Great experience! Even among Sheraton hotels, this is a very sophisticated design! They provided a great experience even with a last-minute reservation. I liked it so much that I extended my stay by one night. Thank you. I live nearby and often go to the Emirates Mall, and it is very convenient as it is directly connected to the mall from the second floor. I want to live here. I will share my great experience here. ◆Club Lounge The lounge has a great view and is relaxing. The female staff was very nice and I was impressed. I enjoyed a drink and a meal by myself, and the gyoza with truffle sauce was very delicious. I use various Marriott lounges, and these ones are very creative. Limited edition macarons are served on Valentine's Day. High quality sushi rolls are also served at the table, beautifully presented. There was live trombone music, and I enjoyed drinks with my boyfriend in a very romantic atmosphere. The two female staff members in particular were cheerful and wonderful, but the men also asked me if I wanted my next drink before my glass was open, and the staff at the club lounge are well trained. ◆Room I was very happy that I could relax without being bothered by the noise from the next room. The water pressure in the shower was also very good. The rain shower was very pleasant. ◆Gym It is located on the 24th floor and has a Smith machine so you can do a full-body workout. ◆Breakfast I recommend eating on the terrace. You can enjoy a refreshing breakfast while enjoying the view of downtown and the Burj Al Arab. Also, after the first night, my PC was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. As soon as I told them, they called the IT team and dealt with the problem right away. They dealt with the problem politely and were able to solve it, so there are no problems. Thank you very much.
