Our vacation at the hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully organized and delivered with a high standard of service. Our room was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their consistent attention to detail each day. The food was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety. The open buffet at the main restaurant catered to every taste, and each meal was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were always smiling, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome at all times. The guest relations team was especially supportive, ensuring that we felt valued throughout our stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The pool, beach, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained. There were also plenty of activities for both adults and children, which helped us make the most of our time. This hotel is truly exceptional! In terms of comfort, cleanliness, service quality, and hospitality, it far exceeded our expectations. I have a food allergy, and eating out while traveling is usually a stressful experience for me. However, the level of care and attention I received here was simply outstanding. From the moment we checked in, the staff took note of my allergies in detail, and every day, the kitchen prepared a personalized menu just for me. The chef was incredibly attentive, and the kitchen team made sure everything was safe and tailored to my needs. The restaurant staff were also very understanding and supportive, which made me feel completely at ease during every meal. Beyond the food, the hotel itself is immaculate. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and perfectly clean, offering a great environment to relax and unwind. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether you’re traveling with dietary restrictions or simply looking for a high-quality, relaxing stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel without hesitation. A truly memorable experience!

We traveled as a large family group and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. • Very poor food variety and the quality was not at a 5-star level. • Drinks were ordinary and low quality. • Rooms were old, dark, and not clean; even the lobby lacked proper lighting. • We faced water cuts several times and the air conditioning system was not working properly. • Elevators were always crowded and waiting times were frustrating. • Staff at the lobby and reception were unprofessional, and the reception manager was extremely rude and arrogant. Overall, it was a very bad experience for all of us. It was the first and definitely the last time we chose this hotel. We also believe that most of the positive reviews here look like they are written by bots, because they do not reflect the reality we experienced. I advise Iranian travelers to blocklist this hotel. Not recommended at all.
