Sheraton Mall of the Emirates is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service is exceptional, the location is perfect, and the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The buffet is absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of high-quality dishes.
What makes this hotel truly special is the staff—they are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay.
No matter how many other hotels I try, I always find myself coming back to Sheraton because it remains the best. I have stayed here four times over the past two years, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch hospitality.

Can’t find a better location with direct access to the Mall and the Metro. The rooms looked to be newly renovated and I found them very spacious. The service from everyone here was wonderful. This will definitely be my go to hotel when I visit Dubai.
