We ordered room service and were handed a meal with nicely placed mold. Upon checkout, we were informed that we broke a lamp, meanwhile we were out of the rooms most of the day and had no use of any of the lamps at any point in time. This caused a delay in sorting out the final bill and almost leading to us missing check-in. We primarily chose this hotel because of the location. Being attached to mall definitely came in handy. I will likely not return to this hotel if I can help it. For what it should be, it wasn't worth it.

I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the pool and gym, which were well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Sheraton Mall of the Emirates for anyone visiting Dubai. Sheraton Mall of the Emirates is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service is exceptional, the location is perfect, and the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The buffet is absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of high-quality dishes. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff—they are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay. No matter how many other hotels I try, I always find myself coming back to Sheraton because it remains the best. I have stayed here four times over the past two years, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and top-notch hospitality.
