requests made by some members of my group so we had to be demanding and rude as well to match the disgusting attitude. The food at this hotel was phenomenal and the seafood buffet night was exceptional. Please note this is not the case as their dinner options change on a daily. The beach at this property did have a lot of surf and therefore was not suitable for bathing. I recommended this property to some others and their review was also on point especially on service. They advised it was the same atrocious attitude with staff hiding Hennessey which was the party drink of choice. This place need to learn a lot from O2 Beach Club.

I’ve never written a review about any hotel ever but the horrid service in this hotel left me no option. The outrageously high prices did not match the quality of the stay. The staff would get angry and scoff at you if you asked for anything that might have caused them a minor inconvenience(like asking for a refill of your water glass) even though we paid a great deal of money to be there- It felt like you were walking on egg shells the entire time. The bartenders would take forever to come and take your order, regardless of how long they saw you waiting there in the burning hot sun, they just didn’t seem to care, they knew we had no other options. The beach chairs were disgusting and poorly maintained. No one serviced you on the beach for majority of the stay. The same trash that was left on the beach tables one day would remain there for the following couple of days. The rooms were falsely advertised and poorly kept, almost falling apart. The hotel itself wasn’t kept well either. Our bed sheets were never changed, we had to beg for new towels + the bed looked like It was made by a 9 year old every day we returned from the beach. Trash was visible everywhere; especially inside of the pools. I could make this review a lot longer but I hope they invest some finances in getting the staff a proper attitude check. shout out to Tyrese, Javon, and the wonderful woman at the omelette station Marci every morning. They were the only delightful additions to the otherwise outright rude and discarding staff. If you wanna get treated poorly, stay at the sea breeze beach house!

Stayed in September as a family wedding, the staff as usual are the stars of the show. Food is a bit repetitive, we had an ocean view suite , everything was fine until we used the shower, it was cold and no pressure, for 3 days they said they would fix it, in the end we got angry and they changed our room, why did it take so long? The hotel was not full and we should have been moved earlier. Our son was as the groom and is a plumber ironically and told them it’s the cartridge in the mixer tap, but that didn’t seem to do the trick. Otherwise it was ok.

Great hotel and facilities, beach is lovely. If you like a quiet life then this is for you. Only a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants if you fancy a change, but being all inclusive and multiple choices for dining you have it all on site. We had an Ocean front junior suite, which is fabulous. This is our second time here in 5 years. Keep up the great work Sea Breeze. 👍👌
