We completely enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Mall of Emirates. The service was top level, food service staff were very accommodating especially Dauda. He ensured all of our dietary needs were met and was attentive each time we went to the Besh restaurant. We looked forward to his warm smile and attentive, professional nature. The front desk staff was responsive to every request. Cannot wait to come again!! Thank you

I highly recommend booking at this hotel, as everyone here goes above and beyond to make your experience truly special. The main reason that made my stay exceptional was the outstanding staff, led by Shah Nadir, the Duty Manager.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 8 nights and were not disappointed!! Sameh at the front desk checked us in and made us feel so very welcome. He was kind and very patient. The hotel staff was over all very responsive to all our needs. The rooms were large and spacious. The buffet breakfast is over the top. So so many varieties from around the world. A big shout out to Shikha from the buffet - she went out of her way to make our family feel comfortable. Thank you Shikha and Sameh for making our trip so memorable!

Sheraton Hotel provided with good and great service. Staff, Sami, Shieka, Walig, all breakfast waiter and new years servers and cook/chef staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with international food selections . We are very happy and much appreciated being served well by all of the staff. Thank you for your services. Your we’re all great and we highly recommended you and this Sheraton hotel.
