Sheraton Mall of the Emirates is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service is exceptional, the location is perfect, and the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The buffet is absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of high-quality dishes. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff—they are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay. No matter how many other hotels I try, I always find myself coming back to Sheraton because it remains the best. I have stayed here four times over the past two years, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained throughout. The location is excellent—connected directly to the Mall of the Emirates, which made things incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The rooftop pools are on the smaller side, but they were perfect for our young children and offered stunning views of the city skyline. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a great variety of options and everything fresh and well-prepared. The service overall was exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Borhan, who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed—his attentiveness truly stood out. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and great service.

Chinwe Aliche
We ordered room service and were handed a meal with nicely placed mold. Upon checkout, we were informed that we broke a lamp, meanwhile we were out of the rooms most of the day and had no use of any of the lamps at any point in time. This caused a delay in sorting out the final bill and almost leading to us missing check-in. We primarily chose this hotel because of the location. Being attached to mall definitely came in handy. I will likely not return to this hotel if I can help it. For what it should be, it wasn't worth it.

Brooki Bakehouse
We stayed here for 3 weeks on a business trip and it was the perfect base to be in Dubai. The location attached to Mall of the Emirates was incredibly convenient, as the mall is open long hours with everything you need at your fingertips. Our highlight of the stay was the service at the breakfast buffet. Our server Borhan greeted us with a smile every morning, remembering our coffee order and always going out of his way to make sure our family was looked after. Every morning we would look for a seat in his section because the service was truly that great. The rooms are immaculate and housekeeping top tier, we never went without a perfect service. I cannot recommend this property enough for a comfortable stay in Dubai, even if you are staying for a longer period like we were. We'll be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is perfect, directly connected to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the staff, who truly made my stay exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, everyone was professional, friendly, and eager to assist. The concierge team was particularly helpful with recommendations, and the housekeeping staff ensured my room was always immaculate. I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the pool and gym, which were well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Sheraton Mall of the Emirates for anyone visiting Dubai. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
