Staff was exceptional. Seriously every staff made sure we had great time in the hotel. I've not seen this before in any other stay. All of them were good, some of them I remember the names are Yassar, Hareed, Sasikumar (help with huge luggages), Keith, Hamid. Janeth, Erika and all Happy hour team. Since the hotel is in downtown, its very near to Burj, Museum, Frame etc.

Loved our stay! Many people stood out for their hospitality, kindness and friendliness. The lounge tea time and happy hour were wonderful and the personnel there were the best! It was worth booking a room that had access to that. The views of the city are amazing, breakfast buffet is wonderful. The location seemed complicated at times because there is no access to the main road. Concierge was very helpful and effective when I asked for help for tickets to the museum of the future and for receiving online orders I made. There is a free shuttle to Dubai Mall and to the beach. Overall wonderful stay and would like to return.
