Fine hotel and excellent staff. Stayed for two nights. Appreciate Elia in the reception for the warm welcome. Room was good but couldn't get a room with proper city view. The breakfast buffet and lunch on those days were nice ! Getting through the traffic to reach the hotel is the toughest part.

Fantastic hotel and a real surprise. The service and attention to detail was unlike 99% of other hotels and despite being at full capacity they were always very courteous and professional. The new pool was brilliant. Rooms also great and the breakfast amazing. Unfortunately being right on the main road means very few places to walk and a lot of congestion and traffic at the world trade centre roundabout but aside from that it's brilliant.

The Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai is one of the top choices for travelers needing a comfortable stay while meeting with customers. Here are a few highlights from my personal experience: 1. Warm Welcome: The staff greets you warmly, and the attention to detail starts as soon as you step out of your taxi. A refreshing drink during check-in adds a special touch that instantly uplifts your mood. 2. Exceptional Service: The manager provided an outstanding introduction to the hotel, including a tour of the room and facilities, along with practical recommendations that were genuinely helpful. 3. Delicious Dining: Whether dining in the restaurant or ordering room service, the food quality is consistently excellent. 4. Well-Designed Rooms: The practical design of the rooms stood out to me. A separate shower and toilet in the bathroom is a thoughtful feature that adds convenience. Considerations: • Booking in Advance: The hotel tends to get overbooked during busy periods, so it’s advisable to make reservations well ahead of time. • Pricing: The cost is slightly above the average for hotels in this category, but the quality and experience make it worthwhile.

The rooms have been refurbished. It's a decent hotel very close to the metro. The executive lounge is 5 star, the service perfect. New chairs at the pool (the music is a bit too heavy on the bass volume). The gym looks good (yet to use it). We have a massage booked in the spa. The hotel was fully booked but never seemed crowded, plenty of sun beds by the pool. I've stayed here before and will again. The photo is afternoon tea in the executive lounge

I stayed at Sheraton Grand Dubai from February 3rd to 6th (Room 2301), and while I appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of the staff, there were several aspects of my stay that did not meet my expectations. Firstly, there was a strong and unpleasant odor inside the wardrobe in my room, which unfortunately transferred to my clothes. Additionally, my room had no real view and directly faced the opposite rooms, which was disappointing. On my last evening, I encountered an unexpected issue upon returning to my room. I found that I was locked out and was informed at reception that a note had been slipped under my door regarding an outstanding city tax payment. While I completely understand the need for such payments, it would have been much more convenient if this had been communicated at check-in, allowing me to settle it in advance and avoid the inconvenience. Furthermore, despite having paid for breakfast in advance, I had to queue and sign a receipt every morning, which seemed like an unnecessary step that could be streamlined for a more seamless guest experience. If this location is not a necessity, I do not recommend to stay in this hotel until these issues are resolved.
